They have good quality furniture and appliances. I only go there for any thing I need for furniture. Just alil frustrated that the down payment percentage went up..

When myself and my husband walked in the doors wearing our mask which was indicated on the door mandatory in Guilford County and not 1 employees was wearing their mask, I asked why they were not wearing theirs and she replied behind the counter they were not in front of guest. We then stated we were looking for a mattress and the manager pointed in the direction to where to go. Let me mention their were no other guests in the store. So with my husband being in a wheelchair and I disabled as well we had no clue about the different types of beds. Finally after 20 minutes the manager came back and asked if we needed any help. We decided on what mattress we wanted and headed back up front to go over prices. It was very difficult to any hear anything because of 5 or 6 of the staff were all sitting on the sofa and standing around right in front of us talking so loud. Not very professional as a business. We didnt even get a complete print out of what we were paying for and she was insist on adding some kind of insurance if we list our job. I felt that we were pushed Into things we didnt want and this is probably why we never got a complete list of what we were paying for. I feel their customer service is horrible and definitely could use some caring people.

I was able to walk around and take my time to choose the bedroom set and the chairs inside benches and nightstands my assistant was very helpful and discussing different things about my interest

Customer Service it was not helpful at all. Went to the store at 7:52. The lady got close to me to let me know that they close at 8 & it was 7:57. What it was 7:54. I’m looking for two bedroom set. I got close to her customer front desk to ask how long it take to get any bedroom set her response was everything is in back order, then I told her is that mean maybe 8 to 12 weeks?. Completely understand that it was time to close bc saw sign at the front door. Went to the store to look for furniture no to ask what time it was!!!

Prices are high and customers are not treated as priority. Trying to pickup items and having to wait 30 minutes while employees refuse to assist. Unacceptable customer service. Not recommend.

I have purchased furniture and electronics from Badcock since the early 2000s...all of which has been durable and elegant. I recommend purchases from Badcock because of the brands they sell.

I purchased a bedroom set and during the delivery my dresser was damaged and the mirror can not be put up because I have no hardware and the wrong part to hold mirror. Delivery guys said they left screws but they didn’t and now I have to find parts for my mirror myself.. this is what $2200 get you. Back in the day I never had any issues but something about this place now that makes me uneasy. Make sure you monitoring the delivery guys when they install merchandise!

I had a bad experience with a Sofa. I just bought couple of months ago. Sofa is not as cushy as the ones in the display. When I brought this up with customer service they were saying it is out return period, we cant do anything. Complete waste of purchasing warranty and expensive sofa from this place. Better to buy from a place with better customer service.

Jamal and Charlie did a great job assisting me find the best furniture. I took my time and came in few times before I made the decision. They also helped me make changes to the furniture before it was delivered. I spent over 5k for furniture and I thank Jamal and Charlie for making it happen. They are friendly and helpful! Will definitely return to make more purchases.

My daughter and myself both have accounts at the Charlotte, NC store, and were very happy . Because of OUR store, I recommended they go to Badcock in Greensboro. Unfortunately their experience at the Greensboro store really embarrassed me.Their account is under Angela Burns. There were mistakes made when the order was written up. Now NOTHING is being delivered tomorrow as promised to their new house. The furnitue they wanted is not here, and the wrong furniture isnt even ready for delivery. This store has let me down as recommending this store, IM NOT. The sofa and love seat ARE in the store on display, but now the store wants more money. If I could give them zero stars I would. Please do not go to badcock if you have a fraud alert on your account! They will not know how to handle it and then waste your time for a hour after giving them numerous IDs. Jamal and his manager are both clueless. I waited for a hour just for him to say he needed more forms of ID!! This is ridiculous!! If you work in the financing business you should know all about fraud alerts and how to handle them. All the while the other representatives just stare at you like youre going to steal something!! Its a furniture store, do you think im going to put the sectional in my purse?! Please dont waste your time, this group of professionals dont have a clue.

I purchased 3,000.00 worth of furniture 2 years ago, and the sofa and recliner have tore up already. the recliner tore up with a few months, and they replaced it, and less than a year I did the same thing, obviously it was a defect, but i called left several messages for the manager, but never received a call, when I did finally get one, it was not the same manager that helped me when his employee was there when I picked out my furniture, my warranty was up, I had dates and times that i called but it didnt matter, I asked for the home office nad I was told that they could not give out that information, but they would have someone to call but never did. The qaulity is hoffible, the customer service is bad, and the employess dont know anything about the furniture, as to what comes in the set, bad attitudes, including the floor manager i spoke with. my sofa is sunk in, when uou sit down, you can fill the springs, and the arm broke on the recliner. I suggest you buy your furniture someone else

My house burnt down in 2014, and i ordered furniture from babcock. I told them on many occasions deliver the furniture wrapped to a specific storage unit. Gave the manager the address and 2 other workers just to make sure they do not bring it to my new house that was not even half way done being built. Was supposed to get a call at 8am and 30 mins before they were to deliver the furniture. Never recieved a call and a truck shows up in my driveway with everything prepped to be put in a HOUSE, my 1200 dollar couch was missing pieces and torn, my coffee table fell apart when the DELIVERY MAN ran into it. The plaque on the chairs were chipping and they told us there was nothing they can do. Worst experience ever. Spoke to the district manager as well, no one knows what they are doing at any babcock location.
