I love their foaming shower gels and they frequently introduce new ones. The sales people are helpful and they also let you browse on your own. The store is clean, has attractive displays, and is welcoming.

Exceptionally rude staff. So much for rituals!

I was there yesterday shopping for my wife. I had wonderful service, very polite and knew everything that I needed to know. I apologize for not remembering her name, but since the moment I stepped in during my lunch break, she asked if I needed help, and was supper helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!

The style of the store is amazing, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It would the perfect candidate for a 5 start review, but unfortunately the company has decided to change the formula in some of their products. What a shame.

This is one of the places I look forward to visit when in NYC. It is the brand of colognes I prefer. This location is nicer than any of the ones I have visited throughout Europe. The staff is knowledgeable in their product line. I wish they would open more location throughout the USA.

Asian inspired body care goods with a tinge of cultural appropriation. Im asian, so Im used to the appropriation, but Rituals products are actually very good. I have chemo skin and their bath kit cleared it right up. And I feel really good about myself when I have healthy skin👍👍

My first experience here were truly amazing the staff were beautiful. Got complimentary tea while I shop for frangrances staff were helpful and ready to.accomdiate to your needs and did I mention friendly.

I always love coming in here and seeing cherry blossoms. Always greeted with some type of tea that opens up the senses of my tongue. I gott the happy buddha fortune shower and some body cream that was on sale. Always happy to get free samples too!

Basically a fancier bath and body works with a lot smaller selection of products. Prices are very similar as well. Staff was super friendly and very helpful.
