I saw this opened and wanted to try it out. I needed a new mascara- a lady helped me pick one out. I got home- it wasn’t mascara, it was clear. I took it back a few days later to exchange it for a mascara. Nope- they don’t take exchanges without a receipt (which I didn’t think to save considering a lady helped me pick this out). First and last time I’ll go in. Shocking- nearly every place looks up purchases by your credit card (stores have had this capability since before 2000). Especially an exchange...
Innisfree is amazing -- super affordable skincare that works incredibly well, cant recommend enough. Staff is always super friendly, Im so excited this location is open now!
Sales associates mock customers without hesitation, referring to them as the B word, unbelievable!
