I love coming here! The staff is very friendly and are always open to giving recommendations on the desserts. One of my favorite stops before and after work.

I love their cookies. The salted choc chip is one of my favorites. I also tried the ginger molasses cookie and the hot chocolate. Both were excellent. The service is great too. Theyre very friendly. Highly recommend!

I love coming here- the hot chocolate cookie is my favorite! Cupcakes are great too, not overly sweet.

To be fair, we just had breakfast at the Ovenly location in Bryant Park. The overpriced muffin was cold and stale. When we approached the counter the employees stated rudely the muffins were baked fresh daily. This is the first cold, stale fresh baked muffin I have ever encountered. Two bites later I fed it to the garbage can. Save your money and go anywhere else.

No thanks. Peanut butter cookie was too intense to be enjoyable. Raspberry poppy seed thing was too hard. Did not enjoy.

It feels dirty inside. Not a great feeling. I was actually dissatisfied & disappointed. It even smelled funny. However, great choices & options for food to go. Do not leave without trying the doughnuts.
