So glad I found this store! Had a hair emergency working as a travel nurse in NYC. Visited another store in Manhattan and the wigs were way too expensive. Happened to locate this one online and walked in. Smaller than I expected, but that meant nothing. The guy that helped me named Joe was very patient trying to help me find what I was looking for and theyre prices were sooo reasonable!He said they usually just do online order pick up in store but he was nice enough to still let me purchase. I definitely will be checking him out before I leave the city to take something home!

Do not order from this company online. If you don’t receive your order, they will not give you a refund or send another product. Told me that it’s not their problem. Will NEVER order from the poor excuse as a business ever again! Make sure to use PayPal so that your payments can be protected.

I had ordered a couple of items from this business using my debit card. One of their items was out of stock and was promised a refund towards my debit card. Instead of getting a refund, my debit card was charged twice and I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved. This has been ongoing for two weeks now. Im very disappointed.
