Working with Joseph at the Kohler Experience Center is always a pleasure. His depth of knowledge is invaluable. From everything to what products are needed, availability, pricing and delivery, to New York codes and what will and wont work. Lets be honest, anyone can pick out the pretty fixtures, but what actually goes behind the walls is the tricky part. Joseph knows it all and I rest assured that I have everything I need for my project! Highly recommend!
I have worked with Joseph while doing my New York Apartment bathroom over. I am currently working with him while building a house in Essex CT.He is very knowledgeable about the product and gets backs back to right away with answers. I only wish more people in this industry were as efficient as Joseph it makes the experience so much better. He is terrific
The Kohler Experience Center is a beautiful showroom space with plenty of room to display many of their products. It makes it very easy to show clients all the options and help them understand exactly what they are getting. We particularly love working with Joseph F. He is super professional, upbeat and highly knowledgeable, and he also follows up in a very timely manner with quotes, images, phone calls, etc. We couldn’t ask for more!
My experience with Kohler has been exceptional! The representative that I have been working with during our renovation is courteous, knowledgeable and super fast about responding to my needs. My contractor will be using them from now on for all their future client needs!

I would definitely recommend shopping here. The showroom is gorgeous, with tons of product on display. The customer service was on point, I was pleasantly greeted, staff was very knowledgeable about the product and received quick responses to all my questions. Plus their Covid friendly which made me feel safe.
From start to finish, I had a great experience with Jico at the KOHLER Experience. He knew the product lines very well, was able to answer any of my questions, and always got back to me quickly when I reached out about my order. I look forward to working with Jico again soon.
Shopping at Kohler Experience Center was extremely calm and enjoyable For me this was on account of the outstanding Sales representative I was so fortunate to work with !!, Marquetta Montero was top notch in terms of knowledge of all of the products, Unbelievably professional and responsive and lovely .. Her follow up is also excellent.. I think I went with Kohler not only because their products are attractive, but the professional experience was the most enjoyable.
If you care about your time, money please DONT BUY anything from this place.Everything went wrong about the order and we are still missing items, it has been six months. Very poor customer service, snide staff and lack of communication skills. The most unpleasant purchase experience ever!Additionally, if you find our frustration as abusive, it is because we have been treaded horribly, none of your staff took any responsibility for SO MANY MISTAKES made by your Staff Jico!This has been going on for months and nobody contact us directly, don’t fool people!
TERRIBLE service!,We purchased over $20,000 worth of bathroom fixtures from the store in Janurary 2021, which turned out to be the worst decision we made in our renovation process! We understand the current circumtances delayed delivery times however after waiting three months for our order, the vanity top which was processed by the sales representative Jico, It turned out he ordered it in the WRONG Size for the vanity! He also sent us the wrong shower plumbing system rough- ins and which had to be replaced as well. Now six months later we still have not received a time frame for delivery of a new vanity top. When we found out that the vanity top was the wrong size and ordered a new one two to three months ago, Jico didnt bother to call us to apoligize. When we spoke to him later he acted as if we had done something wrong by contacting the manager.After much back and forth with Marquetta and the manager, thier response was that our contractor or our own fabricator can create a new vanity top for us. Implying we should pay a new fabricator to create a top we have already paid for and waited for six months for. The team refuses to take ownership of their mistake and rectify.The service has been the worst I have ever seen! The Experience Center has had our money for six month and we have not received what we purchased six months later. I have no use of this bathroom and have to solve the problem myself. I am meeting the contractor today to come up with a plan.I ended up ordering a new vanity top from a different fabricator so we will see how long it takes for a reputible company to cut, fabricate and deilver. Hopefully we will have a bathroom at somepoint soon.I wish we had gone to Toto, Waterworks or Restoration Hardware!!!

Don’t buy anything from this store ! They have a horrible customer service . Even with COVID, they didn’t extend the return policy . I couldn’t start the work because of the shutdown and when I wanted to exchange something because the plumber advised me to get another faucet, they said the time had expired. Never again will I order anything from them. Amazon has a better return policy .
I have been to their showroom twice and dealt with Vladislav. He helped me pick all what I needed for my new bathroom. His advice and professionalism were priceless. Vlad couldn’t have done a better job!

Beautiful showroom, staff appeared to be helpful but then never followed up with quotes that were promised to be sent to me in a day. Went back in the store 2 days later and was told sorry I will have it to you tonight - its been 8 days and still nothing! What is the point of a beautiful store with staff that cant deliver? Underwhelmed

Stopped into this store today. Absolutely beautiful store with overwhelming amount of products on display to touch and see.Thankful the staff was able to guide me through it! They were super knowledgeable and patient with my wife and I.Can’t recommend enough!
Worked with Jico. He was very very good. He was patient and friendly and very professional. Was helpful without being pushy. We bought several pieces and Jico made the whole experience pleasant. Overall the store has a very friendly vibe and the prices are very competitive. The delivery of the products went without any hitch either.
Most unpleasant and snide staff. Did not bother to inform me that the showroom was closed when I called on the phone beforehand to say I was coming up. They couldnt have been less apologetic. Lots of posturing, no real service.

My wife and I had a wonderful shopping experience here at the Kohler Store! I wont ever step foot in one of those big box stores for anything to do with my bathroom again.After visiting a half dozen bathroom showrooms in the city we stepped foot into the Kohler store where we were met by the wonderful Jico who attended to our every need.Our biggest obstacle was that we needed to find a replacement vanity with the sink in biscuit color for our bathroom. Not a problem.. Jico showed us a variety of styles that would fit into our tiny NYC apartment bathroom.No longer needing to search for things and having a better selection makes shopping a breeze, if only they did kitchens :-)
