Had a really bad experience working with Grande Central Showroom. Started off great - they have a wonderful showroom, helpful staff, and really enjoyed working with them to choose my fixtures. Once the order was placed is when everything started falling apart. What was supposed to be a 3 week turnaround, dragged to about 5 weeks, and when the delivery came, 4 important items were missing. All would be understandable, except communication completely broke down. Calls and emails would go unanswered and it was impossible to get the status of where the missing items were. Ultimately it delayed my project significantly and was very disappointing to be treated this way as a client. I wont be going back, and I recommend looking elsewhere.

I recently renovated my bathroom, and after going to several supply stores I came to Grande Central Showroom. Wayne was super helpful. Listened to my budget, made suggestions and ordered all the parts including all the plumbing roughs. Im not a plumber so Im glad I didnt make the mistake of ordering everything on my own. I know I would not have known to order the roughs. I wish I had done my research and used them for all the supplies for the bathroom. 5 stars!

We worked with Alek on renovating our small bathroom. When any issues arose, he was responsive and helpful, and the materials were high quality. A good experience all around.

My wife & I renovated our apartment and decided to purchase bathroom fixtures from Grande Central. It was a disaster. Daniel, a sales rep, was completely aloof, inattentive and made multiple major errors. He and the owner simply blamed us, the customer, for everything that went wrong. All we did was to select items, pay in full in advance (wow, that actually was a mistake on our part!) and expect such items to be available within the timeframe of our renovation (which they were aware of) and actually be items that were suitable for our space/plumbing (which they were aware of). I cannot, however, compliment Aleks, the manager, enough. He took over the situation and did his very best to correct Daniel’s mistakes and omissions to ensure that we were able to obtain replacement items as quickly as possible. He also worked with our contractors to make sure that the job was completed accordingly. Our opinion: avoid Grande Central. But, if you choose to work with them, ask for Aleks.
