It is the best Korean store, here I find everything I need...

Cool store with knick nacks from Korea! It’s a small store but they have some cool plushies, face masks (like the beauty face masks you apply, not medical masks lol), and other random things to look at. For some reason you are not supposed to take pics/vids of the plushies. Also they require face masks.

Nice products, but I feel that they are overpriced. Also, I purchased a foot mask, but when I got home I noticed that the expiration date expired by one month! Please check that the products on the display isnt expired!! (I wish I saved the package to show a picture of it...)

I really like the face shop products so I was ecstatic when I found an actual shop while at Korea town. I got to explore other products I had been curious about, and buy products I really wanted. The staff was friendly and not pushy, which made things very pleasant.

Nice place, went there to get a hard to find BTS stuffed figure. Price was better than online. First time there but wont be the last.

Wonderful little shop by my favorite Korean skincare/makeup brand. The Face Shop really has good quality products. Service is great! The lady working there was not overbearing at all (unlike many other places), and helped me pick out the right shades of makeup when she asked if I needed help. Yes, their English is good. Very friendly, and she gave me free samples at checkout!

I went here today it was very nice they had a deal to buy 10 masks and get 5 free. The workers are friendly I asked one of them what would be good for my sensitive skin and she pointed me to what I should buy. My friends and I did the deal together and bought everything together. The worker nicely gave each of us 2 samples of some foaming face mask. I thought this was very generous and was not expecting this.

One of my favorite shops in midtown. The people here are so so helpful and kind. Making sure you find what suits you best. They also have a male section, so its not only female skin care products, but anything can used by anyone of course. They have great face masks and one lady who works there always greats me with a smile and gives me lots of free samples!

I really enjoy this store! They had very good prices/ deals / sales on sheet masks. The staff was very kind and helpful. Please just keep in mind: this store is a STORE BRAND STORE. What that means is that they only have The Face Shop brand products there. If you are looking to buy a brand that is not that, you will not find it here. I totally recommend this store if you like:- small stores- one brand stores- korean beauty- organic products- sheet masks with great deals- cute storesI recommend!

I think this location is slightly larger than the Chinatown location. Make sure to sign up for their loyalty/points program. Quality products at a great price point and free samples with your purchase!

This tiny alcove is tucked away near a bookstore. It is quite easy to walk passed it and not even realize it. I love their sheet masks and they are very affordable. I am usually able to get one for $2 or sometimes they have a bundle set 11 pieces for $20. The staff is nice and accommodating [not the one behind the cash register, she wasnt very nice at all] but as English is not their first language, it is sometimes hard to understand them. I do like how they give out liberal amount of samples when you buy something.

This is the best Face Shop in the city. If you want to get good face wash from this Korean company, come to this location. Their masks are refreshing, and the mens section is decent. They have all the same products as the locations in Asia. The KTown store and the one in Flushing are both Korean run, so go to these. The one in Chinatown is not affiliated with the other two, so they have different sales and sometimes different products.

I am so grateful I was able to discover this shop with their products. Need to go back to replenish now after 5 months using every day that lasts for long time . Really knowledgeable stuff and never tried to push anything on me, if anything gave me few really good tips!

The staff doesnt always speak the greatest English, but who cares! This is one of my favorite shops to stock up on luxurious face masks and other cosmetic products. Love their lotions and nail polishes too!

Product is ok but service is trash. Their fake smiles make me so uncomfortable shopping inside.And they even forced my friend to buy the eyeliner that we didnt want, telling us that we must buy it cuz we used it while its just the ba/server herself asked to try on my friends hand. The manager and other coworkers were speaking Korean that we didnt understand however their teasing face told us that theyre gossiping something bad about us.I was digusted by their attitude of forcing and ashaming a young girl by this way.

The people who work here are sketchy...as we were paying I set my phone down for a second and I look back, its GONE! My friend called and it rang from BEHIND the cashier desk, the worker has a stupid look on his face like he didnt know how it got there and provides no other explanation...thief, lucky I didnt call the cops

Normally all the face shop I have been too they have greeted. Especially in flushing area they always greet their customer whether it was small face shop or big.Recently I stopped by the face shop which their employees has not greeted me nor other customer that came into their store.With greeting customer I thought its a big plus for every korean stores.I usually go to face shop to get face mask because thats the only thing I need from that store. They arent many options of face mask you could choose from like other places in flushing.Besides mask they have nail polish, face cleanser, hand cream, make up, lipsticks and etc.There was some event going on as buy 10 get 10 freeOr with the animation mask buy 10 get 5 free.I have used face mask for years now so I do know which are good with best friends.Buy 10 get 10 free I wouldnt recommend.Any mask name Mediheal, Jayjun, leaders solution, Repiel will give you the results right away and I highly recommended. These masks you should use every 2 or 3 times in a week to get best results.The 1 dollar mask or cheap ones you used themEveryday. I used it before and it hadnt gave me any result on those masks.

I like the face shop. The service is pretty nice . I am a dark skin black woman and none of their makeup is available in my shade but I love the skin care that I’ve tried so far .

Love this place every time I visit

I needed to replace my Konjac sponge that I had picked up from a store in Chinatown, so I stopped in to The Face Shop. In the past, I found the staff to be a bit cold, which was not the case with my most recent visit. The staff members who assisted me were knowledgeable and willing to take the time needed to explain some of the items I had questions about.In the end, I purchased more than the sponge that I originally stopped in for.The Face Shop has a variety of Korean beauty items including a wide selection of face masks, full cosmetics, and beauty aids. The cut-out of actor Kim Hyun Joong adds to the experience. I left with one of the frequent buyer cards because I will definitely include the store in my regular Koreatown itinerary.
