I was excited to be there and also impressed by the different flavors. The staff was very patient and delivered a magnificent scoop of ice cream. I highly recommend this location and the Halloween Oreo ice cream 😊

We visited with my daughter to order an ice cream cake for her birthday. We were curtly told that orders can only be placed online. We saw a catalogue of cakes at the counter and asked if we could look at it. No, snapped the girls behind the counter. Then what is the catalogue there for?There is a way to address a customer courteously and with respect. And there is what Baskin-Robbins on Hillwood Boulevard and Charlotte Pike did. Unacceptable.We have ordered ice cream cakes in this very store in the past, and they were very helpful in customizing the cake.We called a different Baskin-Robbins in town and were told that their store _only_ take orders in the store. We will go there.

I honestly have no clue as to how this location has 4 stars. The customer service is very unprofessional!I came into this place on 4/7/2021. The staff is super duper unprofessional, they are literally kids who do not know better and apparently does not see anything wrong with eating ice cream in your face as you are checking-out. The little girl did not even offer me a bag for the Quart of ice cream that I purchased, I had to ask for one... Who in the hell hired these people?!!!

Workers are friendly and milkshakes are great. But I’ve been here 3 times and they never have sprite for the shakes with sherbet.

The emo kid in the black jacket is a very responsible and fast paced worker when I ca she gave me and my wife a sweet attitude which definitely makes up for her intimidating appearance. Never judge a book by its cover kids☺️

This place was awesome. My fiance and I had two scoops I have ice cream. It was a decent price. It was just more fun because he had never had it before and I got to take him.

Close too early.. Like 9:30 when closing time is 10.. They even refuse almost 3 customer around 9:30.. Very unprofessional young kids.. Not good for such good brand .. People choosing other ice cream shops due to such customer service.

Their ice cream was awful and they were belligerent to my companion. Do not visit this establishment, they are very disrespectful.

The people working here dont have the slightest clue what theyre doing. They dont even know what goes on the menu items. Wanna order a banana split or a brownie sundae? Good luck. They also dont know how to ring things up right at all. Last time I was there, they way overcharged me, and unfortunately I didnt notice until after I had paid. I had to thoroughly explain to them WHY they had overcharged me, because they didnt see anything wrong with, you know, the order that they had not rung up the right things at all and were even charging me extra for toppings that didnt exist. Then they said they couldnt give me a refund. I asked why they didnt have anyone there who could figure that out, and they said it wasnt a matter of knowing how to do it, they just couldnt give me a refund, period. Well, I suppose that means I cant go back there either.

I visited this store yesterday on my birthday to receive a cake and was met by two of the rudest employees I have ever interacted with. Derek Curtis and Isabel, two young belligerent children, spoke to me and my companion with the utmost disregard for our business. Derek could not even bother to cover his nose with his mask. I was cursed out by both employees. I contacted corporate and the franchise owner called me today with extreme indifference. We did not feel comfortable eating the cake after seeing how their employees wore their masks and conducted themselves. I offered to bring the untouched $50 cake back to the store in exchange for a refund and the franchise owner refused. Unbelievable. I will be contacting the health department as well as the BBB in regard to their improper mask wearing and unscrupulous business practices. I encourage everyone to steer clear of this Baskin Robbins.

I have been going here since i was a little girl, I am 40 now and bring my kids here. It hasnt changed and its just as good as its always been!

This was a spur of the moment stop for 31 flavors. I havent been to Baskin-Robins in quite a few years, and glad we stopped. Staff was very friendly and patient while we tried to decide what to order. It was bright, cheery, and clean. The frozen display case had plenty to choose from if you wanted to a take home item. I recommend the pistachio almond in a waffle cone, but everything looked delicious. We will definitely stop by again if in the neighborhood.

Who puts ice in a milkshake? Ordered a milkshake and got an ice shake. Terrible. Staff needs training on how to make a milkshake

This particular Baskin Robbins has been around for over 30 years, with good reason! The ice cream selection is good and the service is great. I love it when I have a reason to be on this side of town because this is a treat I go for.

One of my favorite ice cream places..reminds me of being a little girl. Still great prices! Was very busy last time I went but we were in and out!

The young man working the counter the evening we visited was by himself with a never ending line out the door. Yet he was friendly, polite, and didn’t seem stressed out at all. He did a fantastic job when it was apparent he should have had backup.

So friendly,clean and polite ! I love how they are with my 6 year old son. They always add extra gummy bears. 😊

The guys there tonight were awesome! They were cutting up with my friend and I. Great customer service. Boston creme pie is awesome by the way!

I drove across town to get some ice cream and got there just before 9:30 (supposedly open until 10 PM) only to have the employee tell me theyd closed a half hour early. So weak. Ill go to a different Baskin-Robbins next time.

Smelled great. They were making tgere own comes and of course all the diffrent treats you can get.

I really like this Baskin-robbins the young people who work here are always nice and not stingy when it comes to the hand packed pints/ quarts. Unlike one BR I will not mention that barely fill the hand pack pints/quarts.

Very friendly...but portions are tiny and it was over six dollars for a two scoop sundae, they charged extra for sprinkles! I was really disappointed.

This location often closes earlier than the listed closing time. The employees here almost always have a negative attitude when ordering ice cream. Everyone here gives off the impression that their life is a drag. I expect more from such a notable company. I dont appreciate young rude employees and I will take my business elsewhere. Sad!
