Nashville Sweets did an amazing job on our cake for our wedding day in April 2021! They were very professional and super helpful throughout the whole process. Because of Covid, we did a phone consultation and a pick-up tasting, which both went so smoothly. On the day of the wedding, the wedding cake and groom’s cake were perfect! Both of the cakes looked amazing, and they tasted even better! Our wedding cake was the best cake I have ever tasted. We had so many compliments from our guests about how great the cake was, and a lot of people went back for multiple pieces. These cakes are still talked about months after our wedding! The whole team at Nashville Sweets is wonderful. Rachael and Brooke helped coordinate everything and they were awesome! We highly recommend Nashville Sweets!

As a wedding planner, its important to work with cake artists who not only provide delicious products but do so reliably and professionally. Nashville Sweets is excellent with communication. I cannot review the cakes here because they did not fill my order. I ordered and paid for a deluxe, custom cake in person a week in advance. I watched them fill out the order form. When I went back to pick up the cake at the agreed time, they had no cake for me and could not locate my order. I had wanted to support a local company, but ended up having to rush to Publix for a cake, which was fortunately delicious.

We had the BEST cake ever for our wedding. All my guests raved about how delicious it was! They created it exactly how we requested and it was beautiful. Brooke was really nice and responsive when we were interacting but I was just so so pleased with the turnout of the cake! We got the wedding flavor and it was definitely the best cake Ive ever had!

We recently hosted two Wedding Cakes with Nashville Sweets and had a wonderful experience! Each cake was very different style-wise, yet each were equally fantastic, both in flavor and design. Additionally, we found that during the Planning Process they were easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Food was an hour late being delivered. Then my chocolate cake was missing. That’s the prime reason I placed the order.

These people are fabulous. I ordered two wedding cakes for a backyard, Halloween theme wedding for my daughter. One gluten-free, one regular. They helped with the design, with figuring out how much cake we needed and made it an easy experience. Since I live 1000 miles away, it was key to have someone reliable and communicative and I found that here. Everyone loved the look of the cakes and both were delicious. I absolutely highly recommend them for any special occasion where you want quality and an easy experience.

Nashville Sweets made my wedding cake and a grooms cake. The wedding cake was beautiful and the grooms cake was exactly what we wanted - something a little kitschy but not overly so. Plus, they were both deliciously moist with great fillings (we chose almond/raspberry and chocolate/salted caramel). We actually had no leftovers by the end of the wedding weekend. We even opted to eat the top cake instead of saving it for our anniversary, and many of our guests commented on how delicious the cakes were. And finally, the price was reasonable.

Nashville Sweets is a boutique cake shop with great desserts and very accommodating service. I visited with my fiancee during a trip to Nashville for her birthday. The coconut cake was amazing and they even sold individual candles and lit the candle on the cake with a mini-blow torch. Very cool! We were both very pleased with the experience and would certainly return!

I purchased the “Silver Drip Oreo Cake”. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed in the taste. I don’t think the Oreo flavor is their specialty. Me personally, I would take it off the menu until it’s perfected. The box it was put in was way to little; you couldn’t close it without damaging the cake. Secondly, my cake was EXTREMELY DRY. It was not a “melt in your mouth” experience that I was craving. The macaroons were stale and had a “freezer burnt” taste to them. Lastly, I didn’t really taste the Oreo flavor in the cake that I was so excited about. I am still really disappointed because the reviews on here are amazing plus it was my birthday. The cake is one of the highlights of a birthday celebration and I was let down tremendously. To leave on a lighter note, I appreciate the beauty of the cake and being able to get it within a week.Thank you Nashville Sweets for your hard work, but this cake definitely needs some work done to it.

So I screwed up and put the wrong date in my order, the lady was super sweet and got a cake ready for me anyway, the cake was amazing!! Great flavor, beautiful cakes!!! Will definitely come back next time we are here!

My son graduated from Tennessee State University on 12/7 and I decided to go with Nashville Sweets for the cake. So glad that I did! The cake and cupcakes were both beautiful and DELICIOUS! The process was very easy. I worked with Rachel and she was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She helped me order it on the phone about 2 weeks prior to graduation. When I met her in person she was so sweet! She even carried the cake out to my car and placed it in the car for me! Such awesome customer service! I walked around asking everyone if they liked the cake & cupcakes and everyone agreed that they were very tasty. Very moist and flavorful. Im so happy that I went with you guys and I will definitely visit in the future. Great job Nashville Sweets, Im a fan!

