I took my new to me Mercedes in for an airbag recall. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment, was quickly greeted upon arrival, and taken right in to see a service representative. Easy communication was set up by text and I was notified when the work was completed earlier than expected. The work was completed without issue and I easily picked up my just washed car. I was treated well through the entire process and it was done with ease. Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Monterey!

I stopped taking my Mercedes to this dealership two years ago because they upcharged me $1,000 for air filters and other maintenance parts that were not due to be addressed without my authorization. Gave them a second chance today and they were back at it trying to get me to pay for replacing a bumper after one of the sensors fell off of it. Never going back to this dealership. And if you doubt my experience consider this. Why is this the only dealership where you can get same day appointments where others are booked out weeks?

Second visit and problem still not fixed. Brought in car at 8:00 am. Didn’t start work until 3:00 pm. Ordered wrong part. Called twice to check status. No one called back. Waited 25 minutes on hold with dissonant music. Was disconnected once. Had to call back and start in que all over again. Your service has deteriorated badly with new owner. I will share this story with friends.

I have not heard the best things about this dealership but I decided to go anyways only to be treated disrespectfully and one of the sales person Gabriela was condescending and rude towards you and thinking that she was better than you. I would never recommend this dealership. The cars were nice but I would never own a Mercedes because of this dealership and I would not want to give them business or have to deal with them for service work

I paid for Mercedes Benz service and overpaid for basic oil change. When you buy Mercedes you expect a level of quality and professionalism with the service. The service was cut rate, they didnt even wash my car of or offer any me any water or coffee. Jiffy Lube offers coffee while you wait. Very disappointed in the whole experience and will never go back for service. Justin Delgado was a friendly and nice advisor, he did what he could do.

Im only rating the service, since I havent bought a car here. They did a good job but this was the most expensive service Ive ever had in my life, two minor tasks cost $600 in labor. They charge $190 an hour which is the highest Ive ever seen. $200 of that was for a simple firmware upgrade, and $400 was to fix a rodent chewed wire.

I just purchased my third of 4 Mercedes Benz vehicles from this dealership. I typically purchase CPO vehicles and service them at the dealership and trade them in when the CPO or extended warranty expires. I put up to 25k per year on my cars so I see the service department on a higher frequency than most, sometimes only a few months between service intervals. About servicing at the dealership... Ordinarily Id rather go to a good local shop and save a bundle. But These guys have always been reasonable and... really ... $3-600 in routine maintenance every 10,000 miles for a car is truly cheap. And I have always gotten nothing but straight talk and a fair shake from the service reps. So... I just purchased my most recent Mercedes 3 days ago. I had a really easy experience with Gabriella, who also sold me my second car about 8 years ago. I was surprised when she was able to call up a couple of personal details like why I drive so many miles, after such a long time. Anyway... it was again an easy experience (especially compared to the usual BS you put up with in a typical car dealership) and Ill continue to do business with them, and service my vehicle there.

Gabriella is the epitome of a shady salesperson. I called to purchase a particular car, and Gabriella kept selling me a different vehicle. Then I wanted to buy a new A-series they had on their inventory. My bank gave me a perfect loan for that car. Gabriella then lied and said the car was sold, and I found out five days later that they still have it in stock. She is a liar and very rude. She has terrible comprehension skills. If you want to buy from this dealership, stay away from Gabriella.

Eldon Davis helped someone before us who arrived after us. The lady receptionist is rude as well. Don’t go here, they are not attentive what so ever.

Jim in the Parts Department is amazing. For more years than I can remember he has helped me find even the most tiny little OEM Mercedes parts to keep my fleet of awesome and priceless vintage Mercedes on the road. If not for Mercedes, and their amazing staff! I would give up driving altogether. I detest new automobiles which I find to be unreliable, impossible to repair, and ready to strand me on some deserted highway. While my vintage Mercedes come with an entire set of gorgeous tools to do repairs on the go -- yet the cars never break down anyway. Thank you Jim at Mercedes. Have a great day.

The parts department is fantastic team, always they go above and beyond for me, been years i go buy parts from them and every time they absolutely do their best. Very disappointed from the dealership management for stopping giving military discounts for all the brave soldiers who gave the ultimate sacrifice, but its not fair to give the part department less than 5 starts because its not their fault its the management!

