Amazing Amazing! Love this company. It’s not for everyone, the prices are high but you get what you pay for. I was reading some of the reviews above and made me laugh, some people really don’t know the difference between a mask and a moisturizer. Mask supposed to dry and moisturizer to give you hydration nope? I’m not younger anymore, but I take care myself very well, and I prefer to spend tons of money and feel good than look at myself in the mirror at home and feel like a disaster. Lady’s take care of yourselves!

Happy to have a new spa in my neighborhood. I went to the store after I saw few celebrities using the brand, and decided to try. Why not? Very happy with the results, and also because it’s just few blocks from my apartment in UES. The only part I didn’t like is they stopping people at the Avenue to try their samples who clearly don’t care about their skins. I overheard a woman saying that she doesn’t care about wrinkles and want to age gracefully. What? I don’t know where those people live or where they came from but, I was laughing when I heard. Good Job for the stuff and be more selective at the door. Every woman cares, trust me, either they can’t afford it, or they only saying to try to feel better.

Horrible place. Total scammers as described by other reviews. Hard sales pitch. They were so persistent and I kept saying I had to go and they kept pitching. I really regret buying the eye cream that they said was normally $1000 but they discounted it for me because they liked me (they just met me) so I got to buy this garbage for $400. They got it in my eye, which is now irritated. It feels like spackle. I partially bought it to get out of there because they were so aggressive and then they kept trying to sell me on a free treatment but wouldn’t say what it entailed. Finally I made an appointment for tomorrow just so they’d let me leave. Very aggressive. Don’t go in the door. Obviously I won’t be making my appointment. Expensive lesson unfortunately. This place should go out of business.

LOVED this place. No other facials can compare.The people that work there are so considerate to your every need. My skin has improved immensely since I started going there. Thank you for being in my neighborhood.

Had the same exact experience as Christine a week ago. After offering me a sample, the salesman dragged me in and put some sort of eye serum on me. He tried to convince me I needed a separate eye cream but PSA: a good drug store moisturizer is all you need and can be used around the eyes if fragrance free!!! Luckily I have been watching a ton of Dr. Dray on YouTube recently, so I wasn’t convinced although he tried to sell me on hundreds of dollars worth of products (and was condescending about it).He insisted on instant results, but my sister couldn’t tell the difference between which eye had product and which didn’t. Upon getting home, I noticed the skin under the eye was extremely dry, crusty and flaky. I immediately washed off the product and moisturized.Although I live just up the street I’ll do my best to avoid this place at all costs!

Today a young man approached me outside of the Madison Ave location, gave me a sample and then asked to apply some eye cream on me. He said “if you like it later on, come back and by it”. By the time he had finished applying it, he was trying to get me to purchase a $400 eye cream and $300 gold mask. When I told him I was now late for a reservation and wanted to test the products for the day, he became very persistent, tried to stop me from leaving. I very firmly said thank you, but I’m not purchasing at this moment and left. After I wore the eye cream for less than 10 minutes, it was orange, crepey, and dry. Grateful I didn’t let anyone badger me into purchasing! Suspicious activity and low quality products, avoid!

Visiting NYC from Mexico, went today to get few shoes at Louboutin and found this great place. I purchase few products from Madison location and they are shipping to my house in Mx the rest. I appreciate all the help I got from Lilam and Lavi. I wish I was living in New York so I could get treatment at the clinic. Anyways I will be back soon.

This place is a hidden gem in middle of the cold rough city. I was looking to get my wife something nice for her birthday, and this place is perfect. They offer all types of products, both for men and woman. My wife loved the neck cream I got her, and I am sure I will be back sometime soon for more.

Everyone in the store is warm and caring. They have been trained very well. Instead of promises of how great the products are and shoving the purchase in an unpleasant way, they show success by using the product on half of your face, wait till it dries, and after cleaning the treated half of your face. One can see the improvement right away. Very impressive. Then buy if you like, though prices may increase in a few.months.

My boyfriend pleasantly surprised me with a weekend getaway to New York for our first month anniversary. That was quite amazing, but even more amazing was waking up in big apple with a champagne breakfast served in bed and a gift card for spa services and products at INFINITE BEAUTY spa, which I didnt hesitate to use that same morning. Describing my experience here on Google in detail would probably take forever. So let me just say that it was stellar, high quality out-of-this world and I am definitely coming back. I purchased two products that Im still using every day and am in love with. They are collagen facial cream and eye serum. Many thanks to the stuff for their work making us ladies beautiful.Btw guys too, my boyfriend uses my skin care products all the time! ..and without permission!

