Beauty supply store is the best they give 3-5 dollar coupons when u buy your products hair whatever and on top of that my girl ADAMA she does installs but you have to purchase the hair their and you have to make an appointment…if you can’t get to your regular beautician she is the GO TO.

This store is really wonderful! They were kind and understanding about swapping out a product that my skin wasnt responding well to. The staff was also very patient and helpful when picking out some new blush -- I have allergies to a couple of ingredients which can make finding makeup a challenge but the staff was helpful in pointing me to some brands to try. Highly recommend!

First time shopping here! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. I wanted a female staff member to help me pick out the amount of packs for my hair but a male staff member was kind enough to help me decide the number of packs. Cashing out was quick and easy. Very comfortable shopping experience compared to other stores where associates follow you around! I will gladly come here again for all my shopping needs. Be warned—Theyre a bit pricy but I was able to find crochet butterfly locs that Ive been wanting to try here!

The people are very helpful and the service is great. For me, this is the only place that I fully trust to do my hair. I like this beauty supply store but lately theyre starting to remind me of an unprepared business. I went in to purchase hair for a weave I was getting done the following day and they only had one bundle of the hair I wanted and no part closures just lace closures. Just not having everything I need in one place anymore 😔

THEY HAVE A LARGE INVENTORY OF HAIR YOU CAN CHOOSE FROM AND HAIR ACCESSORIES. I FOUND A NICE PEARL AND EARRINGS SET FOR $2. SOME THINGS ARE REGULARLY PRICED AND THERE ARE HIDDEN TREASURES. OVERALL THEY HAVE SOME INTERESTED INVENTORY AND PRICES. I BROUGHT 8 ITEMS AND IT TOTALED TO $22 INCLUDING TAX. INQUIRING MINDS WONDER...LOL!!! I WISHED THE STORE WAS A LITTLE MORE ROOMY.

I have been coming to this beauty shop since 1997. Girl talk about consistency. I love it. Its staff are friendly, helpful, respectful, seet tem always working and never lounging around doing jack. I never been to the second floor all this time but the first floor usually have the stuff i need. I come, grab and go. Bam! I knowin 24 years it cant be never an issue but the two small issuesi ever had was only two cashiers were rude to me and thank god the ruddest one is not there anymore lol ( thats mean. She was a biatch lol) but i never complained to mgr or owners . The other one was new and needed customer service training. Seems like she got it because after the one time she was acting up and the head cashier told her to chill she never did it again.So life is besutiful here. My fav person is Dama. Sweetest lady and so helpful and hard workingy always like the rest of the staff. I appreciate this place.Keep rocking!

I always come here as they normally have what I need for my hair and things I didnt need but brought anyway...HA. They are all very helpful.

The selection of wigs is pretty good, but why is it so damn hard to get one? An Asian lady was helping us to try on a couple of them, she said that we can try on the sample one in different color, and if we like the style we can buy a new boxed wig of the right color. Okay, that works. But why arent we even allowed to take the correct wig out of the box before buying it? Like she would show us the box with the wig we like, and not even let us touch the box, let alone take it out of the box and just see how it looks (without trying it on obviously). She kept screaming NO NO NO even when we would just try to hold the box without opening it. Super annoying experience, would not come back.

I was treated with the utmost respect.

Still love this place and have been going here for years!

Wide variety of hair products. Only down side are the long lines and not to many people to help on the sales floor.

They have all items that I look for

Such a wide selection of products for both natural and relaxed hair. Here are also a number of small, cheap beauty products (lip gloss, concealer, edge control, etc) that are readily available here. The staff is helpful, too. The only problem is that the store is often very disorganized, with some items being in cardboard boxes in the floor, and the aisles being very narrow and cramped.

Conveniently located right near the train station and major shopping area. This place had a great selection of hair products etc. I got a great deal on a big 750 ml jar of jbco ecostyler gel for $6.00. Great prices. Will shop here again.

The location was over priced. lots of items crammed down very small isles. Not a comfortable shopping experience. The wig selection was a totalof 20 wigs. I was not greeted upon entry, but i was watched as i navigated the isles.

I REPEAT STAY AWAY!!They have terrible customer service!!If you want a wig do not go, they will half way help you and give you a whole lot of attitude!My experience:I originally went there to buy a half wig (outre Annie) but I was surprised by their selection of wigs so I decided to browse and look at them. After ten to fifteen minutes of looking noone greeted me or ask me if I needed help.When I was ready to try on some wigs (since I know you have to buy a wig cap ) I wrongfully asked a customer if she could help me not knowing who were the employees. I then saw a lady sitting behind a counter and I asked her. She immediately caught a huge attitude and yelled loudly for a lady to come help me, and then made a smart remark about me asking her for help when she was off, which I have no clue how I was suppose to know that. The lady who I guess was helping me did not really help me I had to keep waving her down for every little thing and she was just so uninterested in helping. As I watched other customers just grab wigs and do their own thing. I got so fed up I just got two half wigs I was familiar with so I wouldnt have to go through anymore hassle.As I finally got the two half wigs and went to the first floor to pay the wigs end up being a different price (only like a dollar or two off). I just didnt care anymore, if I wasnt going to Paris tomorrow and having very short on time to work with I wouldnt have bought from there. I just know I will never shop there again and dont suggest anyone else do either especially for wigs because you will get no help and be disrespected.

Yelled at me in a rude tone and rushed me out of shop; it was closing in 5 minutes. Where’s the customer service? I decided to leave than get into an argument with cashier about their harsh treatment. I can spend my money somewhere I’m respected and valued.

Awful Asian owner. They sell old nail polish thats dried up and then when you come back with your receipt, they tell you that they wont return your money. Even though its not your fault that they sell faulty products. There are too many beauty supply stores on West 125th Street to deal with that.

They let me in through the locked door then once I got in and the Asian cashiers saw my face they said no they cant sell it to meI explained tomorrow is my graduation and even showed her my half weaved hair.