Best cake I have ever had! I ordered the Vanilla drip cake for my best friends birthday while in Nashville. Beautifully decorated, frosting was incredible and the cake was not dry at all! Highly recommend Nashville Sweets!

EDIT:The owner contacted me and offered a new box of cookies. Idk what happened with the first one, but the new cookies were delicious!! They were soft and fresh with way better flavor. I ordered a birthday cake for my grandson, it was one of the best looking cakes I have ever seen. After the wish and blowing out the candles (6 years old) we cut into the best cake and icing ever.

The team at Nashville Sweets made one of the most delicious wedding cakes that I have ever tasted; both my husband and I have continued to receive compliments from our guests on the cake. The team at Nashville Sweets helped us with ordering the correct amount of cake for our guest count and was also able to accommodate my food allergy without breaking the bank.

I ordered a cake, cake pops and a dozen of cupcakes online and had accidentally input the wrong pick-up date. It was the easiest phone call ever to change the date and time of pick-up and the customer service was amazing despite having the backyard of the shop damaged by the recent tornados. The treats were such a hit at our bachelorette party, they did not last long. The almond flavor was perfect! I wish I lived in Nashville, because they would be my go-to bakery.

Anyone who doesnt give this place 5 stars is probably unhappy with life the majority of the time. They did the cake for my wedding, 5 stars and they make a custom cake for my anniversary every year. They have done a cake shaped like a stack of napkins, cotton candy, Harry Potters trunk, and a cake with John Lennon that was HAND DRAWN. They also did a cake to lift my wifes spirits when she had a hysterectomy (it was red velvet) and my mother in law when she had to have a double mastectomy (Thanks For The Mammories!) I ordered a birthday cake for a friend and it was amazing! I don’t live in Nashville but it was easy for me to order and pay via phone and pick up it when I arrived. The cake was amazing! I also picked up some cupcakes, cake pops, and Tennessee shaped cookies! It was all so good! The cake was dense but very moist! Great flavor and great cake to icing ratio!

They are awesome! They did a gorgeous cake for my birthday last summer. They took my creative vision for both the flavors of the cake and the visual and executed beautifully. It was amazing. Am planning on using them for a number of future events. Or just popping in for awesome treats.

They are sweet, until they make a mistake. They will not take ownership of it--even if you have everything in writing. I would NOT use them for any important event. On top of that, cake was dry.

I ordered a custom chocolate peanut butter cake for my husbands birthday and the overall look was beautiful and the frosting was very good, a little sweet but good flavor for a peanut butter frosting, the only issue I had was the cake was dry and bland on the inside 😕 I would maybe recommend smaller treats or request it be made extra moist?

My 5-Star rating is for both taste and service. I was gifted a personalized cake from here and the lettering was perfectly precise. When I tasted it, I knew this cake and I were going to become an item. Indeed, we spent a fantastic week together. The friends I shared with agreed: I THOUGHT I HAD TO GET MARRIED TO GET A CAKE THIS GOOD! Looking now at reviews, I’m seeing some reports of single-serve items being dry. I can’t speak to that; but if you’re getting an entire cake, this is the place to go! You can tell from the picture how moist and fluffy it is on the inside. At no point did my cake dry up or become anything less than amazing.

Recently just visited with my family, cup cakes very awesome. The cake was very moist, had the almond joy, strawberry cream cheese, and chocolate mousse, all were very good. The only drawback, chocolate chip cookie seemed hard, and oatmeal cream pie, tasted like ginger cookies.

I use Nashville Sweets for my wedding cake. They did an amazing job, I can’t explain how happy I am. They did exactly what I wanted and were more than friendly.

I recently got a cake from Nashville Sweets it was a Prince themed cake for a surprise party. It was a hit!! Not only was it beautiful, but it was delicious. I had a baker to flake on me so I was trying to find someone a week before the party. Whoever I spoke with on the phone was so nice. Told me not to worry that they could make the cake and it exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this bakery. I never write reviews, but I had to do it because they were awesome!!!

