I randomly wandered into this store years ago and have been a super fan ever since. I am so happy I finally made it back after moving away from the NYC area years ago. Allison and her fellow saleswomen were all very friendly. We had a long conversation about life and living in big cities. They were helpful in explaining the various product lines to me and let me test some products too. They generously offered to ship my purchase so I didn’t have to travel with it, and it arrived with tons of samples in the box! They also provided a couple of samples in person for my use the rest of the weekend. I wish I lived closer to a store, but I love the products and will visit this store any time I travel back to NYC (and I’ll be sending all my friends too!). I know what I’m purchasing for holiday gifts this year!

First time in the store and will definitely be coming back! I was visiting NYC with my best friend and wanted to buy soaps but didn’t want to have to lug them home on the train, especially since we had already bought other stuff. The saleswomen offered to ship it for me! I bought four bars (buy three get one free!); not only did the box arrive nicely packaged, but they sent a ton of samples! They also spent time just talking to us. I really enjoyed their personalities and friendliness. Thanks for a lovely experience, ladies! :-D I’ll be buying more fresh products for the holidays.

Not the best customer service.:( My mom and I were excited to shop here this afternoon cause its one of our go-to perfume/skin care brands. The salesperson, however, didnt seem to care. We entered the store and she didnt greet us. We were looking around and she stayed behind the counter and just stared at us the entire time. She didnt even ask what we we were looking for. She only spoke to us when we asked about the price. No service at all. We purchased a couple of products but didnt continue to look for more because I couldnt stand the dry energy.I still love Fresh!!:) Im going to finish my skin care shopping on another day.. maybe in another branch with accommodating sales people.:)

The next time you visit the Fresh store in Union Sq- pls ASK FOR PAULINE OUEDRAOGO!! She is so friendly, helpful, professional- and her Fresh beauty knowledge is UNmatched! I love fresh cosmetics so I love all the products in this store. The customer service is sometimes great, it depends who is working at the time. I have been there various times and it varies. Sometimes, the girls ignore you and are on their phones. Most of the time they are helpful and attentive. The store is clean and they have a cool station where people can try their products and wash it off in a fountain. The store is not overly scented which I love. I have a good time almost every time I go into this store.

I really didnt know who could customer service be so bad, until I just tried this shop customer service!, I feel so regret that I placed an ordered in this website, I had a real problem and the person who is replying in the email just cope a note that sent to all the question or problem, the problem from 16th august and it past one week and no one solve it !, the problem was when I approached order the I wish I didnt when I press place order the page just show error and thanks god I was paying using Paypal the money was cut with no order number!!, I tried to get my refund or order number but the person who spoke to me was like a robot not trying to solve the problem at all, I contact my Paypal customer service they told me that Fresh should cancel the order and refund the money!, I tried more than 5 time to do this step by contacting that email person but he just says no order, no order!! but in my paypal it show all the details ?! so How many time I should contact this customer service to get my money back !??? I wish If I could choose no star I would be glad to do so.

I usually by Fresh at another beauty shop. However they ran out of my favorite lip balm. I came here and I was greeted in a friendly and calm way, then I couldnt find that lip balm (new to the store), I asked the gentelman for it and he found them, he told me that I would get 1 free for the purchase of 3.I was already thinking to buy 3 because thats how I purchase so I never ran out of it. The best part its that they have like 5 soft pinks andnI wanted to know which will go with my skin tone, bc of covid i cant test, but he swiped them in his hands and also noticed my skin tone (not white, not tan) and I am very pleased with my petal lip treatment.

Exceptional customer service!

Ill start off this review by saying that I love Fresh products. I came in for the complimentary 30 minute facial on 10/19 at 12.30 pm. I unfortunately did not get the name of the woman who gave me my facial. It lasted for a total of 10 minutes. I was pleased with the products used, even if they were minimal. However, it should be advertised as an express facial and not 30 min. My friend came in today as well and had a different employee, and her facial lasted for 45 minutes and included a lip and hand treatment. There was no one else in the store while I was there so there was no reason for the facial to be so quick. Additionally, she did not assist me with the products I wanted to purchase nor did she inform me about the price of the products, which were not easily visible, and I ended up spending $100 on two products. She also gave me 3 free samples of the same exact product when my 2 friends got many different samples of products used during their facials. As I said, I enjoyed the products used, but left feeling incredibly disappointed after my friends had received such a fabulous treatment.

