5 stars is all I can say .. from start to finish this place is awesome, but the sales manager ! she was quick and accurate on everything I done I purchased my bike online before I ever met them, when I arrived to do paperwork and test ride the bike, they treated me like family as soon as I walked in the door .

Amazing staff. Even though it was a preowned Honda Interstate, they made me feel like part of the family. I definitely know where I will be going for my upgrade!

Warhawk Harley Davidson, Monroe Louisiana.. Located 6200 Frontage road. Monroe, LA. 71202This dealership is by far the worst.. They claim & guarantee that their pre-owned units are inspected, and are in top shape for resale by a Harley Davidson technician. That is not the case.. Ive had to replace shocks, Brake calipers, Brake pads, missing hardware, & Home made brake lines. SECONDLY Ordering parts from this Dealer in a timely manner is non-existent, 1 to 3 months lead time.. I also paid for a part, and didnt receive the product... So if you plan on doing business with this dealership use extreme caution... I do not recommend buying a used or new motorcycle or parts form this Dealership, & if you need parts your best bet is to ordering online...

Warhawk Harley-Davidson in Monroe was the best place we could have purchased our 2015 CVO. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel welcome and appreciated. They made the experience one that we enjoyed and will visit them again with our Harley-Davidson needs.

This dealership is small doesnt have very much merchandise and workers are unfriendly. I will not be returning to this store.

Good friendly dealer, service is lacking though. Any issues other than general maintenance like oil and tires you may not want to come here. If you do, do not request their top guy Blake. Hes fine with oil changes but to my understanding anytime service runs into a technical issue with a bike they pass it on to the really young guy. Ive heard from regular customers that on many occasions customers had to bring bike in on certain days just so this guy could figure out the problem. Apparently hes a college kid and only works specific days. Refreshing to see young people in the Harley industry! Id say skip the middle man and just request the young guy to begin with or take your business to an Indy mechanic

We saw the sign while heading west and thought wed stop. Cool name. People are very friendly, offered our pup some water, also. The showroom is clean and stocked with a nice variety of bikes, the merchandise organized and neatly arranged. If we pass thru again well definitely stop by again.

Seems to have better customer service and much friendlier than when it was Bleu Bayou (absolute aholes). Going to give Warhawk a chance. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Super helpful and friendly place to shop. Lots of accessories for you and your bike. Gloves, glasses, goggles, boots, vests, shirts, and a ton more stuff. They have some great looking new and used bikes. Its the only place around Ive seen with some 3x and 4x helmets in stock too.

Ive been going to this location for a few years now. Their parts man is the best! He knows his stuff. Always super friendly. When the new owners took over I was a little worried. Ive now been there a couple of times since becoming Warhawk HD. The parts man is still running the show behind the parts counter. What a relief! The rest of the crew seems really cool too. The last time I was in there, I must have had 4 different people ask if they could help me find something. The new shirts with the Warhawk logos are killer too. Its also nice to see them keeping their social media content flowing. We like to see whats going on at our local dealership. And lastly, being a Warhawk myself, Im super thrilled with the new name! Has to be the coolest dealership name. Not to mention, its now sort of a kindred spirit with our local University community. Go Warhawks!!

Bought & had service install slip on mufflers today. Rode down and had Cobra “Neighbor Hater” slip on mufflers installed. Love the new sound, finally my bike sounds good. Tks

Just passing through and thought Id check it out. Prices seem average and even 5 minutes before closing the staff were friendly and quite happy to help, (even though all I bought were some poker chips). Loved the little rider tearing up the aisles in his 5 wheel baby crawler, less than 2 and not afraid of nuthin.

I bought a great leather jacket w/ Armor inserts for half price then brought my friend to look at the Harley Street 750 and then a couple hours later they loaded the bike up in my friends truck & we were off! Great customer service throughout and since.

Came in with my husband and daughter, right off I was given a dirty look from the female worker. Driving in from Florida and needed to readjust our bike in the back of our truck (we didnt have our ramps with us). Therefore my family and I are in tshirts and shorts traveling back home to Texas. Id have to say this is the worst shop weve been to. The workers werent inviting and would rather stay in their little groups and talk. Made me feel so unwelcomed while I waited. The only person to stand out was the new employee whos been there only a week. He was kind and eager to help readjust our bike. So kudos to him but as for the rest of the crew there.. eh. Never stopping at that shop again.

This dealership is awesome.. I took may Bike there Saturday morning. They greated me and was eager to help. They took my bike straight in the shop and got to work on it.. They had donuts and coffee that they offered me while I waited ( but who can eat while their baby is sick lol).They diagnosed it and apologized that they didnt have my part in..They went out their way to get my part in by Monday. I was back on the road Monday evening. I hope I dont have any more issues, but if I do, I know who my bike will be going to.. Thanks Warhawk... I appreciate yall and Ill be seeing yall again shortly for my service...

Well not very friendly. Guys all talking young lady is only one who asked anything. Not impressed. Not one customer in there, I can see why! Im over 600 miles from home! First time experiencing this, all other HD were very friendly.

Difficult to access from I-20. Small parking lot, toy haulers beware! Nice selection of motor clothes and collectables. Staff is friendly and attentive. Poker chips are pricey, compared to other HD locations. Paid as much as I did in Nassau for their chips. These are single color embossed. Being a collector, I bought them anyway. The things we do to be a HD owner!

The folks were accomodating to my friend, who was their customer and the sales staff was not overwhelming. They seemed to be very knowledgeable concerning their merchandise.
