I am a senior citizen with basically zero knowledge about technology. I am not a GoWireless customer but I went to this store in hope to get help transferring items from my old cell phone to the new one. Anna the rep who helped me transfered the information from my old phone to my new and even connected it to my car, all the while doing it with a smile and a very happy to help you attitude. Annas customer service skills are A++!! I was impressed with how calmly and efficiently she juggled the complex needs of each customer in the store ALL BY HERSELF. It required patience on the part of customers, but it was well worth the wait. I appreciated Annas honesty with her recommendations for my situation. She explained complicated things thoroughly and happily answered all of my silly questions. My problems were solved when I left the store so this will be my first stop the next time I have any phone issue.

I have been working for awhile to get my text messages printed. I have even talked to customer service. Nobody could help me. I went in today and Anna was able to help. It took quite awhile but she was extremely helpful and very patient. She also wrote everything down so I could have it to take with me. Anna really knows what customer service is all about. She is an employee any company would be lucky to have. Hopefully they appreciate her.

Dont trust Jennifer. She upsells you on the stuff you dont actually want. I asked for a screen protector, she sold me some wipes that claim to protect my phone, instead of an actual screen protector. Like a piece of glass or plastic that goes over your screen. I went in looking for a particular phone and she kept trying to upsell me on a phone that cost twice as much. I wound up setting for a phone that cost $300 more than the one I originally wanted because she claimed it would be cheaper with discounts and trading in my old phone.Shell lie to you about discounts and trade in values. She claimed to be giving me a discount towards my new phone for upgrading, but it was only a credit towards the bill. She claimed that I would get a certain amount of money for trading in my old phone, but it voided the discount that I thought I was getting and I got less than 1/4 of what she claimed I was getting for my old phone.Order online or go to one of the stores in Boise if you have to go to a store. If you have to go into this particular store, ask for anyone other than Jessica. If Jessica is the only person there, come back when someone else is there. I dont trust her.

Demichael provided the best customer service I have had in recent memory. Attention to detail and the overall experience was such a pleasure. I look forward to a business relationship for a very long time.

Today I was struggling with my phone because I cracked the front of my screen. I went into Verizon to receive help. Mi helped me with the process of setting up a claim and she was AMAZING! she was working with another costumer and went out of her way to get me the help I needed. After I got home and waited the three hours I didn’t receive a confirmation and freaked out, good thing my favorite Verizon guy DeMichael was there for the rescue and helped me even though he wasn’t on shift anymore. Now I am stress free and good to go! I 10 out of 10 recommend asking for Mi or DeMichael!!Thank you guys!

Amazing staff and products

Demichael was the epitome of competent and professional. HIs knowledge of features and pricing across all iPhone versions was incredible. He recommended a new iPhone 11 instead of replacement X. He knew the value of what I was looking for and did not just sell me the latest and greatest. They did not have the color I wanted in stock, so he ordered it with no requirement to purchase if I decided I wanted something else. It came in a few days later, data transfer and setup went smoothly. He got me a great deal on device protection accessories.

Demichael was very helpful in upgrading my s10 to s21, and even assisted with doing a transfer of all my phone information. Also provided extra information on how I can save money through my plan by different promotion I qualify for. He was very helpful!

I was helped my Mikaela (spelling might be off cause I suck). She was absolutely wonderful. We were there for a little while but honestly everyone was so great it wasnt a big deal. Mikaela was so concerned for the happiness of her customers and it really showed, there were technical difficulties in and out on the computers, but she was persistent and kept us in the loop as well as offered to let us fill our time in more productive ways while she worked on the computer . She was focused, accommodating, patient, friendly, and professional. I honestly cant give enough praise.

One of THE BEST customer service experiences I have ever had.

Absolutely the worst business to deal with. Purchased a phone a couple years ago along with a lifetime screen protector. It needed replaced, took it in to the store and the salesman said yes they were advertising them as lifetime but are only 24 months warrantied. He would do nothing. I would recommend never purchasing from this store, can not trust what they say about warrantying their product.

