Good products, but each time I go in there I am followed by the workers. They’ll try to act as if they are working on something near by me when they’re just watching me pick things up and I guess make sure that I am paying.

There are no people around to help you select a correct color for your hair dye.

The selection is amazing. i used to frequent until i was followed around by a hispanic women w short hair. she followed me into every aisle, and asked if i needed help twice, even after me saying no. i’m afraid if i go back i will cuss her out so i have been keeping my distance. i am a person of color so maybe that played a part in it. the beautiful dark skin women there tho gives amazing service, and assists very well. give her a RAISEEE

If you’re a person of color, I highly recommend that you do not support this business. For one, they have you check your shoppings bags. Two, they follow you around the store. I was involved in a dispute with an employee who proceeded to say, “black people are an embarrassment.” It’s not worth it. Their products are overpriced than any other beauty store I’ve been to in the entire borough of Manhattan. Save your time, money and yourself from harassment.

PRICE GAUGING!!!!! They are charging $5 for a 16oz. bottle of rubbing alcohol that can be purchased for $1.49!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!
