I absolutely loved my experience at LVD, even though it’s not where I ultimately bought my dress. In working with my stylist, I felt so comfortable, and she genuinely listened to my feedback about each dress to narrow down the options they had that most closely matched with what I was looking for. It was also a laid back, fun time - she had a great sense of humor, making jokes with my family, and made everyone feel welcome and included.This was the second shop I went to (in the same day), and I was already feeling a bit discouraged. I cannot emphasize enough (because I did this): DO NOT underestimate how exhausting the dress shopping process can be! Even working with incredible people, as a very analytical person, I found myself getting overwhelmed by the options I was trying to weigh against each other. Paired with a general lack-of-confidence, after only 2 appointments, I was really feeling like I might not find the right dress. My stylist lent me an ear to voice all of these things to and was so patient and understanding.They say this in one of the lead-up emails to your appointment, but I definitely recommend coming in with a clear idea of what you are looking for. I definitely would not recommend coming here as your first shop, unless you definitely know what you want.As a total sidenote, they sell an amazing hand-poured candle that I am obsessed with and bought while I was there.

Both my close friend and I found our wedding dresses at LVD this year. The experience both times was absolutely amazing! They were so helpful and patient with us both and really made us feel special. Personally, I came in for the sample sale and I was super pleased with the attention to detail that was provided by Kelsie! She was amazing. I also am very impressed by their mission and commitment to our community.

LVD Bridal was fantastic! I explained styles that I liked and showed pictures of dresses I liked as well. Within minutes they had pulled dresses for me to try on. I instantly fell in love with the first dress I tried on! I wish I would have gone to this bridal shop first!

I had such a great experience at LVD! Kelsey was my stylist and knew what dresses I already wanted to try on and then pulled dresses based on what I liked. I found a dress I fell in love with but ended up being bought later in the day by another bride. I called Kelsey and they were able to get the same dress and it luckily was coming in in a few weeks so crisis averted! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dress!

Kelsey at LVD bridal was INCREDIBLE. She was the perfect combo of helpful but nothing pushy. I felt like I could make the decision for myself with her help. Other places I went were pretty pushy and I had a hard time saying no. Kelsey was so kind and help but ultimately let me make my own decision! I went in for an appointment today as my first in dress shopping, not expecting to walk away with a gown in less than 30 minutes. They have beautiful inventory, and the staff is very experienced in getting a feel for what you might like and pulling dresses accordingly. Taking the time to fill out the intake form was so worth it, as my consultant had an idea of what I liked before I even walked in. There was no pressure from the staff, the experience was laid back, and the prices were very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend LVD Bridal. Getting to do a pre-appointment consultation meant that when I got there Kelsey already knew what I wanted, had several dresses pulled, and I was able to immediately start trying them on! I loved my experience with LVD Bridal. Kelsey the stylist was very helpful and made the experience easy and enjoyable. She was prepared for my appointment. She had emailed me and asked for my pinterest board and dresses I had seen on the site I wanted to try on. I really didnt know what to expect dress shopping during the pandemic. The experience was amazing because me and my girls had the whole boutique to our selves. The shop would only allow 3 plus the bride. We had to use hand sanitizer when we entered the shop. We also had to wear mask. I was able to take my mask off while trying on dresses my girls and Kelsey all stayed masked the whole time. The hour experience was fantastic though and I found my dream dress and I actually wanted to wear it out of the store lol. I cant wait to wear it for my big day.

LVD did a great job of highlighting and upcoming sample sale. I knew with my budget that this might be my only option, and thankfully I was able to make the dates work! Scheduling was easy and the women who helped select dresses were helpful in getting me a little out of my comfort zone, while still listening to my ideas. They stood back and let my mom and friend have first feedback and were so kind...it’s less about the dress and more about how you feel in the dress! I walked away with my wedding dress!’

I found my absolute dream dress here and the price was SO good! The staff are super helpful and the boutique is so cute and super clean. 10/10 recommend to any bride-to-be looking to find the perfect dress!

Had a great experience at LVD! I had to reschedule a couple of times because of Covid, but they were always so accommodating and made sure that I had a great experience. The shop is cozy with a large dress selection, but not so many that its overwhelming. I also love that it was a more eco-friendly option and that I was able to take my (very affordable) dress home that day. If you get a chance, definitely book an appointment.

