The GameStop in Mountain Home Arkansas is completely Unprofessional and unorganized.I purchased two PS4 games to travel 45 minutes back home to find there wasnt ANY game in either case. Of course by the time I realized it was closed. So I AM having to spend almost 120 in gas for there mistake.They where all chit chatting obviously not paying attention, so now I must pay for it.This is also NOT my first time having a issue. The second time they gave me the wrong game. Or course I will not be compensated for my gas money or Time.Also the manager was there the whole time on both occasions.

All the Employees are very knowledgeable on gaming but My favorite is Jamie. My son & I have been going there since this chain located here. I have been to other Gamestops but Mountain Home is the one I like best. I renew my membership which is a great bargain every year.

I been in GameStop since 2011. And its been 8 Years since i came buy to GameStop for Buying Video Games and Pop Vinyls after i returned in 2015. I like GameStop a lot. But i have not been there for a while. I love to come buy again. But before i moved away to apartment. I may look at both Pop Vinyls and PlayStation 4 Games just in case i could save it for Christmas. I give it 5 Stars for GameStop. And i give it 5 Thumbs up for GameStop as well. 👍👍👍👍👍

Everything I have looked for i have found here, as a gamer my needs and wants are high and GameStop seems to deliver everything I need. I enjoy the customer service and I have a membership which has very good rewards and benefits.

Must say Im almost always pleased with my visits here. I tend to walk out with what I intended to get and more due to the variety of collectables and games they get in.The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, so if you have a question they are on top of it to give an answer.

Absolutely 100,000% better than the Batesville store. If you live somewhere between Batesville and Mountain Home like me, take my word for it. Do not go to Batesville. This store is run way better, has a better kept inventory, and has an exponentially more helpful staff.

The employee that helped us was nice and easy to talk to and very helpful. The atmosphere of the store had my husband and I geeking out the whole time. (Hes Atari gen and Im Super Nintendo) We bought our son his first game console (a Nintendo Switch) with a Super Mario Odesey game for him and a Zelda BOTW game for me. ;-) We love the games! And GameStop guarantees their games at no additional cost.

They sell opened games as new. Theres no way to know if they are used copies that were buffed to look new or not. The claim they open 1 copy of a new game to use the csse as a display unit. They need to hurry and go out of business.
