Great Macaroons!!Come try the variety! Great friend staff

So to get a free macaron this place mama you review them. Now this being my first time trying them, I didnt want to give them a review not knowing what they tasted like. Now that I have I think its even more ridiculous to ask a customer to review them for a free treat just so they could get a good review. Oh and I forgot... The review had to be a cliff l good one too.The macarons were good, but not fantastic. Ive had better.

This is actually my first time with this business but I LOVE macarons and wanted to swing by while on this first trip to Nashville! I’m excited to try these!

Went to get some Macarons with my girlfriend at around 12:20 on July, 9th 2021, and the young girl who was working had her bag over her shoulder and keys in her hand, so I kindly asked, “Are you leaving?” Then, she threw her bag violently against the wall and hatefully asked “What kinds do y’all want!” So I asked, if there was a problem and she gave me a hateful face, so my girlfriend and I just decided we didn’t want to purchase anything from someone so hateful and unnecessarily rude. If I ever buy Macarons, it will most certainly not be from this place in Opry Mills Mall.

I cant speak more highly of Woops! The macarons are delicious, the staff is more than willing to help explain the flavors and how they pair well with one another, and the pricing is right on par with a luxurious dessert. Ill be using Woops! for all of my events moving forward.

Was excited about visiting Nashville. Booked my hotel close to bakery that sold macarons. Tried them a few months ago with online store Pastreez. Became addicted to pistachio macarons. I have to say when I bought pistachio macarons at Woops at Opry Mills, I was highly disappointed. The outside was not crunchy or shiny as I am used to. It was average and definitely wouldnt spend my money on them again. The macaron was just soft and did not have that crusty exterior that makes them a macaron. Guess I will have to search for another bakery while I am on vacation!

A company gave us a small box of the cookies and they come without plastic wrap on the outside of the box and the inside of the boxCould have been tampered with as far as I knowSeems like a great way to be sued for cookies that are not protectedCouldn’t make myself try one because that’s all I could think about

After my son got choked on some candy from another store and threw up everywhere we went to Bed Bath and Beyond to see if we could get a plastic bag for his soiled clothes and they rudly denied us one and I came out almost in tears and already embarrassed at people starring at us. A lady working the stand offered us a large paper bag to put his clothes in and was very nice to us. The lady made our night. Wish I had her name. It may not sound very great to anyone else but she was a major help to us tonight. Very kind people working here.
