Terrible service. I would almost sell my car just to not have to deal with this place.
SCAM, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!They will charge you for nothing and take your car hostage, you cannot choose what you want fixed otherwise they will charge you a $400 dollar troll toll.
I wish no stars was an option. The service department is the worst I’ve ever experienced, ever, and I would recommend avoiding having your vehicle serviced here at all costs. If you do get your vehicle serviced, it will undoubtedly be at all costs. I had the tires rotated and oil changed on an older Fiat, which cost me over $200. In addition, they recommended $3500 in routine maintenance with no knowledge of my previous service. They told me I needed my brakes changed, even when I was recently told by another Fiat dealership the brakes were fine. The service advisors are unresponsive to emails and phone calls....it took me a week to get my service completed and get my car back. In my opinion, they are not honest brokers, charge unusually high prices, and are unresponsive to customers.
THEE WORST. Brought my car in for a simple oil pan. They told me and my insurance company that it would take a day. It took ONE MONTH (after I begged). No phone calls, not ONE word from them. I called and called (btw, youll notice no one answers the phone...its bizarre. I had to get a phone number from my insurance company - they couldnt get in touch, either). After numerous calls about where my car was, I finally had the thought that I should have a male family member call. Only then did someone call me back - a month later. I pull out of the dealership and my breaks are bad. Never had an issue with them....they give an estimate for $800 for front, $800 for back. I take my car out of there and go to another garage. $695 for front and back brakes. Ive dealt with them before - its always a nightmare. DO NOT BOTHER.
This place is a scam. I went in and they wanted to charge 50 dollars to change one rear light. The thing is the light was working the night before, I know because I was pulled over and they didnt say anything about a light.Then they said they need to do some work on my windshield hose. I checked and the guy disconnected it. Simply just connected it again.They said my break pads had next to no pad left. I went home took off my tires and checked, they literally had at least 9 months left on them. Still havent changed them.They tried to charge near 800 for all that.They are a scam. They tried to sound like they care by saying I didnt need to change my tires but as you see the rest above is history.Never again go there. If youre considering going, dont.
Better experience the second visit.
I want to warn the people not to get yourselves involved with this dealership and dont fall into the trap of the salespeople and managers smiles. They are the biggest liars, they promise everything to your face and none of their promises are kept. I leased the Alfa Romeo Giulia on the condition that they would give me a loaner when the car is in service, but any time that I had to bring the car to them, they found an excuse to deny the loaner. Now they are telling me that I have to rent a car and Chrysler will refund me afterwards. What a shame! I have always driven luxury cars, such as Mercedes, Lexus, and Jaguar and have had only joyful experiences with the cars and the service. I leased the Giulia car only eight months ago, but due to numerous problems, it has been in service four times. I am writing to warn the public not only against falling into the trap with this dealership, but to not be enticed by the look of the Giulia. Apart from its looks, it is entirely junk. One can go through a big list of problems with the car. For example, although the car is brand new, the battery died. The car would not start, the lights were flashing on and off, the radio would not turn off, and the trunk kept opening and closing by itself, but the car doors would not lock, preventing me from leaving the car alone. A passerby commented that the car was possessed. It took three and a half hours for their road service to come and rescue me. Unfortunately, no other service people could touch the car.
