Note that repairing your own stuff is always more economical but its not recommended for the inexperienced...So, when you find yourself needing help or are short on time, this is where a store like this really can really come in handy.They have a very competitive turn around for things like battery or screen repair, offer support for a multitude of devices and never once have made me feel like they doubted my own knowledge or experience (Ive repaired plenty of electronics for work but a lot of professionals spend more time learning how to be condescending than actually learning thier own craft)Ive got nothing but nice things to say about them. ✌️TLDR/ completive prices, wide range of services and friendly staff

Took the phone in for screen replacement. The lady that works the front counter is great! Kind, polite, attentive, and listens. Within hours of getting the phone back, myriad of seemingly random issues appeared. Took it back in. Talked with a young man, stated why I was back. Was told politely that a second replacement was the limit with this business. Without inspection or diagnostics, I was told if there were still problems it was hardware and Apple had to fix it. A few hours after I had the phone home, single problem--the phone randomly stops responding to touch. Shutting off the screen and reentering passcode corrects issue for a few hours to a few minutes. Despite the positive experience with the lady, the fact that this business does not stand behind its services and I am left with a problematic phone . . . I will NOT return to this outfit for any reason.Follow up:During the original transaction I was offered the choice, an Apple screen or third party. I choose the Apple screen. . . . Took the phone to the Apple store in Little Rock on 5/18/2021 for diagnostics. Tech there identified 4 things that indicated it was NOT an Apple screen. Replaced the screen. It is 5/25/2021, phone works perfectly since.

I just purchases a new camera lense and lense protector from this location along with a screen protector for the front of the phone and the lady told be at drop off that is would be $30 Total for the camera lense and camera lense protector and $39 for the screen protector. I went to pick up the phone and the lady had just walked out for lunch as I went to pay for the products and the Sales Manager rang me up telling me it was going to be $96 and said that his employee was wrong in telling me the 30 dollar amount and he refused to honor the agreed upon amount. Then told me if I dont pay the amount that he would take the products off and I can get out while cursing me in a rude manner the entire time! Also the camera itself is damaged and didnt realize it at pick up but there is a little black blur on the front facing camera at the bottom right corner. Enlarge the pic I attached to see the blur. I Highly recommend you do NOT go to this location for your future anything as the sales manager ropes you into paying more than what is agreed upon. As for the two women that work there...they are absolutely amazing!!! The Sales Manager is the one who is going to screw you over!!! The SALES Manager wrote in an additional amount on the paper I signed in their back room. I have read in the reviews below that I am not the only one this has happened to!!!
Went in to replace my cracked screen and they messed up pretty bad on it, it had ghost touch and my screen didn’t work half the time. Went in to tell them and get it fixed and it wasn’t acting up in the time frame I took it in so the lady basically told me there was nothing she could do even after I was explaining the problem. I came back a THIRD time to finally get it fixed and someone different was there so they took it back and put a different screen on it but they didn’t put it together that great either cause I still had ghost touch on it from time to time. After getting another screen replacement several months later(at a different phone repair), my phone works better than before Mobilized ever touched it. They don’t know what they are doing lol

Came in for headphone jack intermittently not working and the female mngr fixed it at no charge while sitting at her desk...just needed cleaning. I then decided to replace the gorilla glass protector since i was there and it had a minor crack. Had screen protective glass replaced and male tech who did the work tried to give it back to me with an obvious streaking/blemish underneath and stated it should go away on its own (Pretty sure he knew it wouldnt) I understand he had a tuff time removing old gorilla glass but should have made sure the remainder of the job was done correctly...but when I went outside into the sunlight I couldnt even see the screen because of streaking behind glass...so I brought right back in and the sales girl who originally helped me took back the phone and had a different tech redo and finished the correct way. Stellar job!! Everyone for the most part were professional. Im satisfied with the outcome...thank you for the good recovery on Customer service.

