There are some great prices in here if you know what youre looking for. But, you have to be comfortable with claustrophobia. Sometimes things are packed very close together

This location is the best! They have everything, i have been purchasing all of my bathroom decor from this store for years. This store is especially big, with plenty of space to maintain social distancing. They always have a friendly and helpful staff that go out of their way to ensure that the customer is getting the best deal. love it!

This store has all you need for you home kitchen. Nicely arrangements of merchandise lets you navigate the store without trouble. Very clean venue.

I am a frugal bargain-shopper, and as such BB&B used to be my go-to, I went more than weekly, but Corporate has made several anti-customer-service decisions:1) Their no-expiration coupons can no longer be applied to yellow-tag/As-Is items. This happened a couple of years ago.2) I was told by two different store managers that they are rethinking their no-expiration coupon policy. ALL of my stack of coupons will become useless.3)They have entirely stopped mailing of ANY coupons. They ONLY provide on-line coupons with short-dating and those DO expire.4) Their stores are phasing out AS-IS sections and CLEARANCE sections. There are only Red-Tags scattered around the store and not too many of those.BECAUSE of these Corporate decisions, I now go to BB&B, at most, maybe once a month.

This store has recently been desimated my management. They just executed a major redesign of the store, and removed about a third of the inventory, completely rearranged the layout of the store, and all but eliminated the crystal/bridal department(its now just a couple of shelves for the whole department).I used to love this store, as they always had an excellent selection of products in every category. I would regularly shop here for crystal(something I need to handle before purchasing) and assorted kitchen, bathroom and bedroom products. Ive spent thousands of dollars at this store in each of these categories over the last decade.I loved the layout of the store and found that all the inventory and sections made sense where they were located.Im all for stores changing, but changes should be positive. The changes made here are anything but.The new layout and inventory selection is embarrassingly awful. So many key products have been eliminated, and the locations of what remains are, in most cases, highly counter intuitive. Such aggressively terrible decision making honestly makes me angry.Theyve traded an open feel for a severe lack of inventory and oddly duplicate some items in different sections.They seem to have completely missed the point of in person retail. I go to stores to physically see and handle a range of products within a category before making my purchase. By eliminating so much inventory, theyve effectively eliminated my main reason for shopping there, a physical selection.

This store is fantastic 👏 👌 🙌. If you have any house needs go here first. Try not to buy more than you can for.

Incompetence to the max. Ordered something from this store, had them guarantee it would be waiting for me the next day. Came in the next day, had the lobby assistant tell me they can’t find my order, argued with her about this for a good 6 minutes until she decided it prudent to get a manager involved. Was directed to fo downstairs, whew the customer service rep told me they didn’t have anything for me. They finally found my order after waiting 20 minutes for them to look.Icing on the cake? Im finally headed out the door with my arms full, and the security guy (who witnessed the whole debacle) has the nerve to ask me to put everything down and search for my receipt.Never coming back here again 😂

They are pretty tasty looking, but where the deception is, You cant eat just one. WOW! Its going down now!

They dont have a clearance section any more and I wasnt aware that a lot of stores have closed 125th st., 149th st. I had to go to 65th st. Bdwy. I used to love this store so much. They dont have a lot of the things they used to have

Found what I was looking for! They have self checkout. Downside no clearance section so you need to keep an eye out in each section for discounted items.

Great selection of items. Prices isn’t too bad either and they almost always have coupons available.

They have a very good service. The shelves are always restocked and we can find whatever we want in this store always. They have 3 different levels one for the bath and beauty one for the kitchen and one kind of general one.

Four stars for the fact that its still here as its great to have a full size bed bath and beyond in the city. However recently there has been very little inventory- however despite that I can always find what Im looking for even if it wasnt my first choice.

Just got my fabric cleaner and air freshener from here.. was in and out real quick service was great so was the price

Safe and clean store. I was there for a can opener and found hundreds in different brands.

Love the self-check-out lines, made the line appear to move faster. The store is also less cluttered now that it was pre-pandemic. There is more than ample space for social distancing. Great job BBB!

Confusing navigation without clear directory in store. Very long check-out line, but with more friendly and efficient cashiers here than the other Chelsea location. Some tablewares on display are dusty. Not so well maintained at all departments. Also, mist items are overpriced unless with coupons applied.

When ordering online to alleviate waiting in line or time spent seeking throughout the aisles for wanted item/s its easier, quick, and available for pick-up within that date promptly. Reasonable and affordable prices with knowledgeable staff to assist with any inquiries of prices or location of the product wanted. I will recommend this location.

I would say I like bed bath & beyond. You can do a price match. For instance if you see a product like at Amazon for $44 and in bed bath & beyond it was $49 they will honor the $44 and if you have coupons youll save even more enjoy

I’ve been there several times. You could never know how big this BB&B is just by looking at the entrance.

