Needed to buy a new refrigerator quickly one month ago (mid June). Shopped around Naples and settled in with Robert Ross at Bill Smith. Subsequently bought an LG 4 unit package of appliances which were delivered within one weeks time. Home Depot had a similar package that was over $1000 more totally and could not be delivered for over one month. The Range was dented when delivered. We refused it and Robert replaced it and delivered a new Range the next day. Great service with no pressure. Higly recommend Bill Smith and Robert Ross.

We were greeted warmly when we walked in the door and told that someone would help us momentarily. After about 5 minutes a gentleman approached us and asked if he could help us. We were looking for a replacement clothes dryer and he was very nice in letting us just look at what dryers they had on the floor. He maintained his social distance and had a mask on. He answered all my questions and concerns and was not pushy but helpful. We finally reached a decision on the dryer we were comfortable with and arranged for payment and delivery. The entire process was very comforting and we were glad to have had such a great experience! Thank you for great service!

Had to change my 5 star review to a 2 star.helpful AND accommodating. We had a price point we didn’t want to exceed and a delivery date to meet. Our sales rep Lawrence aided by a very helpful store manager (sorry I didn’t get her name) set us up with name brand Refrigerator, slide in range and dishwasher and made it all happen quickly. Thank you and highly recommend you.Update: we received a call on the day of delivery letting us know our refrigerator is damaged. A replacement was found but won’t be delivered until the following Tuesday. Over a week later. When the delivery team arrived. Our Dishwasher had an obvious dent in the door that we can only assume had been there for awhile since it also had rust. Still no word on a replacement.On a positive note. The slide in range was fine.

Last week I gave a not so favorable review regarding Bill Smith, I would like to change that review. I did have many problems with a range I purchased from Bill Smith and I understand they only sell and are not the manufacturer but I needed help from someone, this range was really a lemon. After posting all the repairs the manufacturer was doing with no success I received a call from someone, within the Bill Smith Company and he told me Bill Smith will stand behind what they sell and will replace my range. It was arranged to have a new range installed within 4 days and I am happy to say it is working perfectly. They really are true to customer care, which is a rarity today. I most certainly will be shopping there again. Thank you Bill Smith

Waited four months for a stove. They kept pushing back the date. I understand there is a pandemic. Followed up multiple times, they kept telling me I was first in line and the date got pushed back further and further. When I decided to cancel the order miraculously the stove was available that same week. Attempted to deliver, but delivery people could not remove or install a gas line. These people are rude and morons to boot. Not a good combination.

I purchased a kitchen suite of GE appliances from Bill Smith several years ago. All was well until I discovered that the dishwasher neither cleaned or dried dishes. I called right away thinking that it was under warranty, but only got a runaround until I insisted that someone come out to look at it. The serviceman agreed that it wasnt functioning properly, but couldnt find anything to fix on it. Therefore, it is mine for keeps. So I have learned how to deal with it. Separate items that arent clean and hand wash; dry EVERYTHING; never put knives in because they rust when sitting wet. Youre welcome for those tips.

While Alex & Bill Smith( Naples FL ) was a fine sales help the orders were complicated by very long delays ( partly due to COVID ) and delivery on two occasions was most awful. Both times we received damaged doors on appliances - then we are sent through hoops to get service and expect more delays and inconvenience on the matter since we live out of state. It took many months for the orders to come in and many weeks for one of the service issues to be addressed and the delivery man smashed into the door and broke a key off in our dead bolt so that is now another matter we have to deal with . I never had any issues with Good Deals or Home Depot, Lows, but thought we give Bill Smith a try and receive access to better products ( which may be the case ) and service ( which so far has been disappointing at best ) with Bill Smith -

We bought new kitchen appliances a little over a year ago from Bill Smith. We have a great history with them both price and service. On recent Saturday of holiday weekend our refrigerator quit cooling. So coolers and ice until Tuesday am. Called Bill Smith..they sent out technician early Wednesday. Compressor had failed. Since an LG and LG had to repair...Bill Smith bought us a loaner. What a blessing. LG texted us and assigned a LG authorized repair shop . I sent photo of fridge model. Part had to be ordered. Part came in and fridge repaired following Friday . Thanks to Bill Smith, we survived comfortably.Thanks to Michelle and Paula and to technician Anthony for their caring attitudes. Thanks also to Diamond Appliance Repair...friendly and efficient...Brad, Jason, Jackie and KathyI would, without hesitation reccomend Bill Smith.

