Typical hair and beauty supply store. The store is clean and organizes but No one offered to assist. However, I was able to find Aunt Jackie products here that I couldnt find closer to home.

The store is okay. The store is a very small beauty supply. Barely two people could fit while walking down the aisle. The Asian owner could be nicer to his customers. Very Crowded people and merchandise on shelves. They only have one girl in the back assisting customers with trying own wigs. You will have to wait for this service. The location is convienant near the trains that is the only thing that I like. A quick trip getting off the 6 train.

They dont let you try on wigs anymore and the prices are a tad high.

I shop here for all my beauty needs for skin and hair. They have reasonable and competitive prices for wigs, hair pieces, relaxers, gels, mousse, body oils, lotions, etc. I have been coming here for many years from when I was a teenager. I have long moved away from this area and still return whenever my beauty supplies are running low. The staff here is super helpful especially in the hair and wig department.

Excellent prices for hair color and bleaching the hair. The girl would help me was flawless. I am now a blonde. And did it myself. For $4!

The manager Kiera Hanson was very nasty when I tried to return my product. I didn’t have a receipt but I also didn’t have the purchase more than 24 hours a representative that works here try to back me up and he told her to get away from the register and go to the pack and do her job. And my advice to anyone shop at the beauty supply store located on one 6116 and 117 and third Avenue

Staff didnt know much about Caucasian hair nor seemed interested in the money I was going to spend(a lot) on blonde wigs. Todd the same all aroundwe dont have/you wont find blonde like you want funny. I did online. If they put some care into my money they wouldve made 500 plus in sales. I look for personal attention. I dont receive it nor did I get ac real answer

Have everything you need and good sample too

Just your run-of-the-mill Beauty Supply store...they have a ton of these in the area, and this is just the one of many. However this one seems like it has brighter lighting ....the section is just about the same as the other beauty supply shop thats about a block away and around the corner.

This beauty supply store has everything you need and more. I just dont appreciate the extra set of eyes that follow me around the store as if I came to steal something. That was the first time that ever happened to me, and surely hasnt occurred anywhere else.
