I am giving five stars for superior product lines and exceptional service. I am a licensed interior designer/remodeler. Working with Wilson Wells at point of sale and later internal installers Gary & Chad, has been seamless. They are knowledgeable and representative of a family owned business that truly cares about their clients.

If I could give Mullets 0 stars, I would. We ordered a Bosh appliance set for our kitchen and built a new construction home. We ordered our appliances 6 months in advance and were promised dates of delivery when we ordered them. We are very understanding of the COVID pandemic and its effects on our economy. However, we were told by our sales associate, Wilson, that our appliances would be in at the end of April, which was after our move in date. After ordering 6 months in advance and having Wilson assure us our appliances would be in a few weeks after we moved in, we placed our order with Mullets. We overpaid for our appliances by $2,000 and could of got them cheaper at Home Depot or Best Buy. We chose Mullets and overpaid because our sales associate was able to give us the impression that our appliances would be in on time or shortly after we moved in. Well we moved and and guess what? No dishwasher and no range. Our expected delivery of April has now turned into JUNE. Wilson told us our dishwasher was in their warehouse and out for delivery this week, but now all of a sudden it is not going to be here until JUNE. Also, the extremely expensive Bosh fridge we paid for was given to us defective and not closing properly, spoiling all the new food we just paid for. After paying so much for appliances, I would hope that they would at least give us a fridge that closed properly. Little to say, I am EXTREMELY disappointed by the lack of transparency from our sales associate. Not to mention, our sales associate is extremely difficult to reach and never answers the phone or takes days to call back. I have to call numerous times to just talk with someone. My advice is RUN! DO NOT order from Mullets. Save your $2000 and go to Best Buy.

Great experience. Sales people were nice and price was very good(cheaper than Best Buy or Lowe’s). Delivery people were AMAZING. Set up everything with a lot of attention to detail and even showed us all the new features. If I ever need appliances again I’ll definitely be coming back.

One of the drivers for this company caused an accident by cutting through an intersection in Naples, which caused two vehicles to get harmed and significantly damaged. The 67 year old gentlemen driving the vehicle did not say sorry to either victim and then proceeded to lie a week later to the insurance company about the details of the accident even though the sheriffs office had him at fault. The gentlemen drove away from the scene without saying a word or sorry to either victim. If these are the employees being hired, be careful when choosing this place for business.

Mullet Appliances were great to work with. I worked with Zoe just the kind of customer service person you want. First of all Zoe answers all her phone calls and email messages immediately. As many times I went into the showroom she had time to answer all my questions. I needed to delay my appliances and they held them with no problem. Installation day the team was professional and did a great job. Thank you so much.

I have a Miele and could not find anyone to service it. Mullets did come and although the appliance is still not working the technician was very knowledgeable did explain things to me. I am waiting for another technician to look at the product as I now have a fault code and will update this review once he has finished.

Used them for service and they did a very professional job. The technician fixed my Subzero refrigerator for a very reasonable price given the price of a new one. Would highly recommend them. Very fair and honest.

My Family is purchasing a New Home in Naples so I went into Mullets to check the store out . I was looking for a local dealer in Naples that I would feel comfortable.sending them to. I was empresses buy the show room and knowledgeable and courteous staff . From my experience being in the same industry ad Mullets for 25 years up North, I would recommend them for your Naples area Appliance dealer .

This was the worst appliance company we have ever worked with. We ordered mid-high end kitchen appliances. When it was time to install them we learned Mullets sub contracted out their work. It was going to be 1 month before they could install the appliances! Bernie convinced us to take delivery of appliances and put them in our home boxed. She said the sub contractors would tack it on at the end of a day if everything was there. WRONG! It was scheduled out for 7 weeks. Bernie also ordered installation components that were not needed. But they have a No Return policy so we wasted our money. The important thing to note....Bernie put through the charge on our credit card as soon we took delivery and she was never heard from again! She was just looking for payment.....No service at Mullets!

I called to inquire about purchasing a side by side sub-zero refrigerator and freezer and a washer and dryer and was directed to their sales person. My units are built in the cabinetry so I requested a Home consultation and was told they were too busy, would get to me when they could and there would be a charge even if I bought from them. She then told me I had to come in because she was so busy. Her attitude was rude, disinterested and offensive. So I explained that since she was “so busy” they didn’t need my business and I would go elsewhere. I then called Monarch Appliances and they were very pleasant and more customer oriented and asked, “how can we help you”. Never heard these words or anything remotely pleasant from Mullets!

I do not recommend kitchenAid appliances. We built a new home we moved in in May 2017. All of the appliances have surface rust on them and it is spreading. I was told by Mullets that that is what we should expect because not all stainless steel is equal. WHY was I not told that before we purchased this product. We spent 5,000.00 dollars. I am not happy with mullets. Changing out the doors is not going to change the situation.

The microwave part of my KitchenAid combo microwave/oven stopped working. The Mulletts repairman ordered a new part for the microwave (magnetron). While installing the part he used a a screwdriver to take out the connector to the control panel. He installed the magnetron and hooked up the control panel connector again, and low and behold the control panel now does not work. Now, Neither the microwave nor the oven work. I understand errors happen, but I assumed they would make it right. WRONG. They offered to sell me a new microwave/oven for full price; plus charged me for the service call and parts to break the control panel and oven. When they were told that was unacceptable we were told to talk to the service manager who stated that he had nothing to do with sales and we need to talk to the salesperson. Bottom line, READ ALL THE REVIEWS. This company is out to rip off consumers!

Prior post describing Mulletts as the WORST ever is an understatement. I had to wait 3 weeks for a scheduled service call only to be told on the long awaited day that a credit card number would be required before a call could be made. After giving, I was then told the serviceman determined the call was a 2 man job since washer was a stackable, therefore, would not come until the next day when he wpuld have help. Desperate for the much needed repair, I agreed to the assigned window on the following night of 5 to 7! The epitomy of rudeness and ignorance, the serviceman, Jerry, got lost - barged past me thru my door at 7:15, angry - his greeting, this place is pathetic. He gave my machine a cursory brief look - determined was ok, knocked off balance, charged me $99 and out the door in maximum of 15 minutes. He also disclosed that the two man excuse for rescheduling was not true - dont know where they got that. First thing next morning I ran load of laundry - machine totally stopped in wash cycle but continued to fill with water. Called Mulletts and was told by Jared OBrien, Service Mgr., to turn dial to drain. Did so and water pressure blew door open and I had 2 inches of water throughout my condo. Mr. OBrien hung up while I was panicked trying to stop water flow. He remained unavailable to me when I made several calls in the next few days telling him not to charge me for the joke of a service call. I had to leave voicemails as he was never in the office when I called and never returned my calls. Despite what happened, the charge was on my credit card within 3 days and was never rescinded. Many more details have been omitted but this is the gist of my experiencewith Mullett Appliances. Never again.
