Unbeatable location for any visitor visiting NYC. Definitely smaller Walgreens than usual but plenty of options.

It was great having drugstore ! They have interesting, laid-back and have a sense of humor. They preserve the meds in clean as well! Thankyou for that! Highly recommended!!

I thought this Walgreens was amazing! It had everything you could possible need and then some! They had a great refrigerated section where you could grab yogurts and string cheese -- a great place to grab a quick (and cheap) breakfast if you are staying in the city over night. Their snack section was also expansive. Prices were very reasonable even being in the center of one of the most expensive places - Times Square!

Lots of stuff, anything you might need in a jam. A little pricey as expected and also got to see a shoplifter verity busted. Good stuff NY

This store is more a showcase rather a pharmacy store, they have quite souvenirs of NYC, snacks, cold drinks but this store should be focus more be a pharmacy store without loosing the charm be in the center of Time Square.

Convenient location and hours, but very overpriced.

Annie is a zero and runsg store. They will take orders from you doctor but the will not fill the unless you live in Manhattan. They dont tell you doctor this because the want you to spent money in there store.

Packed an with just a few options, long line to pay.

Slow service. Long lines. Prices are fair. Tourist supermarket. Checkout the upper levels for your typical Wallgreens.

This place has a decent reputation. In the past, some people had complaints. But now, it seems like there are more five star reviews.

I would give NEG-10 absolutely rude, and non accommodating. so focused on lunch order.Then clerk sprayed air freshener all aroundme and I sufferFrom severe asthma. NOT COOL.

Decent location with nice staff who are pretty friendly and helpful. Prices are good as far as Walgreens goes and they located in a decent area that is easy to get to .

Walgreens is the best store ever. they have a pharmacy, groceries, dairy, candy. they pretty much have everything. if you ever catch a cold Walgreens is the place to go. its also great for quick needed items like lotions, body products, etc. Walgreens is the store that serves as your local bodega. jaja hope you enjoy your visit.

There is a good and friendly staff, good pharmacists. And pharmacy is good. Large selection of medicines, lots of crackers and GOOD cheese! In Queens or maybe 4 Avenue of the present. I love this store, every time after work I stop here. As you know, were on 7th Avenue, immediately call my wife and ask: what do you buy? Yes, darling, I drove up to Walgreens.))

Several floors..messy. staff was rude. Had what I needed. More expensive than other locations. Does sell pre made food like sandwiches and fruit cups..that sort of thing and more snacks then yoyr normal Walgreens would carry.

This girl in the second floor name Kimberly help me with some batteries, i like her she really nice, and she also respectful !

Very professional, quick and knowledgeable. They are also one of the few compounding pharmaciesin the area. They made a very difficult medication for my daughter.

This walgreens has everything you need but the people that work here are so rude and have an attitude problem. Staff is not helpful. This Walgreens has been the only one that has such bad customer service.

We asked an employee where a certain item was and she said it was on the third floor. After hiking all the way up, we were informed it was back on the floor where we asked the employee. Also,our purchase amount was $8.71. We handed him $9.01. He then asked if we had .70 cents instead of just giving us back 30 cents. Very disappointed.

Stay away from the 3rd floor, because of the manager/supervisor. (Her name is Annie, short haired lady) she was so rude and she has an attitude problem, that’s what we experienced just a couple days ago.

24 hour, multi-story Walgreens in the heart of Times Square. Prices are inflated as expected in a major tourist area but it was one of the few places open late at night when I needed to make a run for contact lens solution.

They have everything you need. The prices are high but convenient if you need something asap.

Great one-stop shopping in the heart of Times Square. Come here for some groceries or a ready-made lunch, pick up a prescription, get your passport photos taken, and rent a movie from the Redbox kiosk. Unfortunately, it can get crowded and sometimes the escalators dont work.

Didn’t wanna pay 7$ for a piece of pizza in Times Square so I got a bunch of food at Walgreens and it was great. The watermelon I got was actually pretty good.

Standard Walgreens. If you are here to print pictures, the picture quality is very good although more expensive than CVS. Unfortunately, the printer ran out of paper in the middle of printing and it took half an hour to find people who work there and get them to fix their own equipment. The person who was supposed to work at the Photo section wasnt there, not sure if that was because they were understaffed or just disorganized.

Great store, good prices... Careful with undereducated staff that hates their job (talking about the cashiers). its huge and you can get EVERYTHING from fruits to medicine. SO its a must visit while in Times Square.

Just like any other Walgreens, the workers were very helpful finding stuff we needed.

I come here mostly for their photo studio. I come in, pop my sd card and 10 mins later I am armed with photographs on quality photo paper.The cosmetics section is a sight to behold. It feels like a fancy department store. Shopping here is truly a wonderful experience. I know that is strange, but I guess their high ceilings make the shopping worth it.

The Pharmacy Staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. I called in with an issue with a prescription that they promptly helped me with, called back a week later and they remembered me and my issue before I ever told them my name. Good Pharmacys seem to be a a diamond in the rough around here.