We purchased a GE Profile refrigerator, stove and microwave after our refrigerator died on Sat. By Tues. afternoon we were sitting pretty with our new applicances. BILL SMITH gets an A++ from our sales consultant, Bruce Cohen, to the installers. Bruce was diligent in getting us the very best price. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We were informed every step of the way. Since this was during the Covid crisis we appreciated the fact that everyone wore masks. Bill Smith is always the appliance center I recommend. They are pretty friendly and attentive. I recently purchased a Bosch Dishwasher and I love it. When clients purchase an entire condo appliance package, they are one of the few that WILL install the anti-tipping device on a Range without being asked. A common inspection item is this safety feature NOT being installed. Home Depot/Lowes and discount appliance centers rarely install it. They are local to SWFLA and I highly recommend their appliance products and installation service affliates. Someday I hope to purchase the LG Double Oven with the cobalt blue interior from the Smith family.

My experience has been less than desirable, especially related to the service end of the business. I always feel that you can tell a good company when you are experiencing a problem with your purchase, do they support it and make it right, my experience with Bill Smith so far is no. $9000 for a refrigerator seems to be a rather costly product, so I guess Im assuming that it would be backed up with equally good service after the purchase, not so. I was repeatedly asked to take a video of my refrigerator not working, so that Bill Smith can send it to the manufacturer to prove its not working! Yes, I asked this many times, simply because I couldnt believe what they wanted. I thought that by simply telling them its not working, that would be good enough, otherwise why go through all this hassle? Hopefully Ill finish this issue with them, but going forward, they are off my radar for purchasing anything.

The delivery went ok with two exceptions. The installers had a problem installing the new water hose due to the tight slot in the kitchen for the refrigerator. So they installed the ten year old water hose from the old refrigerator. I’d like to see if we can get a new hose for the new refrigerator. Also, the refrigerator looks a bit off kilter. The installer tried to level it but to no avail. I’d like to thank Bobby for getting the delivery on Saturday. Any help with the two issues above would be appreciated. ThanksJohn Biggs

Michelle Hitt, my salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable about cooktops (and probably other major appliances - she also helped with suggestions on an upcoming stove hood purchase). I had a terrible experience at Lowe’s and was so glad I went to Bill Smith instead. Like night and day. The staff knows what they are selling and are courteous and professional. Bill Smith Electronic and Appliance is horrible to deal with! Bought a new LG refrigerator and within less than six months the automatic ice maker stop working. Bill Smith does not stock parts, so I will have to wait over two months to get a replacement for this defective ice maker!!!!! I will also never buy another LG product. The service department at Bill Smith is also totally clueless!

As new property owner in Naples, we visited the Bill Smith store on 41 off Seagate Rd. We were fortunate to have Mike Vinci as our sales agent. Mike was highly knowledgeable and walked us through the options for all new kitchen appliances. His customer service was outstanding. When we had a problem with a manufacturer rebate program, Mike was personally responsive, returning calls promptly, and emailing so I knew where things stood. Delivery went smoothly and the products are great. Later, when the rebate never arrived, Mike again took personal responsibility and called the manufacturer and rebate company and got it taken care of in one day! I would highly recommend Mike for any purchase you may need. He didnt try and up-sell us and was genuinely interested in meeting our needs. Great job Mike. Thanks so much!!!

Very disappointed in service. We bought a complete LG kitchen and after 90 days needed a service person for discoloration on stovetop. Manager asked secretary for pictures and twice refused to have anyone come out without ever getting on the telephone. We called LG and they are sending service person. The reason we chose Bill Smith was we thought they would treat customers respectfully before and after the sale. We were most disappointed.
