Brady Donovan was knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful during our transaction for a Yamaha Kodiak. I am new to ATVs and he patiently answered all of our questions with sound advice. After the purchase I changed my mind and wanted the power steering model, for which Brady was very helpful and supportive in trying to find a unit for me. I also had the pleasure of interacting with Scott, the manager, whom I also recommend. One can expect good service while buying a unit, but Brady and Scott were fabulous in assisting post sale with a swap of units. Highly recommended.

Staff isnt very friendly or helpful! I took my grandson there for a helmet. No one offered us any assistance. When they were asked where the helmets were, they abrupt to the point of being almost rude. No one offered input or assistance to my 14 year old grandson. He did buy a helmet but we will not go back there simply because of the service.

If they don’t have the make, model, or part they’ll happily point you in the right direction. I recently bought a new dirt bike through them and will continue to be a very satisfied customer of theirs for years to come.
Excellent experience. I was looking for a specific motorcycle and was able to put down a deposit and pick up the bike all prepped and ready to go. The parts department is awesome! I had fitment questions about helmets and was promptly helped with getting my son fitted for a proper helmet. I was not up-sold for but given good info on other models and walked out feeling good about my purchase.I should also note the prices of the helmets I looked at were reasonable when compared to internet pricing. Now of course you could search online and probably save $5-10 and in some cases more but when you need to have a helmet right away and you NEED it to fit 100% properly then this IS the place to come. Helmets in my opinion are worth the money and the fitment is critical especially when it comes to our young riders.Check the place out!

I just bought my first motorcycle (2012 Kawasaki 250). There was no pressure to buy the bike here just friendly associates, They asked what I was interested in and what I would like to ride, let me look at quite a few different bike to see what I was comfortable with. They got me a great deal and all the equipment I needed to have, I recommend Adventure Motorsports of Monroe to anyone interested in there first or even there next choice of motorcycle. Brady and Gary were very professional and made it to where I had no questions even though didn’t really have a lot of experience with motorcycles.
This is the local toy shop in the Monroe area. They have great toys and really work with you for a good price. Try to buy off season if you want the best price. Also, they have service plans that save you a ton of money unless you want to do the work yourself. The service department is good and they can typically schedule the work to get you in and out quickly. I wouldnt go anywhere else. They always want to make sure you are well taken care of and things are right.
These guys were awesome, as cool as cash! Did everything they could do to make sure I walked away with exactly what I wanted! So a huge thank you to the finance team! Whenever you go in there ask for Tim and hell hook you up with what you need! My paper work did take a minute but these guys were nice enough to even feed me a little something! The whole experience with adventure motor sports was killer and definitely appreciated!
Great customer service and very fast reply when we messaged with financing information. Literally took an hour the next day and everything was in place. Wade was on it along with Kim. We went that night to pick up 4 wheeler and again cannot express how great the customer service was . The patience they gave us while having a toddler that was a little cranky because he wanted to see All the bikes! Is greatly appreciated. Thank you for such a wonderful worry free experience. I went all over trying to find a new snowmobile helmet. No one was willing to even order me one. Adventure Motorsports was recommended to me so I headed over. I think his name is Gary (sorry Im bad with names) was just amazing. He gladly ordered me a new helmet with the snow package and added the electric shield. I just picked it up a week later and he added the quick connect on the strap for me. Monroe is not exactly next door for me but I will gladly go back when I need anything else. Excellent customer service and hes also really nice and funny!

I was looking to purchase a couple of SSR Pit Bikes for the kids to ride around our property. 1. They did not carry the SX50-A that was listed for 544 2. When i asked about the SR70AUTO that was listed for $898, I was told out the door with tax, license, freight and set up would be ALMOST DOUBLE THE PRICE @ $1698.00. I was also interested in purchasing a SR110, listed for $999.00, final price for that was $1928. ALMOST 1000 over asking price. I asked how about a package deal? SURE I CAN KNOCK OFF A COUPLE HUNDRED!!! SERIOUS????? SCAM and RIPOFF....
Worst powersports experience. Staff couldnt be more rude. Im huge into the market and spend an easy 5 digits annually on toys, parts, and gear. Not getting a dime of my money. Take your hard earned $$ elsewhere. Other dealers will appreciate you, unlike these guys.

Wade from sales was incredible to work with! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, offered a lot of excellent advice and flexibility. The manager (I believe Scott?) is a down to earth and the whole team appears to be driven by customer satisfaction first and foremost. While we decided against the used machine we were looking at (personal choice after checking out a few others), Im super appreciative for Wades and Scotts time and shared knowledge. Im hoping COVID production setbacks will ease up soon, so we can come back to Adventure to pick up a machine in the spec weve decided on.Great selection of gear and parts as well. Happy to be living so close to this place and cant recommend them enough!