Horrible customer service. Asked for singles with my change and the cashier said they didnt do that. Manager was standing right there. Asked him if he could help and he refused as well. Shop somewhere else. Staff cant be bothered for basic customer service and management is indifferent. Only gave 1 star because negative stars not possible.

Very unprofessional workers! My friend when to the store on 01/08/18 and she request a a Walgreens reward card and she was questioning about her immigration status... that rewards card are only for residents!!! I cant believe it if I dont see it ...

This is specifically for their Photo Services.*DO NOT GO THERE FOR PHOTO SERVICES*$14.99 for clicking your picture and 2 Passport size copies but if you need additional copies they charge another $14.99. CVS charges $0.35.The picture clicking area is not suitable for passport photos. Camera comes too close to subject. The photographer used flash and caused shadow on the background wall.Once printed, they didnt have the right tools to cut the 2x2 size. The attendant used a scale and pen to make markings and scissors to cut the pictures.Needless to say the pictures were ruined and I had to go and get it re-clicked at CVS.

I have been coming to Walgreens in Times Square for years after work around midnight, and even then there is a long line, but based off of those years, the line looks long, but there are usually two/three cashiers and it does move faster than you would expect.A lot of snacks, medicine, toiletries and various gifts and health/wellness items.Pharmacy:The people who work the pharmacy are friendly and willing to help out and answer questions amongst the bustle and heavy traffic of customers.Photo:Friendly and offers a bunch of fun interactive and festive NYC backgrounds for tourists.I like how there is a celebrate NYC vibe, very cool.Advice:- hold back complaints about there being too many people. It is Times Square, the center of the Universe.- if you go upstairs look for a cashier by the elevator, this might get you out faster than downstairs.Part of the four stars is that the cashiers are always friendly and assist amongst the thousands of people they assist all day, so that is impressive.

06/10/2019...If I could give them negative stars I would. Maybe a negative 5. Second time Ive filled prescription medication here and for the second time theyve really messed it all up. Not sure how difficult it is to get it right but this particular pharmacy is incompetent. Save yourself a headache and do not use them to fill your prescriptions. 06/14/2019... So heres an update, had all my prescriptions transferred to Rite Aid, had to start again with my insurance information, came in at 11am and came back 2 hours later, was there any problem, nope, none!!! Thats the difference between people that dont give a sh*t and someone who does. Shame on you Walgreens.

Horrible service. The farmacist was the most inexperienced attendant i have ever met in my life. This place status open only because it is in times square. I lost 30 minutes of my life that Ill never get back because of the untrained personnel. Escalator has been broken for ever.

Open 24/7, great location, selection isnt as big as some other Walters and prices are higher too.

Pharmacy is disaster, I called them to refill my prescription, gave them RX number 5 times, and she transferred me to their supervisor, another unexperienced staff, nothing changed, she told me to my doctor for another prescription. After wasting 2 days without pills I brought another prescription, guess what, I didn’t need that, because another newbie staff said I had 3 more refills from previous prescription.Complete mess, same thing happenend with their App, people on the app say A, on the phone B, when you walk-in C.

Generally do a good job, although they have a generic feel and could use more style.

This is a convenient location. It feels like it has less selection than other Walgreens, but maybe thats because its divided across multiple small floors.

The staff here is very rude and not helpful. I was looking for eye drops and they gave me an attitude. I have no idea who runs this place or why it is so poorly managed. Its impossible to find stuff here. Wont be coming back any time soon.

Tourist Trap!!!I went twice there on Jul 13th 2016 and Jul 17th 2016 and as a foreigner I paid my purchase with a 100 dolar bill. By chance I paid it in the second cashier from left to right both times I was there. It was around 7pm. The store runs at a fast pace and the cashier tried to steal me 20 dollars twice. She gave change to 80 dollars and when she noticed I was checking the change she quickly gave the 20 bucks missing. I am sure that is not a Walgreens procedure but a bad employee procedure. Be careful!

Walgreens on Times Square! Well, great place, good variety and fast check out counters!

Nice place to grab some snacks and some emergency things. It is a bit expensive but is with it if you are in a rush.

This Walgreens has been the first Walgreens I’ve entered to have bad Costumer service and the management is rude. I did not appreciate my time shopping here and would not return to this Walgreens anymore.

Went there for the passport photo. The booth was not working and I had to get a staff to take the photo of me. They dont have professional background. The staff took me to the corner of the elevator with horrible lighting. The photos were either with color and shadow in the background or really washed out. Super not satisfied. If youre not bother to train your staff, just tell the customers you cant do it.

Walgreens has a great selection, albeit a little pricey.

This place is not green at all they throw garbage on street all the time. if your going to call yourself wallgreens you have to be atleast good for the enviorment. i just dont understand this type of stuff...if you care about the enviorment dont go here

Extremely disappointed with the service of the pharmacy staff. I do not leave reviews often but given the noteworthy poor service received I felt compelled to do so. Very disappointed.

Too busy and too small. Although this has three floors the shape of it makes it nearly impossible to get round when its super busy, which is always being in Time Square.
