I recently purchased all my tile here, for two bathrooms and kitchen. Shelly Smith, Office Manager, was fantastic. We recently moved back to PA and walked in the showroom just to browse today. Shelly spent at least one hour showing us new products and design trends. She knew we were not buying and she even found us a local dealer where we are from. We lack beautiful design centers such as these in PA. Shelly was awesome! Had Naples kitchen and bath do our master, laundry room and kitchen - did a fabulous job - loved working with their employees - however when I called back to ask for assistance with a small powder room they decided to “pass” on the small job - I guess unless you want to spend 200,000 plus you need to go elsewhere 😔

We hired Naples Kitchen and Bath to redo our kitchen island and replace the granite in our kitchen. The people who did the work were professional and took extra steps to ensure quality.However the bad news is that we were surprised with additional charges which were NOT in the original estimate. When we hired them the sales person told us they usually don’t do any work below $50,000. It took almost 6 months to get the work scheduled and over 4 weeks to get it completed. It’s obvious that our job was a small one for them compared to bigger jobs they usually do.So the good is great work, the bad is very expensive.

Not responsive at all, whats their attitude? We went for a major bathroom remodel to their showroom, met with Brian, the President. He was busy. We left all our information with them and Brian promised to get back to us next week. He never did. Sorry, not acceptable.

I have been so impressed with Naples Kitchen and Bath from the beginning to end of my master bathroom renovation. I am so in love with my new bathroom, they did a beautiful job!

Walked in today 12/28/17 to speak to someone about hiring for complete kitchen and master bath cabinet remodel due to damage from Hurricane Irma. The girl behind the front counter immediately started talking me out of doing business with them instead of encouraging me to keep my business. Maybe I wasnt dressed right, wasnt wearing my diamonds, didnt drive up in a $150k car ONLY a $60k SUV instead. Im so sick and tired of this city and people being judgemental its crazy. She 1st said they are backed up 8-10 weeks of course EVERYONE is you dont think I know this ?? I didnt say anything tho, she proceeded to say I should go elsewhere to get an estimate for the insurance because everything they do is custom and they charge for their very detailed estimate. Everything she said sounded more and more like she was Talking me out of doing business with them not retain it. No problem ill find someone who WILL take my money. I find it sad really that contractors in Naples cant manage to work with EVERYONE !!