This place is a joke. Unprofessional as you can get. You walk in the door to wait in a line with no one asking if they can help or saying they will be with you shortly. Brought my phone to get a new battery for 100 dollars. Show up hour and half later to be told they broke my screen and could not get my phone to work. Was forced to by a used phone thats battery is no better then my last for 200 dollars. The people working on the phones hide in the back and let the girl up front (who has NO knowledge of phones) try to tell you what wrong or what happened to your phone. Would never recommend anybody to go here. Most unprofessional business there is. If you want to get screwed over, this is the place to be!
I went there thinking I had battery issues with my iPhone along with a worn out charge port. Jessica immediately found that the battery was running at 87% efficiency and the port was packed with lint as I keep phone in my pocket of my jeans. She cleaned port and I’ve been running with no problems since. They could have easily taken $150 off me for repairs, but no, they do the honest thing there. I’ll recommend them to all!! I am surprised about the negatives as I have had such great experiences with this store - they transferred data from a blackberry to my first iPhone and recently did water removal on a different iPhone that my husband unfortunately dropped in 35 feet of water - it was down there with a life proof case for almost 24 hours - they put on a new screen and we were up and running - ended up having to replace the SIM card a couple days later and they also took care of that with great customer service - sorry for those who had trouble - but my experiences have all been very positive and I am headed there again today with a grandchilds phone

They told me an my husband that we had a unlimited time warranty on our screen and screen protector well my husband shattered his screen by accident an the screen protector well I called to see about the warranty an now since the lady who sold us the phone no longer works there they cannot keep there word on our warranty witch is bs so we will no longer be using them

Some places just cant be fixed. This business in how they treat others, is one of them. Worst place in town. Funny, how the owner in the followup remarks assumes I am not a customer. Do they really think they know every customer by name. even the cash customer? I bought a phone case, paid cash, should have went elsewhere. No name was needed for the transaction. They clearly LIE to try and cover for their bad behavior. Arrogant and rude, what a duo. They clearly only care about negative remarks, since those are the ones they reply to. Laughable. Go ahead and blow off my remarks as fake, its OK if you refuse to accept deserved criticism. Do better and you wont have customers who wish to tell the world about how bad you are, thats some free advice for you. no charge.

Very terrible customer service, staff likes to be vague and argumentative. If I could give negative stars, I would. Months ago I had my iPad screen replaced. They didnt seal properly and I had to return to show them it was loose on one side. They took and sealed again. Upon pickup I pushed on side that was loose to ensure it was secure and it was. Got home to discover two other sides were then loose. Not sure if they are capable of inspecting their work to ensure workmanship, but they failed that time. Yesterday I found myself in need to have the Home button replaced. I called to make sure they could do it to avoid an unnecessary trip. They quoted $75+tax. Willing to pay the exuberant price I inquired if it could be repaired while I wait, again hoping to avoid multiple trips. I was told they do repairs first come, first serve. I pressed further, asking if I was there right that moment would I be first in line and were they busy with other repairs right then. I was again told, first come, first serve. I laughed at the ridiculousness of the response and pressed again asking if he could check. I was again told, they do everything first come, first serve. Yep, I heard that the first and second time I was given that info, but I wanted greater detail and couldnt get it. Frustrated, I hung up and drove to their location. I guess I shouldnt have. Upon arrival a young girl asked how she could help. I immediately reported my poor customer service on the phone trying to avoid unnecessary travel. Instead of listening to my complaint, she decided to defend the guy I had spoken to on the phone. I find this to also be in poor customer service. In the middle of her defending the actions of the guy I had spoked to on the phone, I picked up my iPad and said Cya as she continued her attempts to justify poor customer service. As I walked away she SCREAMED at me, STOP BEING RUDE! Deciding to walk away when you clearly have no desire to listen to customer complaints so you can improve later, is not rude, its called being fed up with the nonsense youre trying to dish out. Its called taking my business elsewhere. SCREAMING at someone from your perch behind the counter as they walk away, thats rude. In business etiquette the customer is always supposed to be right, or you treat them as such even if they arent. Mobilized Repair needs customer service training and for that reason I will take my business elsewhere from now on.Read the owner comment that follow. You dont treat people the way I was treated. I was screamed at and you lying and saying it never happened is shameful. Own up to your actions.Ive told numerous friends of my experience and will continue to sound the alarm of your poor customer service. If you dont like it, correct whats wrong and dont scream at dissatisfied customers as they walk away. What my friends do with that information is their business, but stop spreading the lie that Ive told anyone to write a bad review, its just not true. Lies will eventually catch up to you, its not the way to do business.
