Phenomenal team working at this store. Better than any other beauty shop or any department store. I went in to browse, the store manager had so much knowledge to share. She booked a friend and I for a make up session the following Friday. It was the best make up application and product experiment Ive ever attended. They listened to our needs, taught us how to apply each item, understood our concerns. I highly recommend this team and the store.

Tiny store with limited stock and the customer service is lacking.

I was in NYC visiting from Sydney and had run out of some of my skin care, I went here to pick up some serums but ended up walking out with much more. The staff were super helpful and I great atmosphere in the store
