Best buy has become one of the last places you can actually get good customer service! I cant even believe the difference when you visit here vs anywhere else when it comes to a staff that is trained and has the autonomy to actually handle your issues and help you find a solution! I have had multiple sales people over the last 2 months go out of their way to find me answers vs just saying something cannot be done. I highly recommend buying from here.
I went in looking for a laptop. I walked out with a Chrome book. The guy working that section is extremely knowledgeable. I wanted something different and I got it.
On July 17, 2021, I had received an exceptional service by ALI, an employee at Naples Blvd store. She had approached me before the opening hour at the front door. After carefully listening to my urgent need for an early meeting that day, she let me in and attend me. I had never received such special service during my 29 years living in Naples.
I went into the Naples Blvd location for one item. I found what I wanted and proceeded to check out. I had the opportunity to be assisted by Austin. He was so helpful with how to use the roku stick I bought. Very nice young man and so very helpful. I will definitely shop there again 👍🏻

I went in to get a quote for a subwoofer in my car. The gentleman working in the car stereo installment department were helpful and very knowledgeable about installment specifications. They answered all my questions and gave me a much better understanding of my situation.

We had a small operator issue with a phone. Floor salesman fixed it and showed us what to do. Great service. No charge as he said he didnt do anything.

Bought my phone last year was on sale for $199 so I purchased the $89 warranty.... My phone screen cracked so I took it in there and they said it can be replaced for another would have never bought the warranty if I would have known it would cost me just as much to use my warranty as it is almost to buy the phone very disappointed in Best buy

We went yesterday to look at some appliances and spoke with one of the reps behind the desk about availability (didnt get her name). She was very nice and said if I had specific questions about any specific items she would be glad to help. After getting everything picked out to ask questions about Bethany walked up and asked if we had further questions. We then asked her about the specifics for each item and she then told us the best way to do the purchase if/when we were ready to make the purchase. We ended up not buying the appliances since we decided to go with a different brand they dont carry but if you are looking to make a purchase in store Id highly recommend talking to her before doing so.
In and out in less than an hour! Made a Home Theater purchase today, nothing fancy, but I did manage to get delivery and they are going to build my tv stand. I was also able to get no interest financing! Best part of all was sales process, quick and efficient. Fabulous experience.
We were shopping for an inexpensive tablet to use primarily when we travel. This store had some great options and we ended up purchasing the Amazon Fire HD10. It works beautifully. However, the Amazon tablets dont come with user manuals, so weve been using the internet to figure out how to use it. Were happy with it, its pretty simple to use.What made our experience even better was the excellent help that we received from a young lady named Suzanna. She was friendly, helpful and gave us the sense that she cared about her job. Kudos to Suzanna!

I never enjoy going to Best Buy for some reason...perhaps its the loud music and my confusion over just what I need. Seeing actual products didnt help and I left without buying after deciding that more research was needed.

Had to get a new phone since the battery in my current one was swelling - literally a time bomb. (Exciting, right??) I did know what I was looking for so that made it easy - super easy! Hardest part was getting my about to blow phone to let go of Al its secrets, and apps, and pics and emails - you get it. The salesgirl - who was amazing and of course I cant recall her name - kept trying and eventually coerced it into spilling all of its beans. As always, highly recommend Best Buy Naples - they are knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. (Sorry saleslady!! You were great!!)
Booked an appt over the phone for car audio install. Never got booked. Turned away from a half empty shop. Best buy wonders why theyre struggling in todays economy. Its because you fail to adapt.
I mean, its best buy... You cant go wrong. Weve bought a PS4 here, two MacBooks, video games, usb cords, aux cords, etc. The staff is friendly even when the customers are not.

For a big box store I have had really great customer service experience at this store (which fir me is rare). I recently went in looking to upgrade my WiFi; I was recommended to get separate router & modem and did too much research lol so I asked for help to make all of the things I read online make sense. The guy that helped me was on POINT he knew all the answers to my questions in great detail. I spent more then I planned on because he was so good lol I am super happy with my purchase so all worth it. This also happened last time I went to guy 1 TV and bought 2 lol I was asking questions and there was like a crowd taking notes I think I helped him sell 3 TV’s with the Q &A session :) defiantly go in and ask for help in the department and wait for that person. It makes the experience enjoyable to have a little patience
My husband bought a PS4 on the Best Buy website. It stated that there was 1 on site. We went there and they informed my husband that they never had seen that on the website and than proceeded to laugh at him. Than was told that it could be there tomorrow or a week from today. Ill never but anything from them again
Mask guard at the door even though we are 1 yr past the start of this Pandemic. Refused entry without a mask in a county in Florida which no longer has a mask mandate in effect. Best Buy needs to update their policies. What was the use of the Vaccines?He asked what I wanted... I want my freedom.
Helpful, curtious and punctual. I was there eight or ten minutes before they opened but they let me in with a smile and all the employees were already in their respective areas and happy to make sure I got what I needed at the best price they could offer.
Best Buy has a person at the front door asking people what they are there for. If its a return, you go straight to the front registers. For any purchase they have a person from that dept. meet you at the front door. Pretty neat system. Now you dont have to wait on a Salesman.

Best Buy corporate: your phone policy of NOT being able to talk to your local store is TERRIBLE ! ! !***I purchased a color laser printer ($700 over the internet) and had to HOPE that the only one within 100 miles was in stock. I drove to the store not knowing if it would be available - luckily your inventory tracker worked, this time. The people at the store were GREAT 👍, but the not being able to talk to someone is NOT good, in my opinion.
I bought a laptop today and the Associate Nicholas was very helpful. He listened to what I needed and didnt try to upsell me an item, even though I almost made myself spend more .....integrity. Best Buy take notice.

