I was forced to take my Alfa Romeo Stelvio here because the dealer by me (Monmouth) was such a mess that they had our car for 2 weeks for an oil change and a check engine light. Stephen Petrowski was my provider. After telling me I needed a second oil pump replaced (2018) and a new radiator amongst other things I let him begin. 47 days before we finally get the vehicle back and no offer of a rental! Thanks Alfa Care. And the best was they charged me for an oil change and Alfa romeo as well! Both Steve Petrowski and his boss promised to send me a check which never came- 9 months now. I will be selling this vehicle and will never be a customer again. It is no surprise that Alfa Romeo customer service is rated dead last!

Horrible experience. Lied about services that they did not complete. Told me they did tire rotation but I had the lock key at my house. On top of that, the one wheel with a small scratch was in the same spot. When I pointed it out, the guy was like oh I go by what’s on the paper. Did an oil change and came back with less oil than I originally had. Claimed they solved the electrical issue but the same problem started a day after. Never again. What a disgrace to a brand that’s supposed to be premiumUpdate: Yup, just in 8 months with less than 6k miles driven after the oil change, the oil is completely gone.

Made appointment online Saturday Jan.2 for an oil change for Tuesday Jan 5, at 4pm. Nobody gets in touch to confirm it, so Tuesday morning I call the service department number and nobody picks up. I then call main number and ask if I am good to go for my appointment. Lady says Ohhh I cant do past 11:30 am. What? Service is open till 11:30 am only? Weird hours, seeing every other dealer shows 5pm as the last available time slot. Plus their online form shows latest as 5 pm also? And thats it, no sorry, no would you like some other time slot, nope. I guess no oil change for me there.
Today I lease my second new car at the new Alfa Romeo Maserati Manhattan. My saleperson was Daniel, he was kind and the experience was comfortable, I would recommend him to anyone, plus, he found me the deal where I wAnt to be, and the manager Paul was very kind as well, because what Daniel said, he honored the deal. I recently had the privilege of working with Nicholas Tzivas at the NYC Alfa Romeo - Maserati dealership. I was looking for a specific car/ color and Nicholas was so incredibly helpful and polite and not pushy at all. If anything he was the opposite and told me why certain things wouldnt be good that I wanted and wasnt trying to sell me a whole bunch of things that would be useless to me anyway. He was trying to help me make the best decision. I had received quotes from another dealer and their pricing was nowhere near as good as Nicholas. You would think the NYC dealership would be the most expensive one just because its NYC, but it was the lowest pricing and best deal I found on an amazing car loaded with lots of goodies.I was unsure of what I wanted and when I left the dealer no one bugged me or pressured me to put a deposit down, they were so nice and let me test drive a few cars and were completely genuine. I had been pressured by other dealers to put a deposit down and nothing of the sort here. I was SO happy with Nicholas and the service that I had to write this review. And I am NOT the kind of person that writes a lot of reviews:)You cannot go wrong here, ask for Nicholas Tzivas and you will be taken care of.
Daniel was awesome to work with! I liked his vibe - never pushy, always professional, and looks to go the extra mile to make customers happy. I’m especially appreciative of how quickly we arrived at a deal that was agreeable on both sides, his patience in answering all my questions, and making the the checkout process smooth and fast. Would recommend working with him in a heartbeat.Update:30 days with this car and already have had way too much trouble with it and this service department. I came in to have them install the front license plate on the car and as soon as I got the car back the front sensor was going off for no reason... in drilling the front license plate they busted the front sensor and damaged the front bumper too. Yes, they fixed it but this was a huge inconvenience for me to have them break the car and then deal with going through repairs for something they broke. Got nothing for my inconvenience.More recently, the car’s forward collision brake system activated randomly and caused the car to stop suddenly despite there being absolutely nothing in front of the car that could’ve triggered it. The car behind me almost rear ended me. The brilliant Alfa car makers decided to not allow this faulty feature to be turned off permanently.I am already regretting choosing Alfa after only 30 days with a brand new car.

If you stop by ask for Nicholas Tzivas. I showed up end of day during Covid, no appointment and he still took the time to show me a few cars they had in stock. I saw one I liked and he had it cleaned up and ready for me to test drive the next morning.I shopped around at Mercedes, BMW and other Alfa Romeo dealerships and couldn’t find a deal that matched his.