This place is THE BEST!!! From ordering to the delivery and of course the cake. I wish I could post a picture of the cake, it was so beautiful and my daughter (25th bday) was so surprised as I live out of state and of course the whole country is quarantined-I couldn’t be there to celebrate her. With the help of their next door neighbors (vroom vroom balloons) y’all made her day super special and her Momma very happy!!!!

Their designs online are beautiful! However, they sent me a sketch of what my cake would look like and when I replied with suggestions (have the writing on top of the cake instead of the side and use your creativity to decorate the top layer instead of leaving it plain white fondant), they pretty much ignored it and went with the sketch. I chose the double chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and the mousse was divine, but the actual cake was very dry.

Needed a cake last minute and due to their decent operating hours was able to walk in and get one. The peanut butter chocolate cake was outstanding. I cannot wait to try their cupcakes!

I did not like their cake and cupcakes. They are grocery store quality. The cake part is dry and the frosting is too sweet, made with crappy ingredients (not real butter) and not smooth. I am giving them 2 stars instead of one for presentation: the cake actually looked nice.

Traveled into Nashville for a bachelorette weekend, had a birthday girl in the group. Im so happy I found Nashville Sweets, the cake and cupcakes were beautiful and delicious! Huge hit!

The cake I ordered looked nothing like what I ordered online AT ALL. Be careful when you order from here. Make sure to clarify what you want and predesigned cakes do not look like the pictures on their website.

My husband and I love this bakery. We go in for snacks anytime were in the area. Ive never had anything I didnt thuroughly enjoy! We also used them for our wedding cake which was an overall good experience. The price was the best part. After checking out several bakeries they were by far the most reasonable at the awesome quality. They even did custom cake pops for my groom which were adorable and delicious! The actual wedding cake itself tasted great, but I felt like it couldve looked cleaner based on the design we had. Overall I would highly recommend at the very least checking them out and sampling their treats!

Everyone was super friendly and helpful, the strawberry cupcakes were awesome, very fresh. The cake pops were as well. Also had a chocolate dipped cannoli! Only downfall is selection, not a terribly huge place, more suited for custom order cakes and large orders! Still a cool spot in the Eastside Station.

I just gave this place its 2nd chance and if I could sum it up in one word it would be, meh... I really want to like this place because the people are so nice (in fact, thats what got them the 2 stars) but the brownie I just had was so dry that even after warming it add covering with ice cream it still was less appealing than Duncan Hines. I didnt taste chocolate OR espresso.

When I reached out to Nashville Sweets to fill a last minute (under 2 weeks) inquiry for a private event I had a very high hopes. Their website looked amazing, the product looked delicious and I heard back from my online inquiry in what I considered to be a quick period of time (under 24 hours)We were able to plan out all of our necessities for the event and they were more than accommodating and ready to fill my order at a price point that I was pleased with. Unfortunately, from here things turned very unprofessional.My Event Order was not updated to reflect the specifications that we had made and my initial request for Credit Card information came via an iPhone with a picture attachment of a contract, something that is far from compliant. I submitted a request for a PDF version and received it the following day.The form was submitted and contained an email inquiring if any further action was needed regarding signatures on the updated Event Order or further Credit Card Authorization. There was also a conversation directly with the contact at the store to confirm this was all information needed to which both a verbal and written response of were good to go was given.The following day (only 2 days prior to the event) an informal email was sent stating that due to a lack of authorization they would not be processing the order and they were sorry for the inconvenience. I was told that I could come into the store and purchase items from the display case but they would be unable to guarantee specifics or quantity. At this point I had to request to speak with the owner as I attempted to call the store and was not hearing back from my voicemails.To their testament, Brittany, the owner was incredibly apologetic and did speak with me on her personal cell phone to hear my complaints. However, they were still unable to rectify the situation. I was given the same options regarding picking up items from the display and unfortunately never given a solid reason as to why the Credit Card Authorization form I provided by their deadline was suddenly no longer valid.Overall the communication was lacking and my order was cancelled less than 72hours prior to the event (please note this was a roughly $500 order) as an event professional I do not find them to be a reliable source for my future business or clients. But I do feel they could be a good option for small birthday treats for family and friends.

Incredibly tasty treats. Used to get cakes here for all events, for many years, and stopped when the prices more than doubled and when we were asked to put down a deposit on a birthday cake.
