Edible is my running favorite birthday gift every year! The ladies over there are always so very sweet and do arrangements that are simply beautiful and YUMMY!!!!! Elizabeth and Vickie in particular are some of my favorite ladies to see! My mother ordered an arrangement for me again this year and it was EXQUISUTE! Thank you ladies for always doing such a beautiful job! I enjoyed it so much!

My wife loves the chocolate cover strawberries but the customized card I got her I didnt get it they switched it with someone else smh

We placed our order for curbside pick-up a day in advanced (1 dozen chocolate covered strawberries-a $50order). We selected 9am pick-up the next day but arrived at 10:30am. When we called they said they were finishing up the order now (but we were late for our pick-up so I’m unsure why it wasn’t done and ready). We waited 15min with no word from them in our car. So we called again to say that we were headed to an event and needed a time estimate and the woman on the phone cut me off before I could finish to say they were boxing the order now. They came out 4min later and handed it to us and said “thanks” and walked away. The strawberries look great but the customer service was disappointing to say the least.

My sister just had a baby 1 week ago and has been having a few difficulties. She lives in Nashville with her extremely supportive husband, but her family lives in Missouri and his family lives in North Carolina. I wanted to send something other than flowers that would let her know I was thinking of her and that she was doing an amazing job as a first time mom. When she received the arrangement she said she was so excited and her and her husband enjoyed the fruit a lot, the chocolate covered pineapples were exceptionally delicious! Thank you so much for a delightful experience for my sister, a frustrated first time mom.

The delivery has always been on time. The ease of order is nice and the arrangements are beautiful and make the receiver feel appreciated. I have had several Edible Arrangements throughout the years. Either being gifted or delivered at work. They seem to focus more on look than taste. Cantelope and honeydew is always cut too close to the rind. The fruit is never sweet and even the dark chocolate covering the pineapples is terrible. I really think this is a lovely idea but needs improvement. The price is too high to receive bland tasting fruit. It was a gift for my Birthday which was really kind but i have to figure out a way to tell the one i love to not waste money on these. Its simply not worth it.

Unfortunately I have to agree with all of the bad reviews on here. My partner’s arrangement wasn’t delivered until after 7 PM on Valentine’s Day, there were typos on the card, and they forgot to include the box of chocolates I ordered and paid for. Not worth the hassle - do something else.

This is a great place to go to get gifts for all occasions! You can never go wrong with these folks. Definitely worth it all!!!

These reviews were quite harsh. I just call this Edible Arrangements and spoke with Stephanie. She was professional, efficient and delightful. My order will be delivered this afternoon and it will be a wonderful present for my SIL!PS The delivery was prompt and the gift was a delight to the recipient!

Fast and easy service!! Placed online order and hubby received in less than two hours on New Years Day! Perfect way to cheer someone up 🙂

This spot is okay, they dont have much for walk in quick buys... unless you want chocolate covered strawberries (tiny ones), or chocolate covered pineapples (Not a good combo at all). You have to order something if you really want the good stuff, so if you are last minute dont think you will find anything impressive in this store as a walkin customer

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a delivery service of any sort. They gave me the run around all day for an order that was due by 2:30, when I finally got them on the phone at 2:35 she said “I’m going to be honest, it’s not even on a delivery truck yet”. If I could give them negative stars I would, absolutely awful company.

I didnt know but they have the cutest little Arrangements in these different pots like a little miniature grill or a golf ball or football or different things like that to have a for your guys 2 you know.... so cool!!!

Unfortunately my Valentines Day was ruined, my bf ordered from this location and he advised them to have it delivered to my job by 3:30, well it never came, when he got home he asked me if I received anything, I told him NO, so he called this location but the phone was off the hook. So we drove up there only to find out some new delivery service they used didnt deliver any orders, so he received a refund. To me that wasnt enough. How do you spend your money expecting something to be delivered on a special occasion that this company caters to, to never receive it. We will never use edible arrangements again!!

No wonder this location has bad reviews. I called today to ask to place an order for my sister who just had a baby, and when I said I’d like to place an order, the lady responded “Not today, you’re not.” OK. Even if you are unable to fulfill an order same-day, what kind of snarky response is that? So much for customer service or even just being a decent human. That sass is so unnecessary. Then she proceeded to tell me that they’d be closed for the next two days and couldn’t fulfill an order until Tuesday. No apology, no explanation. Good luck with your business, lol.

I sent a fruitquet to a Vanderbilt department, and they all said it was very good. EA says their fruit comes in fresh daily.

I went into Edible arrangements with a friend who had ordered a decent-sized sized arrangement. It was expensive! Thats NOT the point. We had ordered the delivery super early in the morning for same day delivery and it took well over 6 hours to pretty much get up the freaking road. The older, slightly out of shape driver was incoherent and unprofessional (Joe)...The perfect driver you want after a 15 dollar delivery fee. The only reason I give it two stars is because the customer service was excellent. The hourly sales girls (Drea & Barbra) were great, and even the supervisor (Megan) was out explaining to us how everything works. Seems to me like upper management issues.

They delivered to the wrong address, lied about their delivery, and refused to refund $90 to my money-poor college-age daughter on my 50th birthday.They stated they left a note on the door, when none was left.My German Shepard would have certainly barked if anyone had pulled in the driveway that day.I would not support this local business, not because they made a mistake, but because they lied.I hope they lose at least the $90 in future profits from this post.The same owner owns all the businesses in Nashville and Hendersonville.

This was the worst service i ever seen..I went to the store and another costumer was picking up an order and the lady at edible arrangement had a cold and was touching and coughing on there order and when they said they didnt want that one she was very rude and started to curse them out,I left that store and i will never go back.....Her name was stephanie

Too slow only one person up front about 5 people in the back. Waited over a half hour for a order that I placed online. At least three orders were messed up
