They provide free water for guests so you can wash down the cookie dough for no extra charge.Service: Super friendly with lots of smiles, and they let you try the flavors in little pink spoons if you arent sure which one you want. They are very patient.Atmosphere: Small and intimate. It is very cool inside the building so its great to relax on a hot day after walking around Nashville.Price: Affordable - see included picture of menu (June 2018)Cons: It is difficult to find good parking, and there is only enough seating for about 30 total on the inside, so you may end up sitting on the back deck. The line can be medium-long, as it is very popular, so youre looking at a 5-10 minute wait. Their coffee is also way below average - would not recommend getting coffee there.

The staff at No Baked was super friendly and the decor is adorable! My cone was pretty good but not as good as I anticipated. I will definitely give them another shot, though!

The cookie monster was really good, and I also loved the red velvet. Its definitely rich, so you wont need over one scoop unless you want some for later.

Dont be deceived, a small is all you need! I had the smores flavor and it tasted just as it should. It is very dense (like, cookie dough) which is why I strongly recommend the small. I had enough to be satisfied in the store and bring half a cup home, put it in the freezer and eat the next day.Love the idea of this place.Also nice atmosphere in the store and the employees were friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Super disappointed in my recent trip to NoBaked to try it for the first time. I have celiac disease and cannot have gluten, I made sure to check the website to make sure they had gluten free options. Apparently they aren’t serving GF options due to the pandemic. The pandemic does not make gluten any less toxic to my body. I was already disappointed in the lack of gluten free options on the website, but I understand and am used to that. Those options being cut down to zero is very discouraging and makes me feel unwelcome here in the future.Update: I reached out to them via social media about my disappointment and they responded in an extremely rude and condescending way acting as though I am stupid and not worthy of a response. Absolutely will not be giving them another shot and will warn any of my friends to stay away.

Also grabbed cookie dough to go to bring back to Miami. Gotta say it got through without a problem and I am so happy that I was able to bring it home! I should’ve brought more! All the flavors are delicious! I’m always sneaking in some raw cookie dough before baking but it can make you sick. Now you can have a worry-free scoop of the stuff! It’s heaven in a cup! My two sisters and I were visiting from out of town. We were so excited to try this place on our last day in Nashville. We walked in to a moderately busy shop, it was incredibly cute and in a fun little location. However, our excitement quickly dwindled when we noticed that the young guy behind the counter was rolling his eyes and shaking his head every time someone walked in. I asked what he recommended and he said very rude and sarcastically, “uh..any of these 4, I guess?!” We had asked for it to go- and he stuck a spoon in the first selection we made. My sister asked if they had lids for the cups and he again responded very sarcastically, “uh right there,” and pointed to the top of the case- “you can get it.” At this point I am just getting irritated because of the complete disregard for customer service. My next sister ordered and we said “to go please, with a lid.” He then didn’t give her a spoon. When she asked for a spoon he threw it across the counter at her. By that time I had enough and left without purchasing anything. I just could not bring myself to spend money with that kind of customer service. This can NOT be the first time this kid has had issues! From a product perspective, my one sister finished her single scoop and my other sister threw away more than half of her double scoop. Disappointing to say the least! Not somewhere I would return or recommend!

Super trendy place with great cookie dough and dairy free options!

If youre nearby, you have to go. We got sample a lot of flavors before deciding on Red Velvet Cake and Cookie Monster. They employees were super nice! The complimentary water also came in clutch. We happily got a lid and finished eating it later in the day.

So delicious. Very quick service. The Smores flavor is my favorite, but you cant go wrong with classic chocolate chip either! Totally worth the $2 for a second scoop!

It’s a nice, homey spot! I really LOVE their strawberry cheesecake cookie dough. It’s great that you can get a couple scoops and keep it in the fridge for a couple weeks and it doesn’t change at all. A great way to have a nice, random surprise in the fridge :)

Whats up with the one and two star reviews? My co-workers and I visited this place its first week of business. I got the plain ol chocolate chip cookie dough and it was simply delicious. However, I also sampled some of the others (so yes, they permit sampling) and they were great as well. I also think its awesome that they use comes from The Conery in NYC. I think they should consider getting some of their flavored cones. A reviewer complained about it being expensive.. Its $5 for one scoop, and then a surcharge for each topping you add. No, its not dirt cheap, but its reasonable for a fun dessert experience! Ill definitely be back, especially when I have some visitors from home!