The staff in here was amazing and they even helped me pick out a new TV. The associate who helped me was very professional and detailed in his overview of what TVs would work best for my new PS5. He showed me what I would be missing out if I went with a cheaper option as opposed to a more premium option. When going back and forth with him on things that I do we came to the conclusion that the Sony TV would be best for me. He even sold me on it too so because he gave great details and explanation about the product, it pushed me to purchase the product. When working in sales, I always allow the associate to try and sell me on the item, this associate did. It was a $900 TV, so I appreciate you being honest. I believe the associates name was Damien.
I wish I could leave half a star. DO NOT have the geek squad guys at this location do any installations for your car. A simple 4 hour installation turned into a 9 hour installation because they decided to teach a new employee with my car, and they didn’t tell me.Showed up at 9am, at 2:30pm I checked in and they said it’ll be done around 5pm.. its now 6:30pm and they’re still not done.I was warned that this location was slow and unprofessional but I didn’t listen.Listen to my story and find somewhere else to instal your subwoofers/speakers/radio.

Our names were taken at the door, a page was sent to the department what we were looking for. We were initially impressed that we would get service which we found rare at BB. We independently found our TV, looked for some help with questions...etc No one was available. While we bought a TV and left, what was the point of taking our name and paging the department?

They kicked a woman out of the store for not wearing a mask. Apparently Best Buy loves to discriminate against people who cannot wear a mask. I will never spend a dime in this store ever again.

Bought a Hover-1 350W electric scooter 🛴. The line was long outside the store, but it moved fast. Checkout was fast and they even disposed of the box in which the scooter was packed.

This store has reduced A LOT. Harder to find things ow than before. Large areas cordoned off for stock and things. Makes it look like store is closing or something. Have had to stand outside in lines because of Covid restrictions, which I feel are exagerared here. Help is poor. These salesmen seem to only care about High end A/V, Apple products, and cell phones

Staff was totally unhelpful! Spent $1,400 on a compter, monitor, printer & cables, but couldnt even get someone to show me where the backstock was so I could buy it. But they did a great job of pushing the extended warranty though! Really gone down hill.

I walked through the computer isles trying to get a computer. After 10 minutes of no available employees to open the computer case I decided to sit in a chair and wait for someone to come and help me. The funny part was that it wasnt a best buy employee it was a representative from another company. If I could give him 5 Stars I would but unfortunately this is a rating for the terrible customer service at best buy.
The level of ineptitude in this store is amazing. Lets wait 40 minutes just to buy a phone. Unless you are buying a name brand known product, its probably overpriced trash. Avoid this store like the plague.

Great place for any kind of electronic. Had a bit of an issue when I went. There was something on sale that was mislabeled with its pricing. At the register the real price was revealed and I backed out of the purchase. A managers however took notice and offered to price match the original sales price and I was able to make my purchase. Very good experience did not expect that good of service.

They sold me a $300 HDMI cable and told me I would need it with my new TV I purchased through them. The guys showed up to install the TV and took the cable and replaced it with a generic brand. I asked why and they said it doesn’t work and don’t you want to watch TV tonight. I agreed and unfortunately I never received a refund for the cable I paid for. It was my mistake for letting them take the cable but I assumed as mentioned they would credit my account. Never happened.
The store didnt have what the web site claimed to have. Stood in front of 2 different employees needing help for more than a few minutes watching them play on their phones while never acknowledging I was standing there. I was finally helped by a completely different employee who had been helping another customer. He was extremely helpful.
HORRIBLE STAFF. went to spend $2500 on a new drone and accessories and the employee CHRISTOPHER with dark hair was extremely rude and demeaning from the minute he encountered us. Was rude over half a dozen times and finally had enough at the checkout and walked out. The manager stood by him as we left and did nothing. CHRIS said well if you are nice to me Ill be nice to you. Drive the distance to coconut point and go to a Best Buy that is worth your time.

This Best Buys television area is the most disorganized and poorly maintained of any Best Buy I have ever seen. The TV wall displays were mostly unmarked, some aisles were stacked almost to the ceiling with boxes so that the mounted displays couldnt be seen at all and some displays did not even have Brand, model or price shown. It was impossible to see and compare the high end units I was interested in. Sad - needs new management who knows how to organize and market.
I went Sunday afternoon and was ask what I need help with? Car stereo! I was asked my name and told to wait at car audio. Remember I had a pocket full of cash! After 30 minutes done, gone. Monday same time 1:30 I returned. I was not questioned about my business and went to car audio. What a waist of time! Thank god for Amazon and U Tube. I bought everything from Amazon and U tube will teach me how to install everything. I tried to put money in to my town I really did. But that was the last time I ever enter that place! Bad customer service is the problem not the internet!
Not satisfied. Purchased a Sony TV. It went bad in less than 6 months. Tried calling store numerous times - no assistance. Wrote Best Buy, no answer. Tried contacting Sony. They promised a replacement - that is a check. It never came.

The worse geek squad i ever had to request for support. I could feel they didnt want to help. Since the beginning I ask for support they immediately say. But you have to wait for 1 hour if you want to be helped. I saw only 2 people waiting so I agreed to wait. And when they couldnt believe that I decided to stay, even without knowing what was my problem or if I have a warranty or how they call it a insurance (the one they make you pay extra when you buy something) in order to have access to the geek services the guy told me But it will cost you 40 dollars when I ask what his rush to charge me whitout no knowledge what was my problem. He say well, the service is not for free... wow. What a service. Do not complain when you finally lose your job because no one ask for your services