I was a little all over the place in describing what I wanted in a dress but they knew exactly what I was looking for and pulled dresses that hit all my checks and even pulled dresses that I knew I wanted but forgot to mention! It’s they they just already knew my mind. They made the process so easy and they were so absolutely wonderful and kind. We found the one at my appointment! And now I can’t wait to put the dress on again for our big day! Despite being in California I will ALWAYS recommend my friends to travel to LVD if they can because it is so worth it!

I had a great experience at LVD this weekend, and left with my dress in tow. I never thought I would be able to commit on the spot, but they made it easy, comfortable, and showed me great options which combined everything I was looking for. I was solo for my appointment due to COVID and they were so accommodating in letting me FaceTime my MOH. The only downside is that I wasnt able to browse the full selection given COVID precautions and for a moment I felt a little disappointed around that piece, but she had pulled dresses right up my alley. I could see that being a bit tough for someone who has a less clear idea of what theyre looking for. Overall, I thought the staff was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everything was surprisingly affordable after coming from a couple other salons, and in great condition!! Highly recommend going to LVD if youre dress shopping in Nashville.

I was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly I found my dress here! I honestly had no idea what I wanted, so I tried a little bit of everything on. I knew I had found the one when my sister cried when I walked out! It wasnt what I imagined at all, but I couldnt be anymore in love with it than I am!

The consultant was super helpful and understanding, paid attention to things I liked/didnt like, and I ended up with the most perfect dress - brand new, and $500 less than what I would have paid if I ordered the dress elsewhere. I could not possibly say enough about how special this place is for such a big day! I came in with my mom, a friend and a cousin to help pic a dress for my wedding (which is two months away!). I was lucky enough to be helped by Camille and she could not have been more comforting, kind or attentive. From the get go — you are offered champagne (and water) and she asked to hear my story, what I was looking for, and we were off. I tried on so many dresses and she was never rushed or frustrated. She totally shared in the joy of the day with us as she would run to get more options, try everything on with different veils, and speak on each possible dress. She was so thoughtful of our budget and was more mindful of that than even we were! I felt completely free and comfortable. Also the dresses are UNREAL.LVD was my first and only stop.I heard about it first when I went with a friend to buy her dress.It was also her first and only stop.It is the best!!!!

I had the most amazing experience with Molly at LVD. I loved how intimate it is, since there is only one bride allowed in at a time. Its a beautiful space with an up scale atmosphere. I had been to three other places before I went to LVD and Molly was the most pleasant and helpful. She pulled dresses based on my wants and stayed within my budget. I cannot say enough amazing things about this experience. Immediately walking in I felt welcomed and comfortable. We were offered champagne and my wonderful stylist, Jane, sat down with me and asked me all about my wedding style and vibe and took extra care to make sure she and I were on the same page. She picked out several amazing options and let me and my sister pick out some as well. Each dress I tried on she gave me lots of time to look and reflect, never trying to sway me to like one dress over the other. I didn’t feel pressured at all to pick a dress that day, but I found the dress of my dreams and said yes! I was celebrated and poured more champagne. I am SO happy to be a lvd bride. Not only was my dress by a designer I adore, but I could afford it and feel good about the fact that I’m doing a small part to be sustainable. Highly recommend this boutique!

OH LVD! I have followed LVD for a while now, when I finally stepped foot in store in person my dreams came true! Kels and Bri are EPIC and lovely and made me feel so welcomed and beautiful. I bought the FIRST dress they picked out for me. I felt seen and known and well taken care of and CELEBRATED as a bride:) They only pulled dresses that were in my budget range, which made me feel at peace.Even in the midst of the pandemic, LVD Nashville created a magical experience for me, yes, I cried when I found the dress, and so did my sisters. A+. I can’t wait to dance the night away after walking down the aisle to my forever man in my new rue de seine gown in a few weeks.

Found a beautiful dress in my budget. Bri pulled what I had asked for but brought in some different silhouettes when I was feeling discouraged. I ended up with something very different than I expected. I’m glad she led me in a new direction.Keep in mind these are off the rack so I felt a little stressed while trying them on and we were dealing with hot weather and Covid masks. 😩 That aside the shop is modern and beautiful, the dress selection is so unique and Bri is a great stylist. Nice to take my dress home right away AND I got a great deal on a brand new veil!

