Not very happy with my experience dealing with Patrick Wyatt. Im trying to buy a Rolls Royce Ghost. He was great on the phone, told me they were flexible on pricing. I make an offer of $4,500 off the listed price, he replies with 5 different ways of telling me hes firm on the price after telling me had wiggle room. I talk to him on the phone, he was arrogant, cut me off mid sentence, and said we are going to pass and ends the conversation. I call back to the dealership, he answers, I tell him Id like to speak to another person about buying the car, he laughs and tells me he will have somebody call me. My issue is not price, my issue is respect. He was one cordial conversation away from the closing the sale.

Ask for Rich Nicola the GSM! Outstanding facility, great selection and best of all the right price! I flew in from Chicago to sign the paperwork on a 2019 Wraith. Rich and his crew took it from there. Car was delivered just like it was in the showroom. Manhattan Motorcars is the real deal!