I am recovering from brain surgery and I do need a little TLC, even when I mentioned that financially right now is not a good time he still wanted me to go in. When I first got my mask I was a bit hesitant since my skin is very sensitive and acne prone. But the moment I put this luxurious cream in my face I knew it was worth every penny. Is was so smooth and creamy. There was a gentle warmth over the whole area that was soothing instead of burning as many masks tend to be. I didn’t want to take it off at the end of the 15 min. I was lured into the store for a free sample. The sales girl was nice until I told her I did not intend to make a purchase. I got up to leave and she said Sit down I am not finish talking, dont be rude.I say re-training in customer service is definitely necessary, especially when trying to peddle an $800 eye cream.

They pump horrible disco music out of speakers in front of there store, then obnoxiously force feed business cards into passerbys hands. I cant understand who in charge there thinks this is a valuable marketing tool but it only serves to alienate there business. Spend the money to market your business in a wiser fashion because that kind of strong arm tactic is never successful.

Apiero products are new to me, but Im always up for a new quality product. And this is quality! Ive been using the Advanced Nightcream for the last 2 weeks and am really enjoying it so far. Its feels luxurious and silky on the skin and is not too heavy. I think it takes longer than 2 weeks to really see the full result, but I do believe I am seeing nice benefits from this product so far, ie: my skin looks refreshed in the morning and less of the bags under my eyes for the first hour of the day! I say definitely try it!

I had the most relaxing facial here, The employees are very kind and have great suggestions for how to use their products alongside general health tips to boost the effectiveness of their treatment.im so glad that my crows feet are a thing of the past!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLEA man standing outside the store grabbed my teenage daughter by the arm and dragged her inside. Two men were blocking the door and she was afraid to leave (she is tiny). After 40 minutes of hard selling (hundreds of dollars worth of product) she bought one jar of overpriced cream just to escape, and they were OBNOXIOUS about it. If the receipt did not say no refunds I would have gone back and insisted on getting her money back. I am reporting them to the BBB.

I was asked to come in by one of the employees yesterday while passing the store in the Westchester mall. Although I wasnt planning on buying anything that day, I decided to sit down and hear what the wonderful staff had to teach me about my skin. First thing we did was go through the skin analyzer that enabled me to see what type of skin I was dealing with. After seeing all the different spots ok my skin I decided to go ahead and sample the peel cream that was offered to me. After a few minutes of rubbing it on my face and seeing all the dead skin and dirt peel off, I was able to see a very noticeable difference than before. My skin seemed more vibrant, young, and just all around better. I decided to go ahead and purchase the set for a very reasonable new customer discount. I will update my review after I try my purchase for a few weeks, hopefully all good results :) overall though for the store I have to say that I was very impressed and pleased with the level of service. From the moment I walked in I felt like the staff was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any question I might have had. I really did learn alot from my short visit to this store and will try and be back as soon as I see the results from my first purchase.

Walking down the Westchester Mall in White Plains two months ago, I noticed, to my surprise, the Infinite Beauty store, same store I purchased from in Palo Alto a year and a half ago. Since I moved to New York I couldnt find a nice place to shop for the same skin care products I used to get in Palo Alto and I was happy to find the store on the third level right outside of Nordstrom.At that time I walked in and was approached by Lily who was very nice and professional. I already know from my experience that they keep coming with new products every few months, and indeed she introduced the Mega Lift Treatment, which comes with a package of Anti-Aging Facials for one year, one every month. She also explained that this is a process and the results are not immediate. Well, after two months I must share that she was right. The Mega Lift Treatment is just improving my skin. The tone and texture look better with every treatment I get. Not to mention the wrinkles that slowly vanishing.The facials are recommended for every lady who wishes an hour of complete relaxation. The estheticians are great. They really care about my skin and the results. They give me personal attention every time I come for a treatment. In addition, the store always upgrades their treatment room equipment. I honestly dont really know what it does, but it looks very impressive and you cant argue with the results.For those who think its a scam, I disagree. I know, the products and the treatments are not cheap. But for those who can afford it, you should. For me it was worth every penny. Ten more treatments to go... Looking forward... Thanks Lily.