I had an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress here. Casey was so personable and helpful! I fell in love with a dress out of my price range and ended up shopping elsewhere and found my dress there but I thought it was important to let lvd know how wonderful they were too. My only suggestion would be that they let you know ahead of time if a dress is within budget or maybe to not pull it- that’s what the next boutique did and I just thought it was a nice courtesy! Overall great experience and wonderful dress selection with an exceptional sales stylist!

This was the first dress shop I visited, and I ended up walking out with the first dress I tried on! I feel so lucky that Camille, the owner, was the one who helped me— she literally got my vibe immediately and pulled the most beautiful options. She is truly talented at what she does. LVD has the most gorgeous, curated rack of gowns, and clearly only consigns ones that are of the best quality and condition. I honestly got emotional at the end because I couldn’t believe the experience was over. But it helped that Hemingway’s was just downstairs to have a celebratory cocktail afterward!

Im not the review kind of person, but it really was a bummer going here, the response to my price range that I was looking at was not very positive. They have a very limited amount of dresses, since they are used some of them have make up stains and if you are not a size 2-4 you are not going to fit into any of these dresses, making it all a pretty negative experience. If youre a model with lots of money Im sure its awesome though!

These dresses are in pristine condition so do not let the word consignment shop lead you astray. I showed up with my mom, sister and soon to be mother-in-law and Bri was waiting for us with water, champagne and just a fun attitude. I also couldnt decide which dress to go with so my appointment ran over 30 minutes and they never rushed or hurried me when I asked to try the dresses on one last time. Did I mention you get to take the dress home right then?! WHAT. A. WIN. Go to LVD! You will find the perfect dress and experience.Also, Bri rocks! Ila went above and beyond! I live on the West Coast and was in desperate need of a top for my bridal separates. Over the phone she shared with me the designers, styles and sizes of tops carried in their store. She even tried one on and sent me the pic of what it looked like since I was unable to come in person! She was prompt with correspondence, patient in addressing all my questions and concerns, and extremely kind while we chatted on the phone. I never felt rushed in my decision. Ila is genuine and offers excellent customer service. I would love to work with her again but I only plan on marrying once.

I really hesitated on leaving this review, but I feel its important for other brides to hear about my experience. I contacted this company regarding a pre-owned dress I located online.Yes, I made the mistake of really liking a dress online that was out of my budget. However, this was the only bridal location near me that had this dress. I had to at least try it on. So I scheduled an appointment, knowing the dress was over my budget. I was told that she had several other dresses by my preferred designer she could show me as well. However, when I told her my budget the response email I received left me speechless. She then told me that the dress was out of my budget and she didnt want to waste my time by showing it to me. She proceeded to tell me her boutique is small and only opens so many spaces to serious brides and unless I was ready to make a purchase I should not make an appointment with them right now. I have NEVER been treated with such disregard in my life. I was made to feel like I was not serious about purchasing my wedding dress. Now I dont own a bridal boutique, but I do have a lot of experience with managing a business and in customer service. To me, I feel like the better response would have been to reinforce her point of the dress being over my price point and letting me know she would love to show me other gowns that I could love as well. Because, lets face it, just because we love a gown online doesnt mean we will love it in person. However, she insulted me and lost a sale because of this. This is a pre-owned wedding boutique whose inventory changes quite often, according to their website- no dresses are listed on their website. And Im suppose to commit to making a purchase at a boutique Ive never been to with inventory Ive never seen. Even if I hadnt found something at my appointment that doesnt mean she couldnt have kept my name in hopes she had something come in I would have liked! Instead, because of her lack of customer service and disregard for my want to visit her boutique in hopes of making a purchase I will now be going somewhere else. Good luck to anyone who goes here. I really hope she doesnt make anyone else feel like they are not serious about their experience or purchase of the perfect dress. Planning a wedding is hard enough without dealing with people like this!

I just found my dream dress at LVD bridal!! The staff was warm and welcoming. I was unsure of what I wanted and my stylist guided me through the process and recommended great dresses based off my feedback which led me to THE ONE 😊! I can’t recommend this store enough! My engagement is only 6 months so buying off the rack was such a huge perk for my timeline!
