I cant say enough about Bay Service. I have my 37 Ford hot rod serviced exclusively by Bay Service and every experience has far surpassed my highest expectations. Pete has been able to design and implement some changes that have improved the driving experience drastically. Pete handles all the standard maintenance as well. The service is spectacular, always professionally preformed and completed in a timely manner. If it wasnt for Bay Service I wouldnt own the hot rod.Pete and Karen are the perfect team, the best at what they do and great to work with.

I came to this place based on the great reviews. I took two cars to Bay Service. Both cars I payed for the full enchilada safety checks and oil change.My 2007 Ford Fusion checked out with only needing the serpentine belt needing replaced. Two days later I drove to school and the power steering went out and the battery light came on. The serpentine belt had come off. I took it back to them and they graciously put it back on and tightened it. Apparently they had ordered the wrong serpentine belt. The next day, the serpentine belt came off again! I took it back and there was another issue trying to get it on. This time they were embarrassed and even gave me a ride home, which I appreciated. They fixed the serpentine belt again and I havent had a problem since. They didnt charge me for the second and third repairs.My 2008 Kia Sedona also had a full safety inspection, including brake check. Not more than a month later, I hear this awful grinding and take it in to a different repair shop. The brake pads are all gone and the rotors are ruined. What did they check with the brakes? I have no idea.The customer service was good, and I really really wanted to give them more than one star, but I cannot do it.Bottom line: Pricey, poor car repair with good customer service.Update: The serpentine belt came off AGAIN while driving today. I did not take it back to Bay Service. The repair shop I took it to thinks Bay Service damaged the alignment on accident, but regardless, it is costing me another $350 to get fixed.
Ive gone here a few times, each time they manage to find a ton of other work needed to be done. A simple $100 job always turns into $1000+. Theyre work is decent but if you wont a fair price, go somewhere else...

Drove to Monterey from Florida needed an oil change. They were honest and friendly highly recommend this place theyre Better Business Bureau rated so you dont need to take my word for it look them up on the website.

Omg!!! Best service ever!!!!! Went in for smog check and they were absolutely the best!! They also fixed my tailgate and brake light. Under an hour !!!!
