Love this shop. The products are amazing, the staff is super helpful and nice. Their products make great gifts, anyone from friends and family to hosts and hostess and of course yourself.I recommend their skin line products, hand cream & hand soap duo, hand balm, tooth paste, room spray and post poo drops.There is a scent for everyone, and the smells are incredible.Also the staff members really help you find the scent/product you’re looking for.They also offer herbal tea while you shop and samples of things you’re interested in :)

This spot became my favorite Aesop store in the city. Very welcoming and amazing customer service by the sweetest staffs. I already know Aesop stores are well known for their beautiful store designs, but what makes this retail spot different than others is absolutely the exceptional store service they provide. Very calm, unpretentious atmosphere. Associate was very helpful and suggested items to purchase based upon my likes.

The place is relatively easy to miss—the store front looks like it is for a 70s era dry cleaner—but the product inside is wonderful. The service is also excellent—just like your typical Aesop. I can not recommend their hand soaps enough. What a lovely little luxury!

Was in on the weekend. The host was helping another customer but dealt with me promptly. Resolved my issue (broken pump on some deo) and sent me on my way! Super clean aesthetic.

Quality products but very unbalanced quality / price ratio. That is expensive in an unjustified manner. However for those who do not mind shopping there may be pleasant opportunities. Balances and pleasing fragrances.