We found no baked cookie dough on trip advisor randomly and decided we should definitely go because I love cookie dough. It was relatively easy to find and there was open parking. We got one scoop of cookies and cream and one scoop of s’mores. It was so good! And extremely filling, thankfully it saves pretty well so none will be going to waste. Cheryl was who helped us and she was so kind and friendly. Not only did she know a ton of information on the cookie dough itself but she was also nice enough to help us pick some more places to explore while visiting Nashville. I can guarantee we’ll be back to get more cookie dough soon! I can’t wait.

I went to NoBaked to buy giftcards to thank a volunteer team I work with! I worked with Trevor and we ordered over 50 gift cards. Customer service was amazing and the gift cards were ready to be picked up (and nicely packaged) within 12 hours. They even put the exact amount 1 scoop + tax would cost on each gift card. I loved my experience doing a mass order like this and would be quick to use NoBaked for volunteer appreciation again and/or their catering services for events. Overall, they are flexible and easy to work with.

Absolutely adorable store, atmosphere and staff. Cheryl was so friendly, happy and hospitable. We were allowed to taste test several flavors before deciding on traditional chocolate chip cookie dough. Tastes like the real thing...even better. Safe to eat all your tummy and tastebuds desire. I was very curious going into the NoBaked store on what exactly I was going to be eating. Michael was extremely helpful with helping me through every step of the way. I was very overwhelmed by all of the flavors but he personally told me his favorites and what he would recommend for those who have never been. Not only was it extremely helpful, but his enthusiastic attitude made me want to come back for more. I love the cute environment NoBaked has created and I can’t wait to come back again with the family.

So good! I love cookie dough, and putting big scoops of it in a bowl as if its ice cream...perfection! I tried chocolate chip, peanut butter, and confetti sugar and they were all amazing. If I had to pick a favorite...probably confetti sugar but its a tough decision! Im looking forward to going back in the future. Unfortunately, doesnt ship to Canada, but I guess that just means Ill have to go on another road trip again soon. ;D

Chocolate shake with peanut butter cookie dough was amazing! I like the cookie dough thing in theory, but in practice I can have two bites and then want milk or ice cream or something to balance out how rich it is. My husband ordered two scoops, and does munch on frozen cookie dough at home, but couldnt eat it all. Id say one scoop is probably more than enough for most people. Cute atmosphere, good service, it was a nice night and we sat on the porch. Id definitely go back for a shake but straight cookie dough isnt for me.

Their variety of cookie doughs are the standard classics, sprinkled with seasonal or special short-term flavors. Gluten free options are readily available and, according to my wife, taste as good as real dough. Grab & go cups are available in the cooler, as are a small variety of bottled drinks. Are you in the mood for wine with your decadent dough? Im not, but if YOU are, youre in luck! They have several offerings of wines, as well as sparkling wines. I may eventually splurge for a cookie dough sundae, but the calories will need to be saved for a very special occasion.Give NoBaked a try and you wont be disappointed.

Great options, it’s basically laid out like a Cold Stone Creamery but with cookie dough. One scoop is plenty to still have some to take home! Reasonably priced considering the amount you get per scoop. Plus they provide water! Parking is easy, just as long as you can parallel! Plus they’re in a great little area off West End.

This was a lovey little find. They had a full display of different cookie dough flavors like an ice cream might have and offered free samples to help you pick your favorite one(s). The service was very friendly and the location was a short walk from the Parthenon so it was super convenient. The shop is also very aesthetically pleasing and the cookie dough itself was of course delicious and indulgent.

