I’m not sure why a review said they aren’t sanitary. (Don’t harm small businesses with assumptions like that. ) This is the ONLY store to sanitize AND check temperature right after sanitizing to the wrist/hand or forehead. So that means all the testers and everything touched is clean.I’ve also seen them wipe down the thermometer, and the lady helped me swatch a makeup item after sanitizing it. They are having tons of makeup sales as well up to 50% off and buy 1 get 1 free skincare. which I’ve never seen before.The girls are the sweetest and do their best at assisting given the circumstances

They keep doing tiktoks in the store it’s very unprofessional. The manager allows them and does it with them.

Wasnt open far past when it was supposed to.:( Had to head further down the street to get what I needed at Kosette which is a shame because I like Besfren better.

Prices are pretty comparable to online prices for kbeauty products, at least the skincare. Despite being a small store they had many products Im familiar with and more. Would definitely recommend!

LOVED this shop!! There were a few things I knew I wanted, then the woman working there helped me find a few other things. There was plenty if variety, so I found just what I needed. They have a sink in the store too, so I was able to test multiple products before buying. They also gave me plenty of samples, which I very excited to use.

My go to for my basic korean skincare. The staff is always helpful and the products are amazing. They often have sales of different items so check back often.

Unsanitary practice. I went into the store and the girl in the front used the thermometer gun, which is fine, but since it couldn’t read my forehead temperature, she proceeded to place the thermometer onto my wrist, touching the skin, which is not necessary. Then didn’t even sanitize the thermometer. With such practices I can only imagine what else goes on

I came here to get some items to do the K-beauty regimen and found the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable since I didn’t really know what I needed.I also really liked that the staff didn’t try to oversell me with products and they told me I should only start with a few products to see how my skin reacts.Overall, a good experience. If you are looking for a massive selection of products, this store may not be right for you; it is quite small but it carries the necessities!

I love Besfren Beauty, I’ve shopped here a few times. I’ve been to many Korean beauty shops over the past few years in NYC but this chain is my favorite. The staff can be very friendly but they don’t hover here, which I can appreciate. The space is small but that’s to be expected in New York. They have an array of options for various price points, especially sheet masks. I like to come here and stock up on sheet masks, they start at $1 and up to $10 or so but you can buy entire boxes as well at a discounted rate. Besfren also offers a reward program and you get a card, sign up to save your coins sis! I love the fact that they carry some of the cool brands like CosRx since it’s mostly sold online. Bottom line: I’m a fan. It’s organized, clean and the staff are nice and well-versed. I can’t wait to try the Flushing location soon. That review will be coming soon!

I love love love this little store! I found everything I was looking for and more at very reasonable prices. This was my 1st trip to NY and I ended up coming here 2 days in a row. The employees (especially the one whos name I didnt catch) were super helpful and gave me their honest opinions and input on products. I dont normally write reviews but this place deserves it. I cant wait to come back!

I enjoyed shopping here very much! There was a great variety of products here and great music in the background. The staff was very helpful. I wish that they gave samples when you buy a product. They have samples of the products before you purchase though so you can try them out while you are shopping! It is a very small and cute store to go to! They have a lot of different options also! The people that work here are very kind and helpful too! They have great prices on sheet masks. This was the K-beauty shop that I was looking forward to visiting the most since they carry multiple brands in one place. However, the prices were a lot more marked up compared to buying from online beauty sellers, from Amazon, or from Riley Rose.The only pro were the sheet mask prices. Most are pretty low compared to other places, especially their Leaders and Apieu masks. I was able to pick up some individual masks for $1–2 each! I wish they gave samples like other Asian beauty stores, though.

Decent store with a variety of skin care products. You can also purchase them online as well as in the store. The reps are helpful. Delivery and packaging are decent. The return policy is not generous as it is a new korean company. But you can always give it a try. I would prefer online though over instore.

A thorough selection of K beauty products on the border between Little Italy and Chinatown. Really cute store with all the brands youd expect. Ive always found the staff very helpful and accommodating.

If you like K Beauty skin care, make up and accessories, youll love this place. Ive visited the location in Flushing, Queens when visiting my family. The staff is friendly and helpful. I wanted to introduce my sister to some products that I think would help with redness, specifically the Mizon Snail Repair Intensive Ampoule, we purchased 3 of those and some other goodies. :)

Would recommend! Had a nice conversation with one a very knowledgeable sales assistant who was able to point me towards the perfect nongreasy sunscreen for sensitive skin. They have a loyalty program as well but doesnt really do much for you.

What a great addition to the K-beauty market in NYC. The sales staff is extremely helpful and thoughtful in their suggestions to you, and not pushy at all. With all the pushy sales associates in many K-beauty stores, I really appreciate that. Their prices are decent and competitive with local brick & mortar stores, and their stock is plentiful. I love this place, and the cafe beside it!

They offer a large variety brands of k-beauty products for skincare and some make-up. Their prices are comparable to offers in amazon. They are all friendly staff. You can try most of the products on the spot.

So much fun! K Beauty is overwhelming to say the least. I walked in looking for a new skincare routine and the sales staff, after doing a full consultation, walked me through and explained everything to me. I was not expecting to get such great service and the prices are so much more affordable than Sephora. I spent $144 where the same types of products at Sephora would EASILY have been 3x the cost. They gave me a few sheet masks after the sale as well. I can’t wait to go back- like tomorrow!

One of the sales girl was great but the second one made us feel as if we had stolen from their store. After the first sales girl rang our total up, the second one asked her to count all of the items first before completing our purchase. I almost returned all of my products on the spot! If you want return customers, don’t treat them like they are thieves and stops being so damn greedy!

Always a great experience whenever I come in. Staff is always helpful and always gives great recommendations. The best part is when they recomend products they arent just telling me whats in them and why its helpful. Even though it is great that they do. Knowing whats in the products has helped a lot. Staff uses the products as well and can tell you how well the products work versus what they were using before. Everytime I go in I always pick up something new.

Bought bb cream here. Compared it to prices online and I must say it was pretty overpriced I mean ya theres shipping, store rent etcetcetc I understand. What made me extremely sad though was that I didnt get any free samples after buying Something expensive. I cry. When I buy Asian makeup in ktown and canal Street I get free samples every time....... And they werent stingy with the samples either.... Didnt matter if I bought a lil eyeliner or 1 sheet mask. This store however wew nada. Maybe I should have asked but thats not my style. Not coming back. Browse carefully. Check online. Its cool I was able to get my Missha choboyang bb cream here but nope Im never coming back again. Try other places.

BesFren (the bakery that sells those too pretty to eat chiffon donuts) has opened up a beauty shop!For those looking for Korean beauty supplies. Youll find various Korean makeup brands that sells masks, moistures, makeup tools, and etc.I dont buy Korean products in the US cause stores usually hike up the price due to import fees,but couldnt resist on the items here.I ended up walking out of the store with an Elizavecca Green Piggy Collagen Pack, Gummy Bear Hand Lotion, and Elensilia Escargot Original Repair Cream (tried all of them at the store before making my decision).Totally recommend checking this place out

They were selling expired masks, some I bought expired in 2016. Beware of the company -- theyre trying to commission off of masks that cant be used.

I thought that because it is a store that resells other brands it would be quite expensive, but on the contrary, all prices are very fair, the attendants are attentive, it has a wide variety of face masks and some products from famous Korean brands such as Etude House and 3CE

As the shop is narrow, so much assortment is not good (; ω; `)