I went in their before leaving back to North Dakota for work and Mikaela made my experience awesome. Extremely unhelpful staff. Ive gone in three times now and been told Drive out to Boise and talk to corporate.Each time, Ive gone home and called customer support. They say Oh, its an easy fix. Just go in and tell them this.I go in, and again, they rudely usher me out the door with an address for the corporate location. I even had someone from corporate put in a work order telling them exactly what they need to do to fix my service. They didnt even look up the work order, just told me to drive to Boise.

Mikaela was very helpful and knowledgeable! Went in because my Samsung wasn’t working right and she was able to assist us in upgrading to a new phone. Very funny, relaxed, professional, relatable and customer service was on point! 10/10 would recommend.

Came into the store with about 2 hours to close with a bricked phone. Austin and Anna kicked some serious tail and got me hooked up with a new iPhone, a new line for my partner on my account, and kept our bill reasonable. They were very patient and knowledgeable and I very much appreciate the service. We will be coming back next week for my partners new phone and some accessories.

I finally had to go in and get a new phone after my screen crashed. I went in around 5:40 PM. There were a few people in there and only one person working... Jedediah... Aka Jedi.. and he was a Jedi Master! Literally helping all customers as quickly and nicely as possible. He deserves a huge amount of recognition for going the extra mile. I was switching to a relatives account and getting a new phone and it was proving quite the challenge. The store closes at 8PM and Jedi stayed late and helped me leave with a phone that night. He just went above and beyond the call of duty to help a customer. He answered all my questions and listened to what I wanted. I definitely recommend going there and ask for Jedi!

Well where do we start. So Mikayla and Anna went to great lengths helping is with the good old verizon fraud department. There was no fraud but they were still harassing us for a week and half for every document in the book. They stayed after hours. They spent hours on the phone with us and they conquered. We would have left Verizon if it wasnt for these to ladies doing all they did for us. We look forward to working with this store again. You girls rock like sidewalk chalk. Hahaha lol. Amazing service, friendly and helpful! They know what they are talking about and take their time to help you! If they dont have what you need they try as best as they can to help you find it. I have never had a bad experience there. When my husband and I went to get new phones the manager helped us out so much and did what ever she could to save us money and get us into the phones that we wanted. She knew what she was talking about and we left satisfied! The customer service is amazing!

Dmicheal, was the person who helped us so much. We were having a hard time with our phones. Last week mine went to factory reset, but only on somethings. He told me my phone had been hacked. Great place! Getting a new phone or plan is never extremely fun but this wasn’t bad! Damichael/duhmichael/demichael? Not sure how you spell his name.... was really great. Down to earth and easy to communicate with. Set us up and I didn’t feel like the used car salesman was trying to get max money from us. Overall awesome phone store in mountain home and I would 10/10 recommend.

Signed up for the liquid glass loyalty program when I bought my phone here many months back. Went in to have it reapplied. Youd think itd be on my account and you could pull it up on computer.. nope. Had to download an app, login- which took forever then have it done. Kinda a pain but whatever.

After going into Verizon in Boise Idaho I realize that was a mistake. I had a broken android and took it in and decided to get an iPhone. I was told sorry I can’t help you bring your pictures over. We stopped helping people set up their phones two weeks ago. We all know how important pictures are!!! He gave me instructions how to get my pictures back that Where completely incorrect. All he said he could do was put on the glass cover. I went into the Verizon store in Mountain home Idaho where Mikaela and Matt were able to retrieve my pictures that I thought I lost forever from the old cracked up broken phone that didn’t have power and graciously spent the time to help me get my phone and pictures onto my iphone. The story that bigger is better is not true in this case. I would suggest to anyone to go to the Verizon store in Mountain home where you can get real service and not feel like you are putting them out. It’s sad that Verizon in Boise will not help you. I recommend everyone to go into the Mountain home Verizon store before you go to Boise. Awesome service!!

Jackie Mendoza-Ollar is the superb Manager there. Real Mills worked with me directly. Both ladies are extremely knowledgeable and very personable. They put my wife and I completely at ease and answered every question with ease. Matt has been a great help for my husband, Earl, & I on two occasions. We ordered new cell phones on our first trip & purchased a tablet for Earl on the second trip. Also, a minor adjustment was required on one of our cell phones & he cleared it up quickly. The tablet is new to us but Matt clearly explained details & suggested that we return if we have more questions.