Ugly strategy MB Monterey has to milk out customers.Parts are 50% more Expensive than other Mercedes Dealer thats ridiculesI showed them it list of other Mercedes dealer selling the same parts 50% cheaper and still they didnt wanted to reduce the price, its a rip off, nor can I get the OEM parts because they want you to buy from them. Its not fair... its n ugly strategy MB Monterey has to milk out customers.

I normally have given this Dealership 5 stars, but after todays experience I changed it to a 1 star. I brought the car in for repairs, in just a few days the problem we brought it in for came back. Supposedly they found no problems. No problem! Im just here to pick up the vehicle and go home. If the problem arises then Ill bring it back being the work is under warranty. The associate who helped me noticed that the car was dirty, she was appalled that it hadnt been washed while it was in service (as this is done quite frequently for customers). As she was radioing the associate to get the car clean... apparently a service advisor told her .... yeah were not washing this one. When our vehicle was newer they handed us the moon, it seems now that the car is a little older they dont care about ALL customers. I 100% felt slighted and discriminated against.... even the young man who was already in the process of having the car washed & the front desk associate didnt say anything against their company.... but they made a face.... as if they KNEW ... what was really happening! #treatallpeoplethesame.....oh by the way.... I have been getting a number of emails from the sales department telling me they can give me good money for my trade #Ha

Absolutely love this dealership! I go to them for anything, and everything that I need for my Mercedes. Ive gotten my car serviced there, and when my trunk had standing water by the spare tire. Mel is the man in charge of the maintenance, and everything when the cars that come into the shop, and thank goodness for him! My car was still under warranty at the time, so Mel hooked me up with a loaner car, which I had to pay nothing for, and I paid nothing for them fixing my trunk leak! The people there, the staff, are really nice, really helpful, friendly, and nowadays thats worth a million dollars, in and of itself! Highly recommend it if you need service or have any questions about new cars or anything! Thank you Mel!

Poor experience on multiple occasions. First time I came they had a guy perform an alignment on my car and afterwards it caused the traction control warnings to go off on my car. It then had even worse tire wear. They clearly made my alignment worse. The guy performing the alignment looked like he just graduated high school. Just FYI, they charge twice for an alignment compared to another shop. After this, I decided not to come back. The second experience was after I purchased another Mercedes and came to get the service records. This time they said they couldn’t print them out. Basically, very unhelpful. They claimed that they didn’t want the previous owners info on the paperwork which makes sense but they were not able to cut off their name or find a way to print it out without their name. They were rude to me, appeared incompetent and seemed to look at me like I don’t make as much money as the rest of their clients (little do they know that some people who make a lot of money don’t always dress the part)

These guys are absolutely awesome! I was just traveling through and had a headlight burn out. With a Mercedes, I was expecting $60-100 with labor. Not here! They got me in as I was driving by, no appointment necessary, it costed me less than $14 after tax, and I was out the door and back on the road in 10 minutes! Best service Ive ever had at a Mercedes dealership.Thank you guys again!

First off, i would never go to a dealer for any reason because i have always believed for no reason that they will rip you off. i was astounded when i brought my2006 clk350 in to Mercedes Benz of Monterey. when others such as specialized auto and personal imported vehicle mechanics estimated a cost of 1500-3000 dollar fix, they found exactly what was the root of my issue and made my transmission shift perfectly again + turned off my abs and esp lights which had both come on.... and hold it... They did it for 280$ !!!! how over joyed can you be!! i went there hoping for a warranty and maybe a co payment on a expensive conductor plate and valve body for my 722.9 transmission. others had told me I needed to replace both, but thats the difference, they actually know more about their cars then anyone else. a speed sensor and i was back on the road again never to hit limp mode again... 5/5 stars, if i could give 10 stars for the free included car wash and the beyond excellent service i would. i would recommend this specific dealership to anyone owning a newer Mercedes Benz and would like the best in customer service or diagnosis on any problem. i went in thinking 1200$ at least, just so you can know the extent of my happiness with their service.
