I dont know but is this place going out of business? They barely have anything in stock in any of their aisles

Would not recommend for covid vaccine appt. Wait was 10-15 mins after scheduled appointment time. There’s only one person doing the dose at a time and the technique was horrible. The needle they used was probably the 21 gauge, ( the thickest gauge allowed for vaccine) which was PAINFUL when she injected it. I had the second shot at another facility and they used a thinner needle,you don’t feel a thing. Overall disorganized and i would not recommend.

This place always seems to have what I want. I even had to use the pharmacy once and was extremely pleased. The staff at all points are friendly and helpful. It’s convenient to my location which is obviously a plus.

The only place to shop for good deals on everything. Food, toiletries, etc. The staff there are very very nice 👍👍👍, u should stop by I highly recommend!!!

These people here are the most rude people I’ve ever came across. The manager (a black male) ran me out the store because I wanted to return something. Even the security guard was confused. I think he was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. That’s not how you deal with customers. He should not be working there.

I bought shaving cream at this Rite aid and after approx. 5 to 6 uses the can of cream ran out or pressure.Went back to for an exchange because the one paid for was obviously defective .I was informed by a cashier there that I needed to speak to a manager because I had no sales receipt and that there was no manager in the Moment. I left the store.After several days passed, I returned to talk to a manager.The agent I approached to ask for a manager asked me the nature of my visit. I showed her my faulty can of shaving cream and she claimed that the can felt empty. I told her it was only used about 6 times and was impossible to be empty. Agent went to to untercom to invite manager to come to check out area to speak to me about my issue.Manager said since I did not have a sales receipt, she could not do anything for me. I was also told that she was only following a strict store policy. On this second visit I left my phone number for another manager, with greater authority to call me. The business day is about over and no manager has called me yet. I must mention that the manager I talked to today was very rude and in no way willing to help me. Also the clerk agent who claimed that my can of shaving cream was empty was way out of line. I was also informed that if I had my rite aid card, used for the transaction, I might be able to get some action. I left the store rather disgruntled. Waiting to hear from the manager who has greater authority to call me. Word to the wise the little things count. Forever a cvs customer now.

I recommend not sending prescriptions here if you plan on using a Cigna HSA card.They refuse to take it. Just got to Duane Reades or CVS.

The night crew is unprofessional and disrespectful. Dont spend your money at this disgraceful place.

My favorite Rite Aid located in Brookfield Place. It is clean and always offers some good deals. My favorite Rite Aid is loosing stars, because one of the managers is very unpleasant. It is the managers with glasses and dark her.

Worst experience one can ever have at a pharmacy. I was made to wait for over an hour (AN HOUR!) only to be told that they dont have the medicine.The pharmacist was unprofessional and rude. He saw me hanging around waiting for my medication, but didnt have the courtesy to tell me earlier that he didnt have it.Am I wrong in assuming that store/pharmacy employees have a sense of duty towards their clients, since they get paid off the money a customer pays?Definitely changing my pharmacy after this experience.

Great place to pick up all the OTC stuff you need. The sales are great. The pharmacy is also better priced than most of the other drug store chains.

Good sales and great pharmacist on staff here. Other staff members are either really helpful or really angry at the world. Lines can get really long.

Clean and nice inside. But sometimes the service is So slow. To be fair though sometimes its as much the customers fault as it is the checkout clerk.

Was better at one time. Inconsistent managing techniques. Closing of bathrooms not a good or useful move! Helter-skelter placing of fill-in carts at night. Veteran checkers excellent but many part timers lack manners. Hit and miss line coverage.Bad at times great at other times.Some managers P.M.8-10 evening insensitive to the wait times. Bathrooms were very useful after 11:00 P.M. Closest open bathroom In Oculus two passage blocks away.Poor for a 24hr. Store! They have security guard so whats up?

Has what you need when you need it. They are spread out in very good locations so they are usually close. They have what you need. They have a good selection of medicine so you can probably find what you need.

The line can be long and slow but nice for it to be 24hrs

Its big enough to carry all the necessary items needed. Always go there to pick up snacks. Staff (depending on the day and your luck) are friendly/ignorant.

Rite Aide is fine- location is not exactly where map says it is, its on the other side of the Winter Garden courtyard, past the PNC Bank ATMs.Deducted one star because they removed the Wells Fargo ATM. Now there are no Wells Fargo ATMs within a mile from here.

Rite-aid is great. They have awesome sales, i prefer Rite-aid over Duane Read any day. There stores are ok and the sales asscoiates arent that great but i love the food and the products they have. I buy make-up and skin products from Rite-aid all the time :)

The line is never too long, so you think youll be in and out fast, but it always takes forever to pick up the most basic thing. The cashiers are not competent.

Called for pharmacy 4 times. I guess after they gave me incorrect info the first time they decided not to answer my calls anymore.

Ive been coming to this particular location for many years. There are other Rite Aids in the neighborhood & although they all get the job done, this one seems to beat the others on a few levels.

Store needs more staff at Pharmacy - slow in answering phone and service - medications not prepared when promised. Used to be a client of Battery Park Pharmacy for over 20 years because of the service but they closed. If service does not improve at this Rite Aid with pharmacy they will loose those Battery Park clients. I hope they listen to feedback - none of my neighbors have had good experience here.

Long line but it moves fast.

Every time I call the pharmacy, I’m placed on hold for at least 30 minutes or more. Staff are generally friendly in person, but calling for information is impossible.

I dont understand how this location NEVER answers the phone. I stopped going to this location because the pharmacy never picks up and neither does the store. HORRIBLE.

The last Friday recharge my paypal account manager of that store is so rude i think he needs more training, he said I needed to take a visual card but paypal can be recharged also recharge with a bar code they send to phone,,, lost time and pass a bad time all customers and employees looked at me bad