Wow I should have trusted the terrible reviews. Absolute nightmare. Starting with the receptionist who won’t even let you get a word out before putting you on hold. My car has been there (I think it’s there? Maybe it’s not because literally no one has called me) for two weeks- all to get a new key cut. Pretty sure they have no details about me aside from my phone number. I don’t know how much it’s going to cost, don’t know when it’s going to be done. It’s like the twilight zone. Hopefully they lose my awful piece of garbage fiat while they’re at it!
I had a problem with my car while I was away on vacation so I was in no mood to deal with it while I was in Europe. However as soon as I returned home I reached out to Jooyeong Lee and he handled my frustration appropriately and told me to bring the car in. He had the car fixed and did not take advantage of the situation. He was patient, courteous and extremely helpful. He then introduced me to Sean the Service Manager and Gordon in the Service Department and everything was handled seamlessly. I am so glad that Fiat is under new management and ownership. After wondering around town from one dealership to another, we (as me and my wife) considered to go checkout Alpha Romeo.So glad we did, being greeted by Sales Person(Angela) I had a very good feeling that we were in the right place to shop for the car, after looking at several options we considered a A/R Giulia 2018. and here we go with making the most difficult decisions Color/Options/Wheels/ACC.. I can go on and on. but this is not how Angela makes you feel. Before I knew it, we were in the Car test driving, we liked the test drive and strongly would consider this car. After reviewing everything with Angela we locked down on the car/options, but we were not yet satisfied, Angela made everything possible to make sure we have the best car and deal. What a pleasant experience start to finish. I went in late yesterday will no intention of driving away with a 500X. Guiseppe was awesome. They were able to take by 2014 Cherokee on the spot. We had a signed contract within 1 hour, came back 45 minutes later and the car was ready to go. Management is also very pleasant and provide their sales associates the tools needed for a successful transaction.

$1295 dealer prep fee is among the worst. Check engine light on, then vehicle was damaged pulling it out of garage. Then I waisted a whole day negotiating only to find out the truck was advertised wrong as a better model with barely a “sorry” for the mistake. Just picked up my second Alpha Romeo TI Sport, again in Volcano Black. This is the first time in decades that I leased the same car again. Stelvio truly has no competition. It drives great, much better than an Audi Q5 and its $20,000 less than a Porsche Macan and better looking than both. It was perfect for the 2 years I had the original Stelvio. I had a great Experience at Fiat of Manhattan. Katherine Perez, our sales woman, as well as Caleb (the Manager) were very accommodating and worked with my wife and I around all aspects of the sale. Whether it was the timing of the pickup, the type and color of the car that they had to search for, or working with us to get into a car that was priced right for us, it was an all around terrific experience!
The Google reviews are totally fake. Check the names on their website...some of the people giving reviews work for Fiat!!!!Check yelp if you want a honest opinion of this place.I made the biggest mistake of not trusting the bad reviews...I really wanted a Fiat and ignored the warnings from others.I will sum it up for:1. Dishonest- List one price online, presents an increased of $1,500 increase in person. When I ask about this, Angela makes it seems like she is doing me a favor by dropping the price.2. Unclear Rates- After 4 days of negotiating, you would think I would get as clear break down of all charges, vehicle history, and financing rates. She gives me a price of $275 for 72 months for a 2012 car after my down payment of 2k. Also the car is Bright Yellow...Not a preferable choice. I even asked about other options but she insisted on the yellow car or the new POP.3. Disrespectful- after sending a email to Angela challenging her about the price of the vehicle I was interested in. She forwards my email to her boss and tells him I cant stand this idiot. How do I know?...Well... The manager forward the email to me with his comments to try to continue negotiating the deal. Clearly a lack or respect for the customers or her job. Note that I have only met her once, spoke on the phone twice and emails back and forth with me asking for information that is standard when buying a car????4. Unorganized- They seem very unorganized and appointments mean nothing. I had to wait. Arrived at 6/6:15, did not leave til 9pm!!!!! No bueno!I am devastated that I will not own a FIAT, even if I buy from someone else, I do not want to ever have an excuse to visit this place for repairs or parts. NO THANK YOU!MAJOR FAIL ANGELA & FIAT OF MANHATTAN!!!! AND YES THE $99 PARKING...NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.
