Mark replaced a panel on the front of our dishwasher. A couple of weeks later our dishwasher was not draining. He came out the next day and it was fixed. No charge since it was within 30 days of the first repair. Ive used Collier County Appliance before and always received excellent service. Mark was very personable and professional.

Ive always had stellar service with Collier County Appliance. They cover a huge area, and nearly any appliance you may need serviced. My grandmother used their service for her subzero, and wolf products, and everything has always worked like a charm afterwards. I highly recommend them for all of your household appliance needs. They will even recommend people that can take care of you even if they cant. The girls there Madison, Donna, and Tatum are all very professional to deal with.

I have now used Collier County Appliance for service several times and they have given me excellent service, on time appointments and excellent value.One time I called them for service for a fan motor that was not accessible from inside my home and only accessible from the roof. They not only came to evaluate the problem but they even gave me the person to call to correct the problem (including the phone number and the persons name to speak to regarding my problem). What was really pleasantly surprising was that they did not even charge me for the service call.This is truly a reputable company!

For some reason i wasnt able to you your email link on your website. I want to tell you i was very satisfied will the service you provided and the competence of the service man. Even though we werent able to fix the washer because the part was on back order, That was not your problem. I had a deadline to meet and had to leave Florida. These guys are great! They service all high end appliances and do so in a timely matter. Very knowledgeable, professional, and priced right. Had a another company ( Initials might be H.T) that took 2 hrs to install a door gasket on a Sub Zero and did it wrong and door would seal, Collier County Appliance showed up and did multiple jobs in the same time frame. The techs knowledge of Sub Zero was very impressive! Thanks guys

Here is how their process works. 1) You call them to request service. 2) They tell you a day that they can maybe provide you with that service. 3) A technician calls you on the day of the expected service when he is close to arriving. 4) You can call on the day of the service after 9 am to try and get a very loose timeframe as to when they might be there. 5) The technician MAY be there before 9 am anyway.So basically they give you a 24 hour period when you have to make yourself 100% available for them to provide you a service that you give them money for. This works great for their company, but does NOT work from a customers perspective.I want to give my money to a company who looks to accommodate me, not the other way around!

My Whirlpool washer broke after 10 years + of good service, so I started shopping for new washers and did not like what I discovered. Low water levels, noise levels, longer wash times, etc. and some reviews were worrisome. I decided to have my old washer repaired and Collier County Appliance Service Inc. was recommended by a friend. I called and they were here on time and fixed my washer in less then half and hour and had the part they needed on the truck. It has been 5 months now and still working fine, it was worth the $129.50 it cost compared to purchasing a new washer that I did not even like. I love my old Whirlpool washer and will fix it again if I ever need to.

After 3 painful years of having tried to have my stove fixed by the appliance co. that sold it to me (under its underwarranty) Collier County Apliance Repair came out, diagnosed it, and had it fixed within a week. I cannot recommend this company highy enough! They are terrific!

Great techs prompt service.

They provided a great service for me! Called in for a dryer repair and since we knew the issue we pre-ordered the belt. Part came in early & they found a tech available to arrive within a few hours rather than the next day. Hes got us back in working order and I couldnt be more pleased! (Except now I have to do the laundry.)

Made an appointment thru maytag. Took the day off to wait for Collier to come out and repair my washer. No one called or came out. Tried to call them but they were closed. Called Maytag back and they said that collier was closed but a serviceman should come out. No one showed. We have been without a washer for about a month. I would not recommend this company.

$99.00 service call. Tech suggested we unplug our Refrigerator and let the ice and frost build up melt. If that didn’t correct the problem the next call within 30 days was free of charge. We left for the summer season and left the refrigerator unplugged. The refrigerator did not function correctly and the ice buildup continued. Called them for a recall even thought we had been gone for over 30 days the call we free as we had not been in town. It took several follow up calls but they did fix it and stood behind their workmanship. Request Bob asyour tech.

Awful,We had a 12,000 Viking Frig, which was part of our new home when built and had to have it repaired 7 times in the 6 months we have used it. Every time, you call for an appointment you must call back at 8 am and find out when they are coming. Sometimes it is 112 to 5 pm, sometimes it is in 4 minutes. Tell me how you can plan for that. They do not do their schedule till 8 am. Then they come, for 5 minutes, order parts and you do it all over. Customer service is a joke, stay away from this company.
