The coffee is quite good. They offer Plat White, Cafe Latte, Chai Latte, Cafe Au Lait, etc.I would recommend original Cafe Latte if you try this shop for the first time. 😀The shop is not so spacious, however it looked very cozy.Bread, especially blueberry muffins and croissants with almonds are recommended.

My favorite coffeehouse in the city! Not only is the coffee the perfect balance of bitterness and richness, the way a good cup should be, but the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. I feel at home here. The muffins and scones are also tasty!

Baristas were so incredibly friendly, DELICIOUS oat milk latte, asked how to spell my name for the cup (which I love). Excellent experience!!!!

Depends who you have as a barista. I asked for a cappuccino and got a latte because she couldn’t make the foam. She said she was having problems with the foam to her colleague and still gave me a latte.

There are many very good cups of coffee in New York, but I think this one is always a little better than the rest. Full-bodied yet very crisp, with a deep flavor. If a seat is available and one says to stay when ordering the coffee is served in a large ceramic cup that really enhances the experience. The restaurant is not very large, and there is often not enough seating, but only because of its popularity. The space has been thoughtfully designed, and there is (thank goodness!) a nice bathroom.

I am all about independent coffee businesses and I class those guys as one. When you dont see coffee shop with the same name on every corner - now you know its going to be good.Simple meniu and interior matches the brand name.Very cosy coffee shop and very very very good quality drinks! We had hot chocolate and a flat white. Wow. Seriously good!Yes, its a small place, but if you appreciate quality beverage - go here and you know, you definitely will be back!

I used to go a LOT, like every second day. I thought I was contributing to a local chain. I took atleast 7 of my friends too. But not anymore. I used to order cappuccinos because their latte feel a little diluted. The latte is literally 2 sips more milk than a cappuccino. So I would request them to add just 2 sips more milk in my cappuccino - must have happened on 4 occasions max. Out of which two of the baristas (very sullenly) on 2 occasions told me that I should order lattes and that they won’t add 2 extra sips of milk. They threw away the milk in the sink, which they had brewed extra for my cup of coffee, right in front of my eyes, rather than just adding it in my coffee. What a shameful, sad thing to do. I was so disgusted by the sheer act of cold meanness. What is the matter with some people? You would rather throw away a small amount of milk in the sink than giving it to a customer? I hadn’t even asked for any extra effort of taking out extra milk from a carton and heating it up for me. It was literally in the jar from which both of them were serving. If you don’t have the heart or decency to be kind to the people who help you to be employed, I don’t think I will be visiting ever again. Sad to see you lost so much business including generous tips because you are poor at customer satisfaction or basic humanity.

They are fortunate to have this location here on the UES close to 3rd avenue. This area used to be a desert, but now sandwiched in the heart of the 86th street area close to Central Park is a local gem. Before it was just the Starbucks around the corner - this place however has real good iced coffee (just ask for milk while ordering/paying). Seating is very limited and no wifi, which is actually a good thing that I support them on as it can help (but not eliminate) the anti-social laptop and laptop office centers that coffee shops have morphed into lately.