I bought a Suzuki Boulevard M50 here last weekend. Working with Wade was very easy and he helped me out quite a bit!I had first come in looking at a Vulcan S, but when I expressed my misgivings after the test ride, Wade recommended looking at a bike with slightly longer reach to the pegs than the S. The M50 was perfect, and I came down to complete the purchase the week after test riding it. I love my new bike!

I was in the market for a 21’ Kawasaki Vulcan S ABS. I’ve been calling around and pretty much everyone had the same price. Skagit Powersports in Burlington had the best price probably because of the lower sales tax or something I don’t know. Adventure has no problem honoring their out the door price and they saved me the drive!When I got there they had the bike ready, financing was simple and quick, and I was out the door in about 90 minutes! Noice!My experience there, be it very short was pleasant!One complaint, they only gave me a half tank of gas 😝And I got a free t shirt!
Worst business Ive ever dealt with. After lying to make a sale, the product didnt even work as promised. And after waiting 8 months for something I was promised in 3 weeks, the owner Scott, is now avoiding my calls because they still dont know when they can get me a working unit.They are dishonest. They are incompetent. They are unprofessional.They are happy to take $30k from you, but after 8 months they just stop taking your call after they havent delivered.

I came in a couple weeks ago to look at a Kawasaki Ninja. I was helped by Wade MacDuff. Wade was very nice and made me feel right at home! Great place to buy a motorcycle. I was really surprised to see both models I was looking for available in-store (which was kind of a problem in the area lately). What I liked the most is that I was not treated as just a customer, but more like a member of community which helped a lot. One of the motorcycles I was going to look at was still being assembled, but by the time I was done with the first motorcycle purchase, the second one was ready to the point it could be evaluated on quality and seating position. Again, while at the workshop, I had a chance to chat with the owner who, again, treated me as a community member, not as a check book. Kim with the finance department was also very friendly, she explained all the paperwork and helped me finish all the paperwork as soon as possible. Overall my trip there has resulted with pleasant experience, good price for two motorcycles and new friends in motorcycle retail business.
For one they didnt send paperwork to Department of licensing. three months went bye no plates, next been in shop three time to have work done on it, Owner wont deal with you, sent you to someone else
Had a blast ended up putting a down payment on a kymco 550 so when it comes in we get it so the service was awesome and we found new toys to play with lol

Everyone in here is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuine kind hearted people. I have purchased two motorcycles from them and have been so helpful making sure I was happy when I left with it. My buddy has also one of his motorcycle from them and another has taken in his bike to get fixed. Where do I start??? My boyfriend and I started looking for a bike for me last summer. Nothing really grabbed my attention until a few months ago, when I saw her! All the people at the store were amazingly helpful and even though I was looking at used, they treated me like I was the only one in there. After a couple of months of continuously looking, in hopes that I might find something else that grabbed my attention, we went back and she was still there. My Yamaha senses were tingling. Thats when I met Wade! He was so very helpful and genuinely cared about my concerns, requirements and what I truly wanted. He wasnt there to move a bike...he was there to make me happy. With my credit being an issue, he was, more than happy to assist any way he could. After a couple of days of thinking and asking questions, I made the decision that she (the beautiful bike) must be with me and Wade was the guy to make it happen! I couldnt be happier with my experience at Adventure and with Wade. All the guys were ecstatic about me finally getting her. Theyd seen me many times and knew it was a big decision for me. Great place for all your motorcycle, dirt bikes,atv, 4 wheelers, snow mobile and any other toys you might needs. Great staff, best customer service your gonna get. The only thing is if your financing your new toy make sure to read the contract. My father financed a Yamaha Silverado 1800. Great harly style street bike. A 2 or 3 year contract and in the contract his said how many payments it was gonna be but on the very last payment the financier called and sayed he was late on his last payment and my father told them no Im not I just sent you a payment 3 days ago and the rude lady informed him that his last payment was for what ever remaind on the contract. He ended up paying double to tripple what his normal monthly payment was. I really dought the sales person knew about this stimulation in the contract so not gonna fault Adventure Motorsports.
Friendly atmosphere, Phil was very good at listening to my wants in motorcycle.After listening he suggested the KTM 390 adventure. I rode the bike and it seemed a perfect fit. Although phil got me approved I decided to stay with my current bike at this time. He took my change of mind gracefully and I appreciate the low pressure sales tactics.When I am ready to make a trade up I will definitely consider revisiting these guys.

HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS SHOP!! At first we just went there because it was the only place that we could find the exact quad my husband was looking for. We had to drive 2 hrs to get there, but we were not disappointed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful especially our salesman Phil. He was very attentive even though the place was super busy and he was helping many ppl at the same time he made sure everyone was taken care of. This never happens at the shop where we live the ppl there are very rude. So now Adventure Motorsports will be where we go when we want to buy or have anything fixed.

This is a great place to go, the store is nice and organized. Everyone is super friendly. I was helped by Oscar. He’s a good salesman. He’s not pushy in anyway and will answer your questions. Prices are reasonable. I ended up taking a bike home. Just all around a good place and large selections of all products.

Got two new Yamaha bikes there recently. Everything is great so far.
Staff is courteous but after back to back issues I will have to get repairs done at another shop. Had new tires installed and they had put the wrong size rear tire on. Had my chain and sprockets changed out. 1 month later my chain falls off. 300$ tow and 230$ for a new chain to be installed. I went back to question them and get a refund to at least cover the new chain and install. I was told it was a poor chain no refund or anything offered. I was told it should not have been sold to me for an R1. Their parts department had sold me the chain specifically for an R1, their guys had installed it. Why was it not brought up before? Shrugs and apologies no refund. I will try my luck elsewhere in the future.

I’m at an utter loss for words. The service I received at Adventure Motorsports was better than any service I’ve received at any store. EVER. Hands down. 100%. No doubt.The guys in the parts department were so knowledgeable and helpful, they all deserve recognition. Devon in particular went above and beyond to get me the parts I needed for my bike. He was friendly, showed a sense of urgency, and obviously takes pride in his work. I watched this poor guy run around for 20 minutes looking for the tiny parts I needed. I’d have left a tip if I could’ve. Get this man a medal.But that’s not all!On my way out, I noticed my car tire was completely flat. I went inside to beg for help like a whiner-baby, and TJ came to the rescue. He assessed the damage, put enough air in my tire to get me to the nearest tire shop(which he gladly gave me directions to), and restored my faith in humanity.Adventure Motorsports makes all other off-road stores look like garbage. I’ll happily drive here from Seattle any time I need parts/service on my bike. Ride Motorsports can suck an egg.I’m going to the tattoo shop right now to get “Adventure Motorsports 4 Life” tatted on my lower back. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, y’all.
Everyone was super friendly! Adjusted my carbs and tightened the chain on my Ninja 250 all on the house, I’m coming back for a tire replacement in a couple of weeks. They really know their stuff and have very high quality work. They’re a 45 minute drive from me, but the trek was well worth it!
Ive had my Kawasaki in here for service a couple times for separate issues. Both times were without appointment and they got me in, fixed the problem (for a fair price), and got me back on 2 wheels quick. Also 2 of my friends purchchased bikes here and had a good buying experience. Everyone here is super friendly and always helpful. Definitely worth the drive to get here.

I cant give a real honest review at this time because I didnt make a purchase, or obtain service due to time constraints. What I can say is that they Service Counter guys were very knowledgeable, very courteous, and very helpful. They just couldnt schedule my repairs to be done when I needed them done due to the amount of work they had lined up. I would be happy to use this company, or possibly make purchases form this company in the future.
Pretty nice 2010 Concours I bought here it was in really good condition. The sales transaction went pretty smooth. They have a nice show room and staff seems pretty friendly. They answered all my questions about the motorcycle. Oscar did a good job overall. I docked only one star because the bike was on E when I picked it up. Getting into and out of the nearest gas station was a pain.
Purchased a KLX230 from Adventure Motorsports. Oscar was very knowledgeable and reviewed the specs with us and how the new 230 compares to similar bikes. Since my wife wanted a slightly lower seat height, he reviewed the options with us and got us with the parts guys to get the best solution. The process overall was quick and easy and we’ll likely do more business with Adventure Motorsports.

Great customer service
We stopped by on Saturday and was there a good 40 minutes and not one single employee greeted nor helped us. The female cashier up front walked by us several times in a hurry with no eye contact. The rest were eating donuts and drinking coffee in the back office lounging. I get it, there was one hour left before the shop closed but we were looking to purchase a second bike.
Brady did a awesome job of helping me out with buying a bike. Called in asking about it and by the time I got there it was ready for a test ride. Filled out all the paperwork and was good to go. It was a fairly easy process which was nice. Would recommend anyone to go here for their next bike.
