This MAC store is amazing! Even during a pandemic they know how to make you have the most amazing experience! As soon as we walked in we were welcomed and immediately helped. To be honest I was only browsing, but they gave me my space and helped direct me without hovering. I believe the gentleman who helped us was named Moe but I could be incorrect.

I had such a great experience in this MAC store! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they helped me find the perfect foundation for my skin and nailed the shade. I felt comfortable here and was able to get so much information about the products and how my skincare routine can affect the performance of foundation. I really had no idea. Im so happy with the products I bought!!

Amazing employees that work here. Jasmine acknowledged me when I walked in. She was very friendly and helpful with the questions I had. What I noticed is how she helped me and another customer at the same time. This has got to be the busiest M.A.C in the world but Jasmine was exceptional. She represents the brand well.

I’ve been to this store a few times over the years and the makeup artists are alway amazing! They recommend good products and boost your confidence! My only regret is I can’t remember the woman’s name to give her the praise she deserved!

Stellar customer service. Total pros. Holiday weekend, the place was a zoo but Johnny took time out and doted on my 7-year old...applied her first ever mascara. Grabbed my foundation and selected a new blush for me in a flash. Trotter (hope I got his name right) helped me find a much needed new lipstick and liner. Nailed the color. Grabbed my fave mascara, air kisses plus hugs to both gents and we were out the door! ❤️❤️

I had an amazing experience. The staff was particularly helpful and Fredrick knew just what I needed before I even asked. I left feeling like a new woman and with all the tips and tricks I needed to recreate my new look at home. This is my new favorite location...oh, and everyone’s make-up in the store looked great, which always gives me an added boost of confidence when shopping for cosmetics!

Its located in the middle of the time square city next to Disney world shop. As usual the staffs were so helpful and had given a proper response to my quiery. They all are well trained to explain me about the promotions of the new product.

I HIGHLY recommend seeing Melissa. She is the best! Knows what shes talking about and is very personable. I stopped by this store at least twice a week just to visit her for recommendations and I tell everyone I know in the city to stop by the store to see her! She has made my experience at MAC and I now love this brand.

If you have an event to go to.. And you want to look your best.. 42nd Times Square is the best location to go to.. I must say they have some of the best makeup artists around..

A friend and I were visiting NYC for the weekend and booked an appointment to learn how to put make-up on correctly. Crystal was assigned to me and she did a fabulous job teaching me how to apply the make-up and took the time to get the right colors for me. I appreciated her patience and color expertise. I would highly recommend Crystal if youd like to learn about make-up application. My friends make-up artist was great too however, I didnt get her name. Thank you -

I had an amazing experience today at this mac location. The staff, especially the manager Gloria went above and beyond to make an otherwise difficult exchange easy and possible. I really appreciate the courtesy and will definitely be shopping at this mac location from now on.

Stood in store for about 10 mins with my wife without being greeted. Staff seemed to appear to want to chat amongst themselves. However, 3 other people walk into store separately and were greeted each time. The only difference between us and the others that walked in are that we are east oriental in ethnicity. The service we got after finally approaching someone ourselves was acceptable. In the heart of the worlds most diverse city, this apparent discrimination from this store is disgraceful.

So kind staff members! Staff members tried to help me. Testers are so clean and well-organized.

One of the best Mac experiences Ive had hands down. My artist Johnny was the most professional, caring, customer focused individual Ive met in a Max store. He went above and beyond to provide the best service. He also asked specific questions about my face. Like is my face normally oily or dry. He made recommendations based on what I like and gave me some awesome tips to use on my own as I do buy mac products every month. Based on his recommendation and him volunteering to give me my first makeover at Mac, I ended up purchasing most of the items he used on my face that I did not already have. I am definitely recommending this Mac location and soecifically Johnny. Working in an environment where I have constant interactions with vendors as well as other business groups its very important to have great customer service and have a great attention for detail. I feel that Johnny did just that in his interaction with me. He was observant, took his time with me, focused on his client at that time and I am so grateful. Thank you for being and amazing artist and a perfectionist 😘.

I visited this Mac location and I must say when I go back fo NYC I will be returning to this location. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, very personable, and not pushy to make a sale! I highly recommend them!!

I received a birthday beat down here on 3/23/2019 and she slaaaaaaaaaaayed it!!! She was very good at highlighting my favorite features as well as picking hues that compliment my skin tone as well as perfectly matching my skin tone as well. I LOVED the look and will definitely come back for my next occasion. 10Stars!!!

This MAC location is absolutely wonderful! Everyone makes me feel beautiful and brings out the best in me for special events or just when I come by to learn more make-up tips and tricks. Excellent make-up artists with very friendly personalities! 2-3 people making a fuss over you can really make a gal feel like a princess! Didnt get everything I wanted today, but the staff made sure I had pictures of each product they used so I could easily find it online. My artist made me feel less like a customer and more like a new friend.

Vanessa did such a great job on my makeup I loved it. It was so amazing Thank you so much ❤️ If you ever need to do your makeup go to Mac and ask for Vanessa 😍.

LaToya was an immense help. She guided my wife with the perfect color and shade. She was very well versed in cosmotology. The store was also crowded for the hour, at 9pm Saturday. My wife ended up getting a lot of products from the store.

JJ is an AMAZING Make-up artist! I was so happy with my make-up. I had rushed into the city and needed my make-up done in a hurry for a gala that I was attending and she was incredible! Thank you so much for making me look beautiful!!

This store is absolutely the best. We dont have a MAC where we live in Utah so when we travel, which is frequently, we always look for one. This is the first time I have bothered to review one, very specifically because of the awesome staff. Debbie, Antoine and Jeanny are true artist. They take their jobs seriously but are still really fun to work with. I wish these great people could do my make up everyday! They are amazing, just like everyone we met in the store on our 2 visits so far. Even security is helpful and friendly. Thanks all!

I was in a horrible mood before I came into the store bad day.... just wanted to get my makeup and go... usually sales people are rude when you give off a bad vibe but I am so thankful that the girl that helped me got the product I wanted right away there was no side chat or trying to sale me other stuff sometimes people can feel the energy of another person and I respect that.... I didnt even notice when I got home there was a free lipstick sample in the perfect shade for me.... the girl def had non verbal communication skills that matters to in sales jobs not just verbal communication.

NOT your average Times Square location. Friend booked up makeovers - Friday at 5:30om. Were UWS folks so Yikes, right?! Not at all -- the check in, the makeover and exit were an easy, unrushed and great experience all around. The staff amazing - friendly, helpful, attentive and not at all overbearing. Special thanks to Johnathan for taking care of me! Highly recommend this location. And, of course, great cosmetics!!

I had the best time here, i went to do my make up for 21st birthday and i loved it i came it out to new person ! He (DAY) is the freaking best he took time with me, from start to finish !! i love how the co-workers worked together on my face and gave suggestions !! works cant describe how amazing my time was there !!

This place is rather small for a Times Square location--and thats my only negative comment. Loved going to this place. The minute I walked in someone asked if I needed help. When she knew what I wanted she got right down to business. Found me the perfect lip color in seconds, applied it expertly along with some other stuff, advised me, and then let me decide if I wanted to buy that day. No pressure. Also, very sweet person.I didnt buy that day but went back and did so once I determined the lipstick shed picked out was indeed perfect for my needs.
