TERRIBLE SERVICE! Dont be fooled by their nice looking website and high-end products. The sales agent are not knowledgeable. They are not authorized dealers for many products, which means they have no control and up-to-date info on delivery times. Prices are higher than Ferguson. And the sales staff is unresponsive and outmoded.

Such a fabulous array of finishes and styles on display and coupled with knowledge and advice. Really helpful in putting it all together!

AF New York is my go-to showroom for plumbing fixtures and hardware. A great display of the top brands with a range of price points but always excellent quality. The showroom reps are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Kudos to the AF New York team for their awesome work on my renovation. The final kitchen and bathroom reno on my co-op blew me away. Way better than expected. Jamie was so attentive and always got back to me fast.

There are many places to buy plumbing fixtures so I would strongly advise choosing a place other than this one. If you do decide to buy from them, then learn from my experience and do not buy their own brand fixtures. My initial installation contractor told me the fixtures I bought were of poor quality but that occurred after the expiration of the very short “returns” period. Ten years later — not a long time for plumbing materials — a shower regulator failed and I could not get a replacement from multiple plumbing supply companies. I contacted AF and they sent me several bags of hardware, essentially a generic kit for any regulator. The thing had to be jury rigged to work and the contractor who put it together also mentioned that the quality was poor. Adding insult to injury, the manager at AF I dealt with was not just your ordinary brusque, borderline rude sales person but was gratuitously, just out and out full-blown nasty. Choose your vendor wisely; you may be forced to live with them for a long time.

They are my go to for high end projects. The customer service is is unrivaled and unmatched in the industry. I always recommend A and F New York to my professional friends to get the job done.

We had an issue with an installation and the AFNY team has helped resolve it by connecting us with the proper technical service personnel. AF NY followed up through the completion of the installation and made sure that all parts were working in accordance to what we expect. A big thank you to Mark and Richard who have been so helpful in the process. Highly recommend the AFNY team!

I went to the opening exhibition of their new showroom and left impressed. Its places like this that make New York, NY. It opened my mind to new lines and new trends in the Kitchen and Bath I didnt expect, and left me floored.

Working on a Seattle based project we partnered with AF New York on design and procurement for our boutique condominium project in the U District. We decided to go with DaVinci faucets and Showerheads which proved to be a great choice. Will definitely use them in the future.

Worst customer experience! My advice is to avoid this company. We received the wrong product that was also previously used and damaged. AF refused to exchange the item for the correct one we had actually ordered because we didnt have the shipping box ( even though we had everything else)We eneded up having to keep this item and buy a new one at our own expensive.Such an awful customer service experience.

I recently had the opportunity to attend a special event at the Project 6 showroom. They had a very interesting guest speaker, one of the founders of WeWork. I found the conversation meaningful and relevant to my passions. They even served Bento Boxes and had a cute bartender who made fantastic virgin cocktails lol. I really enjoyed my time spent there.

Its hard not to feel like youre being taken for a ride as soon as you walk in the door. Every interaction Ive had with them has been negative and I cant recommend them to anyone under any circumstance.

Great products but the Customer service for professionals its awful....may be I have been dealing with the wrong reps but they have been rude and not very helpful, the clients ended buying somewhere else.
