My shopping experience at Ferguson, 150 E. 58th Street, was made easy and pleasurable because of Manager Amanda Williams. She was ALWAYS pleasant, knowledgeable, and willing to help you find a solution to your problem. My problem was with trying to find a toilet to fit my small pre-war bathroom.My order was changed three times before we found the perfect toilet & fit. Amanda was always willing to help and always with a smile either in person or via telephone or email. She is a wonderful asset to Ferguson.

They need to train receptionists Bobby. He was on the phone for 45minutes and giving me an attitude of asking a simple question is there anybody who can help me.

Need appointment. People on phone are very courteous. Rude and aggressive service in person.

Customer support team is very responsive. Had couple of issues that got resolved with prompt assistance of management team which possess great problem solving skills.