A small one definitely adds for a good fix an is more than enough... You can make 4 small regular sized cookies with it... It doesnt taste as good when baked... The girl was really informative and assisted well. After I paid an left a tip it was like she turned off as a human, I greeted her bye twice she didnt say anything... It was only us two in the place an I was next to her so Idk... But I always make sure to tell all my guest to have a great day and enjoy. 🤷

Honestly the cookie dough tastes good but I was really disappointed the oven baked sundae was literally cookie dough popped in the in microwave for a few seconds. I have gone to other places where they oven bake it for a little in an aluminum bowl and it has this great combo of soft cookie dough and a small crust. They would serve it with two scoops of ice cream, caramel, fudge, and whipped cream for almost half the price.

Really good cookie dough! Recommend the cookies and creme. There is also jenga and connect four, so you can play while eating your treat.

My daughter and I stopped by today. We heard about this place through social media. It is located very close to Centennial Park and in an old house. It is a quaint little shop with a very nice setup. The owner is very friendly and willing to let you sample all the flavors first. We both had a scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough and it was delicious. One scoop was way more than I could eat and lids are provided for you to take your extras home. I believe the owner told us the dough will last up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.

I came here with friends thinking I would not be able to order any, due to my gluten allergy. We ended up asking if they had any GF options and sure enough, they did! They have the chocolate chip and sugar cookie options and they were prepackaged and labeled in the back. I was so thrilled! It tasted absolutely amazing!

The atmosphere here is so cute, the design of the store outside is a unique pink and white and inside the tables have small candles on them. There are many different cookie dough flavors to choose from including even a vegan flavor. The prices are a little expensive, but not different from any other cookie dough restaurant and the portion sizes are definitely decent. Overall, I would recommend this to anybody looking for a fun dessert in Nashville.

This was such a treat. The dessert options and variety of pastry doughs is fantastic. Brownie batter, cheesecake batter, cinnamon bun dough, and much more. Such a great idea. This is a delicious choice if you are craving something sweet.

Not really my thing but the kids love it so that 5th star is for them. Mix-ins are tasty, dont shy from experimenting. A bit pricey but its a boutique experience. Fun extra large jenga, connect 4, etc in the table area. Dogs welcome on the porch. Start with one scoop as the doughs are extremely rich and filling. Worth a trip across town, convenient area to other attractions.

This place is super cute and has very yummy cookie dough! The customer service is great. Both times I went the girls behind the counter were very friendly and helpful! There is plenty of seating with options indoor and outdoor.I have been twice in the last week and a half and unfortunately they changed their sizes in that time. I got the small both times - 1 scoop of cookie dough for $5 (price is kinda steep, especially after the size change!) The first time I went a single scoop was in a cup that is now their double scoop cup. The new single scoop cup is half the size of what it used to be but the price is still the same. (It’s hard to justify buying a small scoop of cookie dough for $5 when I can make an entire batch of cookie dough for roughly the same price.)

Cute little shop selling many different flavors of cookie dough. I tried the mint chocolate chip, and I thought it was really good. The only reason I dont give it five stars is that they charge way too much for extra toppings. I got extra chocolate chips, and they only give you a little extra spoonful, so I would skip the toppings if I came again.

Great little shop right by the Parthenon. There is very friendly staff, and you can sample as much cookie dough as you would like. The cookie dough is very sweet even for a sweet tooth like me. I would recommend getting one scoop. It would be a great date night to get some cookie dough and walk around the park!!

Great local place with amazing staff that knows their cookie dough! They also made sure to check to see if I had allergies to an ingredients (which I do) which is a huge bonus. Prices are reasonable as well, it is a bit hard to find though because it’s in a renovated house but well worth the search!

The cookie dough was good, though it is overpriced . I pointed to the menu and asked for the 3 scoops for $9. The worker put them all in a separate container and charged me for individual scoops which totaled to be around $17. When I asked her to fix the issue, she gave me an attitude. Probably wont be going back, as it is overpriced and a limited selection.

Cute store with an even cuter concept! The business started from a food truck to grown into a quaint little cafe of its own. The concept is like most ice cream places where you pick your base and add toppings and price is charged by scoop. Theres a good selection of flavors to choose from like classic chocolate chip and triple chocolate. Though it can get pricy its well worth it and bound to become a new favorite addiction!
