Coffee and service are pretty good, atmosphere is also nice. Coffee is more expensive than you would find at Starbucks and I didn’t see anything that looked unique for their shop specifically.

If you sick of Starbucks and you are around this area, this is the place to grab a good coffee. One bad thing is no restroom, you must go to next door to use one. But I guess this just general thing in Manhattan😂

Love the name, of course! Thats what caught my attention in the first place. I tried their oat mocha and it was made well. Perfect espresso to mocha to milk consistency. They have very limited seating so it isnt the ideal place to work out of. Even though they dont have wifi, I am generally able to catch the wifi of the neighboring restaurants (Im sure they dont mind haha). They also dont have a restroom so it is a nice lets hang out grab a cup of coffee place but not somewhere you can chill for long.

Love this cute coffee shop with great pastries. Nice for an afternoon espresso or matcha latte & a snack. Cozy area to sit in the back plus a communal table & window bar - perfect for people watching.

Coffee is great, and the lemon loaf was delicious. But the lemon loaf needed to be more lemony and icing per my kids!

Really well executed espresso. Each visit consistently yielded a dialed in shot, even with different baristas. The cold brew was also great. Dont let the name scare you, the folks here are just focused on nailing the coffee...and thats what you came here for, right?

Just for the name alone Im gonna give this place a thumbs up haha! Had kind of a hipster vibe going on, but what coffee place doesnt these days right?! Didnt bother me anyways.Coffee tasted great and thats what matters.

I miss Grumpy so much. They are so nice (funnily enough), they are helpful if you dont know what you want, and their quality is top notch. The matcha is made hand whisked on site. Their ingredients are fresh and everything comes out baller. However they are pricey because of this, and it is a bit of a wait. Worth it.

Atmosphere is adorable, fun, and quiet! The employees are extremely knowledgeable and very nice. Their drinks are delicious!! Overall a great place to stop.

Sweet little coffee shop with great coffee and tasty pastries. The lattes were beautifully made with excellent coffee. I had the salted caramel doughnut which was delicious.

The macchiato is pretty good. A little pricey but good. The music is good but a little loud. Nice seating area. Great place to go before taking the fairy.

Its no surprise to anyone whos familiar with this chain that the coffee here is excellent, but, its REALLY excellent. A sip of their pour-over pretty much guarantees youll never go back to any of the (many) other places in the neighborhood.

Definitely one of the best cappuccinos Ive ever had. I got the single-origin Columbia beans and it was on point. Perfect crema and milk foam. Reminds me of a great cappuccino I had daily in Florence.

No WiFi. More of a sit & socialize/meeting place coffee shop than a working coffee shop. Seating is a little sparse and awkward/uncomfortable (like sitting on benches with no tables or cushions) so it’s not good for long periods of time. $4.25 for a small cappuccino... pretty pricey in my opinion, but that’s NYC for you. Compared to others in the area, I wouldn’t recommend it over others. Been twice and both times it was just okay.

One of the few places in Fidi that serves good coffee/tea and is open past 6pm. Staff is friendly and service is quick.

Perfect macchiato every time, and a nice, friendly environment without the usual crowd of people using it as a second office. (communal tables and no wifi! Hooray!) Seasonal, varietal coffee made with respect for the bean and no fruity concoctions.

Coffee was disgusting. Tasted like it was made in a dirty pot. Cookie was good, though.

Clean water in this coffee makes world of difference. Whenever I have urge to actually sit down and savor the cup this is where I go.
