Thieves. We changed to t-mobile in Jan 21. Finally had to use the bank to stop auto payments. Verizon wont talk to us at all.

Got some really bad advice from them. They only have stores in Arkansas. So if you move to another state you are out of luck with their warranty. This is Verizon mobilized NOT Verizon. Buyer beware.

The people there are super friendly. The info regarding my insurance on my phone lines was incorrect. I eventually got it straightened out with the phone number they gave me but it seemed like a long arduous process. I cant wait until the Verizon store in Harrison reopens!

The diagnostic service was fast and efficient. The courteous staff contacted me promptly. Unfortunately my device could not be repaired. There was no charge. I was delightfully surprised and will try them again

Worst service ever! Was told to go to Walmart because they didnt want to get held late .... 1hr before they even closed. Very dissatisfied

I am almost 70 years old and I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life. I went in there to purchase a new phone and neither the man or the woman would help me pick out a phone. The rudeness and disrespect caused me to walk out that door and go and buy a phone elsewhere, I will never be back

Dont bother buying here!!! Unless you are the only authorized user. $610 phone no internet. 6 times Refuse to fix because my wife is the only authorized user.

All I can say is WOW. I have never been treated so poorly and so unprofessional. I understand that Jessie is the manager, I am appalled that a business owner would allow an employee to treat someone in this manner . We were told that they only help customers that buy their products in store, because my phone was purchased on the internet instead of Verizon (paying customer here) he could not get up off of his unbelievably rude, unprofessional, lazy rear end to even attempt to help me get an Apple ID sat up. On a positive note, Blake (Robert), at the other Verizon store by yoshis immediately greeted us, and I had my Apple ID sat up within 6-7 minutes . I will see to it that the owner receives an email about Jessie and the female coworker that was with him that was incredibly lazy and rude as well, again still in shock

This is not your typical cell phone store.They dont sell phones, take payments, or upgrade you to a new phone. They fix cell phone. I was in there to have a new plastic face plate installed. They did a great job and the prices are reasonable.

Avoid this store at all cost!!! Ashley is beyond rude and the store owner April Sellers has horrible business practices. I hope after I am done speaking with Verizon Corporate this creates one more headache April doesnt want to deal with.Thank you Anna from Corporate helping my Father set up his new phone.My Father had to spend 1.5 hours of his day wasting his time driving to this business to set up a brand new Verizon phone I sent him.

Horrible place. We asked for a price for 2 new phones and a plan giving us at least 50 GB of data for internet use. The quote was $380 a month. Got the same thing from AT&T for $180 a month.

Horrible, useless customer service. Just call corporate Verizon for help and buy your phone somewhere else. The local stores can never find any problem but when I call corporate, they fix things. Do not use Mobilized!

I stopped in to have my phone repaired waited 10 minutes for someone to help me.there were two employees,dont know what they were doing but obviously they were too busy to help me.i left and took my business elsewhere?lousy service unsatisfied customer.

I got my phone screen repaired there they went through two screen an provided me with a non working one. Total rip off.

The main guy was rude. I will not go into their store again. I think he must have been trained at T-MOBILE.
