Rich and buttery chocolate chips cookie, mediocre espresso, coffee, and chocolate croissant, with friendly service and very cozy vibes. Only 4 stools in store. Also, wish half-and-half could be stored in a temperature controlled container on the countertop to keep better freshness.

Was happy to discover this compact, hip coffee shop just two blocks away from my hotel (the Moxy Chelsea). Was even happier to find out they’re one of few places in town already serving CBD-infused coffee. Had the cold brew and it didn’t disappoint - there was a slight kick to it, but the flavor overall was balanced.

Great staff that is very friendly and helpful. Worth going out of your way to get coffee here! Def put it on your list!!

Just had an latte with oat milk and an oat / toffee / pecan cookie. Excellent.

My first time back since before the pandemic and the coffee is still amazing, the baristas are still kind and genuine people, and its still a great experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good cup of coffee with great customer service.

This coffee place was so cute and made me want to move to NYC permanently. The staff is so friendly and the Irish cold brew is to die for.

A just normal café where I would probably not return (mostly due to the dull and not friendly guy who attended us). I have been at the Patent Pending a couple of times, and I like it, so I thought I could give Patent Coffee a try. Probably would not repeat again.

Great little spot to quickly grab a cup of coffee or latte. Best within a few blocks radius. Cookies are fresh and almond croissants are full of almond paste! The only drawback is that there are no seats to rest and enjoy the coffee.

Great coffee. Great service. I love that they change their menu with the season and keep the things that worked. My personal fave is the Earl Grey Latte. Go back at night for amazing cocktails in the speakeasy behind it.

I enjoy Patents selection of seasonal beverages - this past fall, they had a smores latte that was delicious. The storefront is tiny and sunken, but its a warm and pleasant vibe inside.

Cute location-thats about it. A little turned off by their dairy free option (oat milk) - Also, their $2 sale is a joke. Cappuccino was nothing to write home about. Definitely not impressed.

Solid espresso, can add cbd to pretty much any drink if thats your thing. Minimal amount of space but its a decent layout otherwise