I love this store and the customer service here is incredible. I always feel helped and taken care of when I’m visiting the store. I want to especially thank Jilliane for all of her help with questions about products and her recommendations. She is so knowledgeable and takes her time going through details to help make a purchase that you feel excited about! Since quarantine, I haven’t been able to go in and visit, but I called and Jilliane took care of my order over the phone. This is a type of customer service that can’t be reached through regular online purchasing. The team at this store clearly cares about helping customers feel special and I hope people will visit them/call them and help keep their hours regular when so much has changed because of the pandemic. A big disappointment. Went to return 2 out of 4 purchased products yesterday evening because they didn’t work for me and the cashier refused to take them back because I apparently also had to give her samples which came with the purchase which I didn’t ask for and I didn’t have them with me. I am not sure if the company is that CHEAP that they want their 1-2ml samples back or the cashier simply didn’t have a clue how to provide a good customer service. That was apparent in her standing with a smile on her face while seeing me not happy leaving the store. I don’t think I would ever be returning considering there are better products available at a lower price through other companies, but I was able to return these products at another location with no issue the same day. BAD service turned me away.

On 2/14/19 I placed an order online and upon doing this I reached the Fresh Family tier, which should have awarded me a Fresh Family Gift. However I could not add a bonus gift to my order, and when I emailed customer service about it they said it was because their warehouse did not have the bonus gifts available. But that makes no sense because the bonus gifts are just travel sizes of full size perfumes, face masks, hand creams and face creams which are available for purchase online. So that was an obvious lie. Customer service had also told me that I could go to a Fresh store in person and ask for my Fresh Family gift. When I did so on 2/15/19 around lunchtime, the sales associate I spoke to about this refused to give me the bonus gift because she said it would only be available once I made *another* purchase as a Fresh Family member. To which I responded, then why was the bonus gift option available online next to Fresh Family Bonus Gift when I made the purchase that reached the tier in real time, and why didnt customer service just tell me that instead of telling me to go to a Fresh store? To which she responded, well they just dont want to talk to you . To which I was utterly shocked. Did she not realize what a horrible look that is for the company? For one employee to speak about another division in the company as a division that doesnt want to do their job, which is to speak to customers and help them. She was totally unapologetic about this too. A really sad, sad day that was for me to see, as a longtime Fresh customer and lover, a Fresh employee with so little disregard for the customer and their regard for the company. Will not be returning to this location.

Absolutely love this place and this brand. Products are so sensitive on the skin and you see results im short periods of time. Best skincare brand in my eyes .

I love Fresh products and usually enjoy visiting this shop - however, I just checked my bank account and see they charged my card TWICE instead of once! Ive already spent 20 minutes of my morning on the phone with my bank and now have to wait for the charge to be disputed before I get my money back. So annoying, unnecessarily tme consuming and put a damper on the whole experience I probably will not go back. Not worth the headach . Such a bummer

Really well designed and laid out store. The staff are cool, helpful and funny. They offer suggestions if you are looking for a gift and let you sample the products prior to buying as well. Im a fan of this store.

Seems like a good brand but not into the whole sweet sugary vibe. Scents are all pretty sweet.

Quality products for all skin types! I find great products for my combo skin (dry with hyperpigmentation).

Hi everyone, I just have to share my first and most amazing experience with the fresh perfume store on Broadway...I just passed by one day and stepped in...MELISSA an amazing girl showed me around the store explaining the benifits of there delicious items and offering there amazing products...I actually got high excited-being in the natural line and seeing there pure ingredients..I fell in love with them right away....!!!Anyways I bought a nice perfume and was thinking that it actually might be a great idea to get it as a gift for my friend..she offered to helpMe Set it up ..I came back after a week with my wine and candies I wanted to add...of course mellissa gave me my full attention and patience we wrapped up a beautiful gift a masterpiece...which is totally an extra service.,she played around and she arranged a beautiful beautiful gift set up...she is just an amazing worker extremely kind and creative!!and the rest of the staff are also very special and nice...I would highly recommend to shop in this store for a nice day experience and try there products.!!Im in love with the fresh store Melissa and there products....worth a trip from anywhere to try them!!!
