Actually much worse than the bad reviews would indicate!They have no interest in doing business. We really tried this morning, but the woman working there had no interest and suggested we go somewhere else.

I bought a Viking fridge that never worked from day 1. They said I was on my own. 4 repairs later still not working and they are no help. Stay away.

Redoing our entire apartment, need sub zero refrigerator, range, wine refrigerator, microwave, washer, dryer.... went in today to speak with someone. No one got up from their chairs. One guy hollered from the back do you need help I said yes but he never moved. Ill head up to PC Richards I guess, as Im not going to beg them to help me.

Absolutely awful..requested a simple job to remove a stacked washer dryer and replace with new ones,After asking for a outrageous fee to install,the boss decided the job was too hard and said no.A WASHER /DRYER . I called PC RICHARDS,,got the job for hundreds less.Stay away from this place,,,Snobby and wayyyy overpriced
