I came into Mountain Home store and asked an employee for help because I accidentally ported the wrong phone number over on the website. The employee seemed like he didnt want to help me at all, he basically refused to help me and kept telling me to call 611, but I had already called them and they sent me to the store. I asked for the gentlemans name,, he said Jake. Luckily another employee was there, her name is Jamie. She was very helpful and offered to help me right away. She fixed my port and helped me upgrade another line. I would have given a 5 star review to her, but Jake is a face of Cricket,. Thankfully someone was there that made what could have been a horrible experience, end with a very pleasant one.. But should not be an employee there in my opinion. He is not a good employee and should be willing to help any customer that comes in or at least try. Thank you Jamie for your help and you deserve a 5 star review!

To be honest, I am very upset. I went and upgraded my phone yesterday, paid for a case and upper my GB plan. I was nice, patient, did not ask for anything to be transfered for me. Made it super easy on her. Then 2 hour later I hear from a friend that when I left the Cricket store the employees proceeded to gossip and slander me and things they knew of my personal life (small town life). Its unprofessional. Its rude. And after I had gone in and dropped $300 and literally was as nice as can be. To know when i walk out the door a group of employees is going to gather and gossip, so much that i hear it from a friend within hours. I wont ever go back there.

The man who was helping us was very pushy. He couldnt get our phones set for the price he said he could. We were standing there for 2 hours waiting for him to get it right while passing our 1 year old back and fourth... He lied to us saying that if you applied for the pay out on the phones it didnt go against your credit score and he was as high on meth as he could be. We just wanted to walkout but I didnt know if he had shut the service off to transfer on my new cricket phone which btw after all this plus other things I dont even want to type I still after all that time did not get my phone and was told it was an online promotion anyway. Cricket needs to upgrade their employees....

They know that there are multiple news stories saying LG will no longer be supporting theyre phones. Along with the company saying they will no longer manufacture any cellphones. So why continue to offer or sell any LG phone

I dont use them personally, so Im not the best one to advise.... my Client said they were rude, unhelpful and the store is too small and too crowded. I think perhaps one should give them a chance to be better in the future. Everyone has bad days eventually.

Called 5/3/2020 to inquire about a new phone to replace my present phone. .I have cricket service. I asked about a fee of 25.00 that would be added for the new phone purchase. The man had no idea what the fee was for and when I asked his response was to hang up. An offer to investigate my question and respond would have been the proper response. Im changing my service provider Monday. Ill get a free phone and my bill will be the same. Seems cricket has too many customers and doesnt care if they lose my monthly paymenti

5 Stars to one specific worker at this Mountain Home location. ‘Leon’ has helped me answer so many questions regarding phone upgrades and hotspot compatible devices and plans. His service has exceeded my expectations time and time again. Very knowledgeable gentleman and even if he is in doubt he finds out the answers to everything I need to know!

1 star now.. If the store manager Dana was still there then it would be a no questions 5 star. The new manager Jackie was rude hateful and the service was horrible. Ill switch to buying online instead of in that store again. And I would rather call customer service just to be on hold for hours by someone I cant even understand than go back in that store.. Ive been with cricket going on 4 years now and Dana definitely was the main asset of that store til recent. Wont be back.

Very pleasant help, but no help with my phone problem. Offered to sell me a new phone and charge a $20 upgrade fee. Or I could go to an electronic store and see if they could figure out the problem. I believe one of the other companies is offering a free phone to switch service that may be a better option

I was in the mountain home store yesterday for a new phone. Leon helped me he is very accommodating and knowledgeable about so much lol he actually made quite the sales pitch. I hope you keep this young man! Good job Leon! Im still thinking about that speaker!

I would NOT recommend cricket to anyone for any reason what so ever. They are not honest all they want is the money.They told me they have service in my areaLIE! LIE! LIE!HAD IT FOR 3 MONTHS LIKE THEY TOLD ME NOW IT HAS TO BE ACTIVE 6 MONTHS.NOW I AM STICK WITH A 300. PHONE THAT CAN NOT BE USED!CRICKET SUCKS!!!!!!!IF I COULD USE IT I WOULDNT BE HERE TODAY! My niece went in to switch her service from straight talk to cricket. The manager was very hateful to her and refused her service. Told her she didn’t need her business. The manager also gave her a fake number for corporate.Updated 7/6/2019After reading other reviews, it seems this is not the first experience within the past year where a patron has indicated the managers attitude was unprofessional. Although the owners reply is professional, Im not convinced they understand the impact a poor attitude has on their stores sales. My niece, her brother and a friend who was with her all stated Tabatha(?) was the star in that store and tried to make this experience better. Id suggest the owner sit down and have a heart to heart discussion with this employee and hear her perspective of what happened on 7/5 and take whatever action is needed to prevent future recurrences. None of us will patron this store again.

The phones, its all about the phones. First one had no wifi calling, then come to find out my Verizon phone could have worked so I didnt need to buy that phone and of course the case. Second phone was supposed to be an upgrade but was the same thing performance wise. Third phone a few weeks later finally is decent.I get the feeling its more about making sakes on phones and cases than it was about taking care of a customers needs. But I like the coverage and the price so Ill stay for now.

So happy to have a local brick and mortar Cricket store. Staff is very knowledgeable, with good suggestions about phones and plans. Ive had cricket wireless service for 3+ years, very satisfied with it. If I need a new phone, I will definitely purchase at this store.

Lady there named Dana was rude to all customers that came in the door, she got annoyed at an elderly woman who wanted to learn about how to use apps and Dana was short mannered and didn’t give her the time of day, Dana then was rude to two more customers who had questions but she made time to help another customer pay there bill quickly so they could leave, she is always outside the front door smoking by the entrance and hateful to customers who are not buying something, horrible experience and will not ever return. I mystery shop that store at a 2 rating out of 10 / 17% out of 100%

I have no issue with Cricket Wireless Service itself; the problem is with this store in particular. The management is disrespectful and appallingly rude. Also, the clientele they have on a daily basis just linger and promote this type of behavior. I frequent a business next to them, so I see this often. Hopefully Cricket Wireless will investigate management to remove this blight.
