My appointment was wonderful and Kevin makes sure to answer all my questions. My only complaint was with the appointment setter online. I wish it had told me at least a range on pricing because I had no idea how much it would cost and when it sent my final reminder it said with any agent. Emails I had received up until then said Kevins name on them and the last one didnt. I also took advantage of the shuttle and it great. Thank again.

Didnt like the service...I took my truck and go without services my truck...they give me and appointment at one time went a little bit early and still they told me that I have to wait 3hours or more. Dont like the way they do business there.

Had to spend 5 hours for an oil change even with an appoiment at 10 am and is allmost 3:00pm... omg what a bad place to go. Will Never come back..