Went to this store at Broadway and 65th St because the BB&B near me on the eastside closed permanently. This location is much smaller and the selection is very limited in comparison to the former Eastside store plus this location doesnt even carry items like makeup and nail polish, etc. I complained to an employee who referred me to their location at Broadway and 90th St which is larger and apparently carries more items. I didnt go today but Ill definitely try it some other time as this location was a complete disappointment for me. Rated it 3 stars only because they carry some basic items and the location is convenient to people who live on the westside.

Store is huge! Cashier was very nice. Bought a lamp & she wrapped it perfectly do it wouldnt break.

A lil sad that the items i did want they didnt have in stock.

Great customer service & though there was a line at check out, it moved quickly. Cashier helped make sure I was able to get my purchase (a microwave) upstairs & to my uber without any trouble.

Always a good store to visit. The store which is usually buzzing with energy was sparsely stocked and appeared more like an after holiday sale. While employees who worked the registers and rearranged the shelves were friendly, it was sad to feel the low level energy of a once vibrant store. It is clear that Covid19 has hurt businesses. As much as one might attempt to support all businesses. It is clear that online shopping is where its at this holiday season. With restricted travel and shelter In place once again looming in NYC. There is simply no telling who will survive the pandemic.

Everything you neee for your home

I arrived at this location looking for 1 item . I ask a staff member for what i was looking she escorted me to the appropriate section of the store. I was in and out in no more then 5 minutes =) . love this service specially during covid . The staff helping me help me minimize my time inside.

Unfortunately, due to COVID, this mega-store is devoid of in-person customers. When I went to buy throw rugs, no assistant helpers were available to guide me to the area where to find them. When I finally located rugs, the selection was small and unattractive. I also searched for basic cleaning household brands. Again, shelves were not stocked. The lady cashier had trouble packing my items and refused to bag three rugs. Sadly, this three-floor store selling household essentials is clearly on its last leg. Once this pandemic is controlled and we are vaccinated, hopely Bed, Bath and Beyond can once again flourish.

Ordered online and was ready for pick up within two hours time frame. Everyone was helpful, courteous with perfect customer service skills. It was an out experience which was great.

It seems like supplies are short. Empty shelves by the toaster oven/ air fryer and vacuum sections.

🌹 I have loved Bed Bath & Beyond ❤ for years. They have everything that I want and I need just about. I can go in there for one thing or a couple things that I want. The way things are strategically place and displayed you will constantly see things that you also didnt plan on, that you want and you need and if you bring someone with you, the same thing will happen to them. I havent been here in a while, but it seems like its a shell of its former self. Not sure if they decreased the SKU count or what, but its not what it used to be.

THE Associate wasnt wearing a mask that helped me and I also Asked and another associate about my receipt and she acted like she didnt want to Assist me.

I shop in your store today i was kind of confuse with my item and this wonderful pearson had an amazing skill of costumer services she had an happy attitude i can see her smile behind of her face mask, and her patience. I saw a lot employees in the store no happy and trying to avoid the customers but she was different even after i was the one who made the mistake she kept her great attitude a million stars to VANESSA the girl at the register you need more people like her special in this time hurray to VANESSA thank you for a great services

I needed a gift for xmas and it has some great deals in place the staff was helpful but the checkout line was very long you know social distancing and only 3 cashiers open with one line for all of them

Smaller than their other stores (only one floor), but still carries a lot of the same merchandise. Slightly claustrophobic, as the store is one floor down from ground level.

Ive been here last week with my wife and it was the first time that we shopped appliances and furniture for our house. I must say that I got impressed with most of their items and they all look very durable. My wife and I enjoyed our shopping here and we were able to find all the things that we needed for our new home. All of the staffs are so accommodating and happily assisted us.

Fairly easy to navigate to find the things you need. Lines can be long, but theyre moderately fast-moving when busy.

This store is the absolute worst! I literally have had it and am trying to get in touch with the regional manager. This store has the worst customer service with the exception of Dino. I hate to even say this, but most of the people of color in the store are extremely rude, have an attitude and will roll their eyes at you if heaven forbid you ask them for assistance. I was there today and twice I picked up items do to the tags hanging above or below the item only to find out that the tags were incorrect and clearly not going to be honored. One gentleman literally took the 24.99 tag off of the cart that was freestanding in the bedding department and walked away. He even stated that the cart should be in the back and not on the floor yet he left it there and kept it moving. The other sign was taken down after I was already at the register and the sales person said I didn’t read it correctly that it was for specific items only. When I asked to see the sign so I can make sure I grabbed the correct item, she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed like a little girl. I then asked to speak to Alex who is the store manager. While 3 people stood huddled debating how to handle the situation, I just paid the full price for the item and left. If they are in need of proper help, hire me as an assistant manager and watch me turn the store around. This place is terrible and they should be ashamed of themselves!

Its interesting to me how great the employees always are when you checkout and how helpful they are and are willing to be. However, in my relatively frequent visits to this store, I have never been able to find anyone, other than the always present private security guard, on any other level of the store for assistance. (the private security company deserves props for the great nature of all their employees for professionally picking up the slack of an apparent grave mismanagement of the stores scheduling of personnel)
